Paul Craig Roberts Warns Again (And Questions 9/11)

Information Clearing House has published an even straighter piece by Paul Craig Roberts. Hopefully, more high profile former and current officials will follow his lead as the situation gets so obviously critical.

A Wake-up Call

By Paul Craig Roberts

07/19/07 "ICH" -- -- This is a wake-up call that we are about to have another 9/11-WMD experience.

The wake-up call is unlikely to be effective, because the American attitude toward government changed fundamentally seventy-odd years ago. Prior to the 1930s, Americans were suspicious of government, but with the arrival of the Great Depression, Tojo, and Hitler, President Franklin D. Roosevelt convinced Americans that government existed to protect them from rapacious private interests and foreign threats. Today, Americans are more likely to give the benefit of the doubt to government than they are to family members, friends, and those who would warn them about the government’s protection.

Intelligent observers are puzzled that President Bush is persisting in a futile and unpopular war at the obvious expense of his party’s electoral chances in 2008.

ACLU: The White House Has a Manual for Silencing Protesters and Demonstrations

"In another section, entitled "Preparing for Demonstrators," the document makes clear that the intention is to deprive protesters of the right to be seen or heard by the President: "As always, work with the Secret Service and have them ask the local police department to designate a protest area where demonstrators can be placed, preferably not in view of the event site or motorcade route.""

So, they are acting under color of law to deprive American Citizens their UNALIENABLE Rights? Nah! If you think that the government is involved in a scheme to take away your freedom, you are just plain wrong. There is no freedom.

What I think about Homeland Security and the New Supposed Threat

"I don't believe there is an Al Qaeda threat, more than likely the inside chicken hawks have another bombing planned for the US in the near future."

anywhere in America, without state or local consent, in order to "suppress
public disorder". Also discussed are the actions of FEMA in reponse to
Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, and the deliberate dispersal of much of the
population.

Truthaction workerbees - READ THIS! - Video recording leads to felony charge

The Rights guaranteed in the First Amendment are INDIVIDUAL Rights. Of this there is no question, unless it is by tyrants. That means that each and every one of us INDIVIDUALLY enjoys the UNALIENABLE Right to Freedom of the Press. Create your own blog, web site, newsletter, whatever. Post your work as news. Put your face and name to it. MAKE YOUR OWN FANCY PRESS CARD. Stand on you Rights, like Matt Lapecek did in New Hampshire last week and sue them for violating your UNALIENABLE Rights if they do so. You only have those Rights you are willing to defend. Hold them accountable. Take their houses, take their cars, take their kid's college funds. Hit them in the only place that they have feelings left, their wallets.

A video recording leads to felony charge for an 18 year old. They charge him with a felony that they believe will seem allowable under the law and then will push him to plead to a lesser charge. Somebody in Pennsylvania please get this kid a copy of the Constitution becasue in his schooling it was obviously never covered.

Tyranny Abroad, Police State at Home

Interview with attorney and President of the Center for Constitutional Rights, Michael Ratner. Michael Ratner has led the center in its aggressive legal fight against the post - 9/11 violations of civil liberties by the Bush administration. He was part of a small group of lawyers that first took on representation of the Guantanamo detainees in January 2001, a case that went to the supreme court where a major victory was won in June 2004.

Police: "Not my duty to uphold the Constitution"

The SF Peace Rally on 1/27 had a large turn-out, and I was there with several other truthers passing out flyers, dvds, bullhorning, etc. As things were winding down, I approached a group of police officers and politely thanked them for being there to keep things orderly. Then I went on to say how I really respected people who would put their lives on the line to protect people and also to take a vow to uphold the Constitution and Bill of Rights. One of them asked me if I had been to his graduation (from police academy) and demanded to know how I knew what sort of vows he had taken. A bit taken aback, I said that it was common knowledge that this was part of a police officer's duty, but he kept denying it.

Police are there to enforce laws, and the Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and I could quote several supremes saying that in fact any "law" which doesn't agree with the Constitution is in fact not a law at all. Ergo, police are required to uphold the Constitution, as if this weren't explicitly spelled out already.

US government wants bloggers to register

Legislation has been introduced by U.S. Senator David Vitter (R-LA) to require registration of bloggers with more than 500 readers. To register (in other words, ask permission to enjoin in a priviledge) and become regulated (taxation is one form of regulation) means being subject to administrative, bureaucratic control. Once registered, failure to comply then most assuredly renders one subject to government force and violence. By my posting here, and assuming the readers of 911blogger to exceed 500, then I would be required to register. I ain't gonna do it. 911blogger readers in Louisiana, it's time to call your senator out.

Actually, I see this as a good sign. This means that they are afraid, very afraid. The government, the mainstream media, the globalist elite are very afraid. However, as to be expected and just like any cornered animal, they are lashing out ferociously in their defense. This is only the beginning.... so, get ready. The full text of three articles on Vitter's bill, with links, can be found below the rest of my two-cents worth.

Police state apparatus continues to expand; Pentagon, CIA engaged in domestic policing

Military Expands Intelligence Role in U.S. - nytimes.com

By ERIC LICHTBLAU and MARK MAZZETTI
Published: January 14, 2007

WASHINGTON, Jan. 13 — The Pentagon has been using a little-known power to obtain banking and credit records of hundreds of Americans and others suspected of terrorism or espionage inside the United States, part of an aggressive expansion by the military into domestic intelligence gathering.

The C.I.A. has also been issuing what are known as national security letters to gain access to financial records from American companies, though it has done so only rarely, intelligence officials say.

Banks, credit card companies and other financial institutions receiving the letters usually have turned over documents voluntarily, allowing investigators to examine the financial assets and transactions of American military personnel and civilians, officials say.

Police State Infrastructure Emerging

Localities Operate Intelligence Centers To Pool Terror Data

So-called "fusion centers" of intelligence gathering have arisen since 9/11, with the assistance of $380 million in federal funding. This WashPo article notes the quiet convergence of local policing and Homeland Security:

"But the emerging model of "intelligence-led policing" faces risks on all sides. The centers are popping up with little federal leadership and training, raising fears of overzealousness such as that associated with police "red squads" that spied on civil rights and peace activists decades ago. The centers also face practical obstacles that could limit their effectiveness, including a shortage of money, skilled analysts, and proven relationships with the FBI and Homeland Security.

Still, the centers are emerging as a key element in a sometimes chaotic new domestic intelligence infrastructure, which also includes homeland security units in local police forces and 103 FBI-led terrorism task forces, triple the number that existed before the Sept. 11 attacks."

Bringing 911 Truth to Law Enforcers

When, (not if), Bush implements Martial Law, he and his cronies expect that the Military Command, National Guard, State and Local Police, and County Sheriffs will carry out his orders without question. But history is replete with examples of sympathizers found within the chain of command, who, at the risk of their lives, due to conscience, did not obey something that conflicted with their morals and beliefs.

Let's put "Loose Change" (& other pertinent DVD's) in the hands of those who some day will be given an order to round up "the resistors, political dissidents, etc..." and take us to one of the 800+ "detention centers", i.e. FEMA concentration camps. Or, under the pretext of "protecting" us from those "evil Muslim terrorists" who have, let's say hypothetically, just released a deadly germ in the U.S., (i.e. Another "false flag" terror attack), will now "quaranteen" us "for our own protection"! Perhaps they will hesitate to carry out such an order given by criminals who mass-murdered 3000+ people on 9-11! And perhaps that hesitation will turn to outright refussal.

UPDATE: Elementary Student Threatened With Psychiatric Evaluation After Visiting 9/11 Websites

http://www.jonesreport.com/articles/091106_disciplined_911.html

The fifth grade student who was recently disciplined for accessing 9/11 websites at school, such as Infowars.com, may now be forced to undergo psychiatric evaluation.

10 year-old Mark was not punished, the discipline report shows, for breaking school rules or being "off task," but rather because his principal says the webpages in his cache were "inappropriate."

Sites listed in the report include '9/11 Cover-Up', 'Alex Jones' Martial Law' and 'NY 9/11 Truth', among others.

Report: Thousands wrongly on terror list

Police State and Homeland Terror

Comment:Despite being imperfect, with the inherent obvious flaws & the numerous past violations the lists are in widespread use. the inaccuracies should encourage those concerned with human rights to call for their abandonment. There are no statistics as to the number of "terrorists" that have been thwarted through using these lists, but there are countless stories of innocents being the victims of these lists.

The use of annotations applied to the database and issuance of cards to 'pre-approved' low risk travellers, in order to indicate that certain people shouldn't be stopped is a violation of civil liberties. The identification of the entire general public as potential terrorists underscores the aim of Homeland security in criminalizing the innocent to further their police state aims.
