Al-Qaeda is reportedly planning a terrorist attack against the United States which will "outdo by far" the attacks of September 11 in 2001.

Arab newspaper Al-Quds Al-Arabi in London reports a senior Yemen official close to Al-Qaeda as warning of a new wave of terror attacks against the western nation.

The source, who is not named, is quoted as being "very close to Al-Qaeda"

The newspaper is edited by Abdel al-Bari Atwan, who was the last journalist to edit Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden in 1996.

The newspaper report, contained on the front page, suggests bin Laden has ordered a large scale attack against the United States which would "outdo by far" the attacks of September 11.

It comes as reports in Britain say there is clear evidence that thousands of extremists are living inside the United Kingdom.

At the Convention last night, I watched the McCain campaign make 9/11 the centerpiece of their platform. The argument, of course, is that America has not suffered another terrorist attack since 9/11 because of strong Republican leadership.

Let's put aside the fact that the anthrax attacks occured just a couple of weeks later (and were an inside job).

Let's put aside the fact that America hasn't suffered any more terrorist attacks simply because the boys haven't authorized any more false flag attacks (yes, they do deserve credit for that!)

And let's put aside the fact that the Iraq war was launched based on an intentional false linkage with 9/11.

Let's just focus on whether the Republican White House and their democratic and republican co-conspirators in Congress have made us any safer. The answer is clearly no:

In the nation-wide radio station FM4, one of the activists reported how a uniformed task force stormed his place at 6 o’clock in the morning and he was not allowed to move anymore. The rights-actvists were arrested under a new established terrorism paragraph - according to this, people can be arrested if there is just a suspicion of beeing member of an illegal or criminal ring. According to FM4, the law can be interpreted in pretty any way of beeing an terrorist when politcally active. According to an interview with Harald Balluch, one of the animals rights-activists, in austrian magazine DerStandard, they were never told which criminal ring they should belong to. The equipment of their society was confiscated as well as all of their mobile phones and their address database of donators.

"If anything, the start of impeachment proceedings might force Bush to start the war against Iran early or cause him to bring about the false flag attack you mention. What better way to show the country how the Democrats engage in devisive partisan politics than to have them impeach him while the country is at war. Bush could also use the threat of impeachment as a pretext for declaring martial law and sweeping aside all opposition. Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich yesterday in Manchester said the country will be forced to reexamine freedom of speech to meet the threat of terrorism. Gingrich, speaking at a Manchester awards banquet, said a "different set of rules" may be needed to reduce terrorists' ability to use the Internet and free speech to recruit and get out their message.

"We need to get ahead of the curve before we actually lose a city, which I think could happen in the next decade," said Gingrich, a Republican who helped engineer the GOP's takeover of Congress in 1994.

But the number of terrorism prosecutions ending up in court -- one measure of the effectiveness of such sleuthing -- has continued to decline, in some cases precipitously.

The trends, visible in new government data and a private analysis of Justice Department records, are worrisome to civil liberties groups and some legal scholars. They say it is further evidence that the government has compromised the privacy rights of ordinary citizens without much to show for it.

UNITED PRESS INTERNATIONAL - U.S. officials are being advised in internal government documents to avoid referring publicly to al Qaeda and other terrorist groups as Islamic or Muslim, and not to use terms like jihad or mujahedeen, which "unintentionally legitimize" terrorism.

"There' s a growing consensus [in the Bush administration] that we need to move away from that language," said a former senior administration official who was involved until recently in policy debates on the issue.

Instead, in two documents circulated last month by the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), the multiagency center charged with strategic coordination of the U.S. war on terror, officials are urged to use terms such as violent extremists, totalitarian and death cult to characterize al Qaeda and other terrorist groups.

European Union justice ministers have agreed that using the Internet to publish bomb recipes or call for acts of terrorism to be committed should count as a criminal offence.

The 27 member states agreed on Friday, April 18, to introduce as new offences "public provocation to commit a terrorist offence, recruitment, and training for terrorism" which would be punishable "also when committed through the Internet."

People found guilty of "disseminating terrorist propaganda and bomb-making expertise through the Internet can therefore be prosecuted and sentenced to prison," the justice ministers said in a joint statement.

The information in chapter 30 briefly and unceremoniously outlines the DNA identification of three of the ten alleged terrorists that flew planes into NYC’s World Trade Center buildings.

A couple of weeks ago I wrote a story involving the timeline of the Ricin discovery in a Las Vegas hotel room pointing out all the discrepancies I found in the reporting that had been done on the case. Yesterday a follow up story was released by the Associated Press and featured on Yahoo’s front page as a headline.

The update continues to confuse with its vague language and further muddies the timeline and information reported in the original stories.

When the original story broke we were told the victim who may or may not be responsible for his own exposure to the Ricin was in a coma in a Las Vegas hospital. Yesterday’s updated story however states that the victim’s family members said the victim - 57 year old Roger Bergendorff, was sedated on Feb 23rd – this is before the story broke in the media.

Was Bergendorff just sedated all this time? Why was he so heavily sedated that authorities and the press reported he was in a coma? And why are the authorities only now able to speak with him if he was indeed only sedated?

On friday, I called Michael Medved's show to follow up on my previous conversation with him about the 10-10-01 foiled Israeli operatives' terror attempt on the Mexican Parliament { see Speaking with Michael Medved about 10/10, 9/11 and the Involvement of the Deep Israeli State }. He was talking about whether terrorism needs to be confronted. I believe so, in all its forms and different faces. And I think it is important for Jewish public intellectuals to understand and confront the role of the deep Israeli state in false-flag terrorism. I focus on 10-10-01 with Medved because it is as clear and open a recent account of the machinations of false-flag terror as we have. Just a month after 9-11 and a few days after the very high grade, Aimes-strain-lineaged was dropped into the mail addressed to Daschle and Leahy, 2 Israeli operatives were arrested having breached Mexican Parliament security with all the trappings of a false-flag in progress- glocks, grenades, explosives and 2 fake Pakistani passports.

An Absence of Will

Under constant manipulations, lies and propaganda, a nation of courage has become a nation of cowards. A nation that once questioned its leaders now falls lockstep behind them, blindly following criminality and corruption. A nation that once stood for protests, strikes, marches, sit-ins, challenging the government and seeking accountability now prefers sitting comfortably on couches or chairs, watching the world pass by through television sets or laptops, some becoming arm-chair activists, most simply rotting away their lives, preferring the life of a couch potato, passively ignoring the destruction of rights and freedoms, silently acquiescing to myriad number of crimes against humanity, and obediently shopping, purchasing and consuming according to the dictates of the corporatist world, their new god the Almighty Dollar commanding them to congregate at the Cathedrals of Consumerism, the Malls of Materialism, told to do their job and be good consumers, spending what little they have, even consuming with money that they do not have, and must therefore borrow.
