One of the first articles to warn Pastor Terry Jones was making a disturbing promise to burn Qurans on every anniversary of 9/11 was published on July, 26th. (1) The story grew to command international coverage for Jones’s inflammatory intent to blame a billion Muslims for the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

In an attempt to defuse the consequences of Jones’ dangerously executed first amendment right, Gainesville Mayor, Craig Lowe declared Saturday, 9/11 to be “Interfaith Solidarity Day”.

The Gainesville Muslim Initiative (GMI) followed to sponsor a Day of Peace and Unity with activities and speakers invited at center stage to present their themes of Peace and reconciliation at the Bo Diddley stage at Gainesville’s downtown plaza.

CAUGHT! A NEW 9/11 GAME OUTED

Today, John Avalon wrote a piece for the Daily Beast describing those who are asking for a new 9/11 investigation as “wingnuts.” What he fails to tell us is that, as “propaganda chief” for Rudy Guliani, a man whose former chief of staff is now doing time as a Mafia “bag man” Bernie Kerik, burying the truth has long been a part of his job.

The prisoner in question, Bernie Kerik, was supposed to head Homeland Security. Think about a character from the movie Goodfellas as the nation’s chief law enforcement official and you have an idea where John Avalon comes from. The only way of going further would have been to put the ghost of the “dapper don,” John Gotti himself into the Whitehouse. Is Avalon another Kerik or just a “Kerik/Guliani associate?”

Much of the 9/11 controversy centers around the mysterious collapse of Building 7, never hit by a plane, a building Guliani is said to have been warned to leave before it was brought down by controlled demolition.

When the combat veteran becomes a peace activist, our chance for success in exposing the September 11 and war on terror charade, increase exponentially.

Vietnam should have been a lesson but we don’t learn, not when money is involved. In a war with no civilian contractors and a much lower combat/support ratio in theatre, casualty levels were more than ten times higher than during the “War on Terror.” The lessons were there, tens of thousands of suicides and less than half of Vietnam veterans lived to 60 years old. Percentage figures, combat or support, dead, disabled, homeless, prison, divorce, illness and death, always a figure everyone can understand, all avoided like the plague. Ask no questions, suffer no knowledge.

Here is an updated explosive report by Gordon Duff on recent arrests for a breakin at Senator Mary Landrieu’s office in the New Orleans Federal Building. Casualties are mounting in Afghanistan while the situation is rapidly deteriorating from hopeless to a word the English language has yet to create. Everone under heaven has told us that fighting in Afghanistan is insane. Nothing can be won with terrain beyond our technological grasp, porous borders and a civilian population with hundreds of thousands willing to give their lives to convince us to leave.

With no public support at home or anywhere in the world, no support in Afghanistan, a country whose Army has actually gone backwards with billions in supplies and training and Karzai's open theft of an election, mirroring that of his neighbor in Iran, no situation could be worse.
