Historic Case to Challenge BBC’s 9/11 Coverage

February 17, 2013 "Information Clearing House" -  On February 25, in the small town of Horsham in the United Kingdom, there will be a rare and potentially groundbreaking opportunity for the 9/11 truth movement. Three hours of detailed 9/11 evidence is to be presented and considered in a court of law where the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) will be challenged over the inaccurate and biased manner in which it has portrayed the events and evidence of 9/11.

Over the last 16 months, BBC has been challenged strongly by individuals in the UK over two documentaries that they showed in September 2011 as part of the tenth anniversary of 9/11, namely ‘9/11: Conspiracy Road Trip’ and ‘The Conspiracy Files: 9/11 Ten Years On’. Formal complaints were lodged with BBC over the inaccuracy and bias of these documentaries, which, according to 9/11 activists, was in breach of the operating requirements of BBC through their ‘Royal Charter and Agreement’ with the British public. This document requires BBC to show information that is both accurate and impartial. These complaints were supported by the US-based educational charity Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth (AE911Truth), which submitted detailed scientific evidence to BBC to buttress the complaints. The evidence focuses in particular on the confirmed free-fall of WTC 7 and NIST's 2008 admission of this fact. In addition, over 300 AE911Truth petition signers supported these complaints by sending letters to BBC, requesting that BBC show this evidence to the public.

The 911 Truth movement in the UK is sending letters to members encouraging the use of UK government websites
designed to enable people to easily raise issues with members of parliament (MP's). MP's are being asked to address
the BBC's bias of 911 "truth" theories after it released a documentary containing biased and innacurate information and presented a completely
one sided view. The BBC has a Royal Charter to present information to the public in an impartial and unbiased manner and in this case
are in breach of their Royal Charter.

What is Post 9-11 thinking? What preceded it? Do inquiring minds really want to know?

Well, in case they do, we will start with pre 9-11 thinking. With pre 9-11 thinking, we treated terrorism like crime in that we didn't react to it until it occurred. And because we didn't pre-emptively act against terrorism, we didn't act against American citizens with today's surveillance. Thus, pre 9-11 thinking granted American citizens a few more rights and privacy than post 9-11 thinking did. However, pure pre 9-11 thinking really didn't exist. For example, our government had acted pre-emptively to stop "millenium" terrorist attacks in 1999. Regardless of how the would-be attacks were discovered, the Clinton Administration acted pre-emptively.

Then, tragically, the 9-11 atrocities occurred and we were asked to think in a new way, which was not really new to some in the Bush Administration or the rest of the country. The "new" way of thinking included more than just pre-emption, it meant that America could assume this dominating position over the rest of the world so that no rival would emerge. And a side benefit was that we would have more access to important resources and our products would have more access to markets around the world.

This new 9-11 thinking was based on then President Bush's analysis of the attacks. He claimed we were attacked because those who want our destruction were jealous of our freedoms thus implying that future attacks were a fixed cost. But Chalmers Johnson and others pointed out that our foreign policies, including our history of covert actions, gave more than adequate motivation to many groups, let alone Al-Qaida, for attacking us. In addition, interviews with Bin Laden pointed to policies like the Iraq sanctions, which caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Iraqi children, along with our unbalanced support for Israel in its brutal occupation and taking of Palestinian land as reasons for the attack.

If you're unsettled by the idea of Google maintaining a massive database of your every move on the internet, you're sure to be upset by this: Your government plans to start stalking your every move on Twitter and Facebook to make sure you're not a terrorist.

The creepy, Big Brother-esque program hasn't started yet — the Department of Homeland Security has only begun seeking bids from contractors to build the spy network. But according to a government report, the DHS wishes to conduct "publicly available social media monitoring" effort to detect threats, vulnerabilities, and "bad actors." In other words, the U.S. government wants to get the bad guys' geotagged status updates — whomever the government determines those bad guys to be.

. . . but if what the Guardian is reporting is true and potentially 3 million people had access to this information, the only surprise is it took this long for someone to leak it.

(This is another very good example of the US government's ability to keep a secret.)

While it is certainly at least embarrassing and in many cases dangerous that US diplomatic cables have been leaked to the press, if one looks deeply enough, it is hardly surprising. The access granted by the US government to the cables which have been released in the past couple of days numbers into the millions of people.  That revelation makes it hard to imagine that the information wouldn't end up being leaked.

I urge you to support the repeal of the REAL ID Act and stop any further implementation of it; I am an American who cares about individual privacy and real national security. The creation of the national ID system is illegal:
1 - The law that created the Department of Homeland Security prohibited a national identification system (thus by trying to implement REAL ID, DHS is breaking the law and violating the public trust).
The REAL ID has real problems:
2 – REAL ID will create a system without adequate privacy and security safeguards: it will make it too easy for identity thieves, stalkers, and corrupt government officials to get access to such personal information as a home address, age, and Social Security number.
3 - It will also make it more difficult for people to get driver's licenses.

A couple of weeks ago I wrote a story involving the timeline of the Ricin discovery in a Las Vegas hotel room pointing out all the discrepancies I found in the reporting that had been done on the case. Yesterday a follow up story was released by the Associated Press and featured on Yahoo’s front page as a headline.

The update continues to confuse with its vague language and further muddies the timeline and information reported in the original stories.

When the original story broke we were told the victim who may or may not be responsible for his own exposure to the Ricin was in a coma in a Las Vegas hospital. Yesterday’s updated story however states that the victim’s family members said the victim - 57 year old Roger Bergendorff, was sedated on Feb 23rd – this is before the story broke in the media.

Was Bergendorff just sedated all this time? Why was he so heavily sedated that authorities and the press reported he was in a coma? And why are the authorities only now able to speak with him if he was indeed only sedated?

You don’t find it odd that most of the steel was removed and destroyed soon after the event (I’m sure you heard a bit about removing and destroying evidence from a crime scene)? Seriously, what about WTC 7? You cannot use the whole ‘airliners and burning jet fuel’ on this one. How do isolated fires cause a steel-famed building to collapse into its own foot-print at ‘free-fall’ speeds?
You got a lot of explaining to do, Bill.

I got a bit of information for the people who simply cannot believe that the US government is malevolent; thus cannot, will not evaluate the evidence of 9/11.
The EPA knowingly lied and supported falsified research on the toxicity of the air after 9/11; thus putting people in danger.
The US government ordered the EPA to give the public misleading information (relived in 2003).
Memos written by US and local government officials show that they knew about the situation (toxicity of the air and the misleading of the public).
Memos show that Whitman (EPA administrator at the time) conspired with the White House to falsely reassure the NY public that the air was safe.

So, am I really that insane to think that the government is out to get me?

A new poll indicates that some 43 percent of Americans believe that Washington knew about the 9/11 attacks but did nothing to stop them.

According to the Press TV-Zogby International poll, 42.5 percent of the respondents believed that the Bush Administration knew about the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center but did nothing to prevent the attacks.

Only 37.5 percent of the respondents strongly disagreed with the idea and 4.5 percent neither agreed nor disagreed with it.

I probably dont need to go into much detail as to how and why i have ended up here. Im sure most of us went through the same process of become your own personal investigator on events and collected evidence and drew your own conclusions based on what we personally found.
Like everyone i did my research. I have also tried my best to present the evidence to those who were uninformed and or misinformed. At that point i ran into something interesting.
I started to ask myself what now? I started searching for answers, for something to guide me further. I searched looking for some solutions that we informed people may have presented. This act alone shows that we have lost or dont use our abilities to create solutions....think for ourselves. This act justifies the governments position to believe that most americans are unable to live in a free society. We the people have chosen not to be involved in the governments decisions. We the people have stopped demanding to make the government accountable. We the people have become so wrapped up in out own lives that we have lost what our forefathers created for us.

All that being said i will present a theory of mine that supports what may be the real reason why the shadow government acts as they do.

The purpose of the mask will be to give expression to the fact that America is rapidly turning into a police state, with too many of its politicians turning a blind eye to the Constitution and too many of its People now afraid of the government. Every move of this volunteer will be filmed by at least one camera crew and webcast over the Internet. There will be suitable publicity in advance of the day of the event.

The factual evidence indicates that our government is using and has used 3rd or possibly 4th generation hydrogen bombs domestically and internationally. The evidence for international usage is not quite as strong as the domestic usage, but when domestic usage is considered, the international usage seems inescapable. The process of exclusion based on the known facts leaves only one viable option for the destruction of the World Trade Center (WTC) buildings - a relatively pure hydrogen bomb.
