BBC's Third Tower: 30 Pieces of Good News

The one-hour BBC program The Third Tower should have a positive effect on spreading the truth about what happened to WTC 7. Despite its attempt to debunk by twisting and omitting facts, there is much to cheer about.

Here are 30 examples from the program:

1) There is a WTC 7, many have never heard of it.

2) No plane hit WTC 7.

3) WTC 7 fell down.

4) Several videos of WTC 7 falling down are shown.

5) The collapse is compared visually to a controlled demolition.

6) Barry Jennings tells of hearing multiple explosions in WTC 7.

7) Barry Jennings was told while in WTC 7 "Get out of there, get out of there now", which sounds very suspicious.

8) Barry Jennings' time-line is not contradicted by anything Barry Jennings says.

9) After seven years, no final report on the collapse of WTC 7 has appeared. The 9/11 Commission never mentioned the collapse of WTC 7.

10) The program will generate sales and Internet hits of 'Loose Change'.

The BBC Conspiracy Files programme on the third tower was shown on the 6th July. On the surface it seemed to be a pretty fair, balanced programme but all the alternative stuff appeared at the beginning and most people would have forgotten about it by the end of the programme. The 'swiss cheese' comments about the holes in the steel was shown at the beginning to demonstrate something dodgy only to be dismissed at the end as nothing important.

Steven Jones's work wasn't given enough time and they showed a brief clip of his lecture in Boston). The positive thing about this is that the BBC have done us a huge favour by finally admitting there was a third building collapse.

Conspiracy theorist or skeptic Richard Gage believes that something other than terrorists brought down the World Trade Center on Sept. 11. His story involves specially timed explosives, a team of experts and a well-orchestrated cover-up by our own government.

As part of a group called Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, Gage traveled to Santa Cruz on May 2 to present “9/11: Blueprint for Truth,” a PowerPoint and film presentation that contests the official story of what brought down the towers.

During the presentation, Gage challenged the theories put forth by several governmental agencies that studied the collapse of the towers, such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), saying that none of the previous studies hold up under scrutiny.
“The skyscrapers, welded together and designed not to bend, dropped like a house of cards,” Gage said. “Theories of previous studies don’t account for straight-down collapse or the characteristics of demolitions.”

Blair Gadsby, a professor of religious studies, and Phoenix 9/11 Truth activist, Tim King, will be interviewed by Cosmos on Truth Revolution Radio (WTPRN) on May 18th. Other 9/11 truth groups across the country are organizing events in solidarity with Gadsby's hunger strike including groups in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and New Mexico. This video is unique, not only because it contains the latest version of Richard Gage's presentation, but because it features a video of a one on one presentation that Richard gave to one of New Hampshire's most widely circulated newspapers, The Keene Sentinel.

Our local 9/11 Truth Group, the Monadnock 9/11 Truth Alliance, has done a lot of work to try and get the Keene Sentinel to fairly cover this issue. Up until recently the most they would do was allow local 9/11 Truth activists to submit letters to the editor, while simultaneously running elaborate opinion pieces by proponents of the government's account, one of which suggested that Rosie O'Donnell "ate Building Seven." To add insult to injury, the Keene Sentinel then sent a reporter to the premiere of Loose Change Final Cut, which was sponsored by Student Scholars for 9/11 Truth and the Monadnock 9/11 Truth Alliance. The reporter refused to pay the $10 entry fee, bear in mind that all proceeds were donated to the FealGood Foundation, and not a word of the premiere was ever printed in the Keene Sentinel.

Only recently, did the Keene Sentinel provide fair coverage of local 9/11 Truth activists with two separate articles. One about the Monadnock 9/11 Truth Alliance and Student Scholars for 9/11 Truth (http://jamartell.blogspot.com/2008/02/keene-sential-covers-student-schol...). After the printing of the two articles, Jim Roumaniere, the Keene Sentinel's chief Editor, agreed to meet with and view Richard Gage's presentation in a private session. According to a member of the Monadnock 9/11 Truth Alliance, George Corrette, who was present at the meeting, Roumaniere was "was pretty well shaken by Richard's entire oeuvre of information."

This sit down presentation was incredibly effective. The Monadnock 9/11 Truth Alliance and Student Scholars for 9/11 Truth encourage all 9/11 Truth activists to try and set up similar meetings with local press. One of the main things that needs to happen is the media black out needs to end. Local media is a great place to start.
