Here is an update on the UK court case regarding the BBC's coverage of 9/11 that I wrote about in a recent post here, "Historic Case to Challenge BBC’s 9/11 Coverage".  The court date was Monday, February 25, 2013.

In short, it was a huge victory for the 9/11 Truth community because a court finally had to face the facts and couldn't do it.  Rather than having a 3 hour hearing full of evidence including testimony by Prof. Niels Harrit the judge took the easy way out as described in the letter. 

Dear Friends of 9/11 Truth,

You have the opportunity to write to the Committee in the British Parliament that provides oversight to the British Broadcasting Corporation and ask it to conduct its own inquiry into biased reporting on the 9/11 attacks by the BBC and meet with 3 9/11 Truth activists to allow them to present 9/11 Truth evidence.

As you may remember, three Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth petition signers in the UK have filed separate and formal complaints with the British Broadcasting Corporation over two documentaries it aired last year around the 10th anniversary of 9/11, namely ‘Conspiracy Files: 9/11 ten years on', and '9/11: Conspiracy Road Trip'.  The BBC has breached its Royal Charter and its Agreement and Editorial Guidelines, which include Editorial Values that promise truth, accuracy, impartiality, editorial integrity and independence, fairness, transparency and accountability in all the BBC’s programs.

7/7: Crime and Prejudice is a brand new investigative and analytical documentary from the maker of 7/7: Seeds of Deconstruction. It explores the 7/7 cold case via new evidence from the recent inquests and discusses the war on terror in the context of numerous miscarriages of justice and acts of violence committed by the state.

The first section of the film examines the history of the British state's use of double agents, from the Victorian Anarchists through WW2 to the war in Northern Ireland. It concludes by examining contemporary cases of injustice and violence carried out as part of the war of terror against Muslims.

The second section of the film is a multi-dimensional study of the new evidence made available at the recent inquests. It looks at the evidence of a wider conspiracy and the fundamental flaws in the official narrative and the police investigation. It also discusses why the dialogue about 'intelligence failures' itself fails to address the very real possibility of state involvement in the attacks.

1 decide what the experiment is going to prove

2 try to arrange that the experiment proves just that

3 if it doesnt prove what you want it to prove then dont tell anyone!!

I thought this would ring a bell - its reminiscent to me of underwriters labs trying to prop up the official story of 9/11.

George Galloway Endorses Call for New 9/11 Inquiry

George Galloway endorsed the objectives of Reinvestigate 911 on his mass audience show on Talksport Radio this morning. George grilled Ian Henshall from Reinvestigate 9/11 for some 15 minutes on the need for a new 9/11 inquiry. Galloway remained doubtful of any inside job conspiracy but agreed there were serious unanswered questions which merited a new inquiry. Henshall summarised the main areas of concern as the astonishingly rapid collapse of the three World Trade Centre buildings and the discovery of apparently engineered nanoparticles in the dust; the anti-hijack exercise that the Pentagon now admits it was conducting at the same time as the attacks; and the role of the CIA's top secret Osama bin Laden unit which did nothing to help and seems to have blocked FBI offices from their own investigations prior to 9/11.
