Shaw's piece is admittedly weak, in my opinion. But you may wish to decide for yourselves.

What was Karl Rove doing when he learned about the attack on the World Trade Center?

Here is a short video from a speech Rove gave at the Lancaster County Republican Party's 150th anniversary dinner in Lancaster, Pa. in May of 2006.

According to his recollection Rove learned about the attack at 8:48 a.m. from one of his advisors.

He then goes on to say a mobile command center was installed in an adjacent classroom where Bush was reading "My Pet Goat."

An interesting tidbit into what was going on that morning. I'm not sure if it's believable, but at least Rove puts his actions on the record.

On the one hand, Karl Rove kind of deserves anything and everything he gets.

On the other hand, they went too far, and seem to have become an illegal mob.

I don't watch a lot of so-called TV "News", or read the newspapers much, but I hadn't heard or seen anything about this. It apparently happened on March 4 of this year.

It's hard to tell what's going on because the video is so bad.

Exclusive: Karl Rove Heckled And Pelted With Rocks

(03/04/07) WASHINGTON - White House aide Karl Rove came face to face with angry protesters after speaking to the Young Republican Club at American University Tuesday night, with about 20 students lying down in front of his car.

Student Josh Goodman told The Washington Post other students kicked Rove's car, "and tried to stop it as best they could."

Goodman, an AU junior, said he and others wanted to make a "citizens arrest" of the presidential adviser.

Steve Watson from Infowars.com, looking at MainStream Media reports on the latest Atta/Bin Laden videos thinks that "Karl Rove's promised October surprise has arrived nice and early."

I don't think this is the threatened "surprise". Too lame. Don't underestimate Rove, just don't!

I personally think, the surprise is still ahead. (While the Neocons last week have had their unpleasant little surprises on their own now -- see the Bob "I'm Now Connecting 2 Or 3 Dots" Woodward book, and the Republican conngressman Mark "If I Were One Of Those Sickos" Foley revelations -- they can do better. And they will!)

Don't forget: a major "strike group of ships", including nuclear aircraft carrier Eisenhower as well as a cruiser, destroyer, frigate, submarine escort and supply ship are already on their way to Iran's western coast, expected to arrive on October 21st...
