Canadian 911 Truth, Justice and Peace activist Wayne Prante speaks at an organizing meeting in preparation for the Bush-Clinton War Criminals Protest in Toronto on May 27th, 2009. He discusses the need for the Peace Movement to address and embrace the 911 issue if we are to be effective (as it was the original lie of the Bush admin), the need for a change in tactics; becoming more community oriented as individuals (rather than relying on mass demonstrations in city centres), as well as changing our attitudes and approach to 911 Truth by being more service oriented to get the message out.

Many people wonder what the purpose of the 9/11 Truth movement is. It includes peace as a very important goal but also includes educating the public on the broader and less understood political tool of FALSE-FLAG terrorism. Thanks to the 9/11 Truth Movement, this term is now beginning to gain mainstream recognition by the general public. Even this evening I heard liberal radio host Thom Hartmann mention the term in relation to vice president Dick Cheney's latest idea to dress up US navy seals as Iranians and have our American boys shoot at them in order to provoke war with Iran (yes I kid you not). The film Terrorstorm also added to the exposure by documenting the history of false-flag terrorism, and even exposes the more recent 7/7 London Bombings in 2005 as a likely false-flag operation.

World war or world peace is the blunt choice that will face either Barack Obama or John McCain when one of them is elected president of the United States on Tuesday, November 4, 2008.

What follows is from a letter which I sent in reply to a fundraising appeal from Eugene Bird, President of the Council for the National Interest Foundation (CNIF), which works to counter the pro-Israel lobby in Washington, mainly through lobbying and ad campaigns. My intention was to argue the importance--the urgency, actually--of reflecting on what we really know about 9/11 before speaking of it as if we have been essentially told the truth. I would not want any of this to be construed as denigrating the organization or its work. -rm

Dear Mr. Bird,

In your recent fundraising letter, you quoted a McCain advisor as describing Senator Obama as, '...a perfect manifestation of a September 10th mindset,' adding that this remark, '...did not sit well with us here at CNIF,' since, 'After the attacks of September 11th, it became very apparent to everyone in the United States that Washington needed to know more about the Middle East in order to understand the root causes of terrorism.'

This statement implies a 'blowback' interpretation of 9/11--that is, one that essentially accepts the Bush administration's account in its identification of the culprits, though characterizing their motives differently (bad foreign policy 'blew back' to the U.S. by provoking Muslims to attack us). And this interpretation we might in turn describe as a manifestation of a 'September 12th mindset'--a mindset born of shock in the immediate aftermath of those events, when the American public was readiest to believe what they were told by people in authority.

Boston 9/11 Truth joined over 20 other anti-war organizations at the Stop the Wars rally on Saturday 10/11/08 on the Boston Common. The rally included music and a parade, with thousnads of peace loving people. The Truth tent was very busy distributing information and answering questions for the many interested attendees.

Similar to ABC's Path to 9/11 attempting to team up with Scholastic- they failed on the joint venture, i think- due to public outcry.
