Vote for thorough 9/11 investigation in Homeland Sec public review

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is in the midst of its
Quadrennial Homeland Security Review. Part of that process is a
Web-based "national dialogue" on the subject. Phase 2 of that
dialogue is presently underway. Participants (anyone is welcome to
participate) are asked to rank priorities related to a number of DHS
goals in the categories of counterterrorism, borders, immigration, and
disasters. Additionally, participants may submit ideas and vote those
ideas up or down (similar to the Barack Obama presidential campaign's
"Citizens' Briefing Book").

Under the "counterterrorism" category, I submitted the following idea
(including one embarassing typo):

Idea:

The United States, in cooperation with other nations, should
complete an independent, impartial, thorough, and nonpartisan
investigation into the events of September 11, 2001.

Why it's important:

Much of our nation's present counterterrorism policy was shaped by the
horrific events of September 11, 2001. Unfortunately, a thorough
investigation of those events has yet to be completed. We would be
