Background: Kurt and Lori Haskell were passengers on board Flight 253, Christmas Day 2009. Kurt Haskell, a respected attorney, witnessed a well dressed man help the underwear bomber to board Flight 253 without a passport. There were other odd occurrences associated with this flight.
In September, Kurt stated: "...It seems as though the Underwear Bomber has now decided to fire his attorneys and represent himself. I am actually not too surprised by this event. Being an attorney myself, I can see his attorneys trying to stuff a settlement down his throat while he argues in opposition that he was set up...."

Everyone should read this account of Kurt Haskell. Haskell not only says that he saw Abdulmutallab get help in Amsterdam, but that another man was arrested at Detroit Metro airport, after which all of the Flight 253 passengers were hustled away from the area since the man posed some imminent danger.

"Today is the second worst day of my life after 12-25-09. Today is the day that I realized that my own country is lying to me and all of my fellow Americans. Let me explain.

Although the statements are not (yet) definiteve, since the investigation is till running, Dutch authorities are already denying that the underwear bomber had contact with possible accomplices at Schiphol Airport. The Dutch media have been absolutely silent about the 'sharp-dressed man' as reported by Kurt Haskell and his wife so this comes as no surprise.

Here's my translation of a press report that was just released by ANP (a large Dutch press agency).

'Nigerian already in possesion of explosives'

HAARLEM - The Nigerian man who tried to commit a terrorist attack on Christmas Day in an airplane flying from Schiphol to Detroit, is thought to have been carrying the explosives already when he arrived on Schiphol on a flight from Lagos (Nigeria).

So far it's thought that Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab did not have any contact with possible accomplices in the Dutch airport. (emphasis mine)

The Public Proscecutor in Haarlem stated that these are the provisional results of the investigation of the Military and National Police.
