The war on terror

After 9/11: Bush Declares "War on Terror" Then Classifies The 28 Pages

Excerpts from a couple speeches that George W. Bush gave in the two months following 9/11, juxtaposed with some of what we've since heard about the 28 pages from former Senator Bob Graham, 9/11 victims' family members and a number of Congressmen.

Multiple War Crimes of Obama, Bush expertly explained: 12-minute video

RT’s The Truthseeker 12-minute video explains with multiple expert witnesses the legal argument for War Crimes prosecution against US government “leadership” in the Bush and Obama administrations.

The most egregious War Crime is unlawful War of Aggression, with deaths in the millions. All “reasons” for these wars are now acknowledged in official US government documents as known to be false as they were told. This means that it is uncontested conservative history that US “leadership” lies directly caused thousands of deaths and injuries to US soldiers; arguably the crime of treason for being the cause of attacks on the United States.

The most elegant solution is for Americans in military and government to recognize “emperor has no clothes” unlawful orders, refuse them, and arrest those who issued them.

Americans’ choice: Constitution, world peace, economic abundance OR 1% un-American dicts

*hyperlinks live at source:

Life has provided Americans many years to choose one of two futures:

Unalienable rights, limited government under the US Constitution, enforcement of war law that proves US wars as Orwellian unlawful, and obvious economic solutions to end national debt, optimize infrastructure, and have full-employment
1% lies of omission and commission to divide humans between “us” and “them” that destroys explicit Constitutional rights afforded to all “persons” for war-murders in the millions, torture, disclosed full-spectrum searching of the innocent with their tax dollars, and bankster economics that escalates our debt, enables deteriorating infrastructure despite massive unemployment.

Full documentation of the above facts are here and here.

The 1%’s form of government rejects limits of the Constitution and law, therefore by definition is “un-American.” We have other names to describe a form of government unlimited by rule of law: fascism is likely the most accurate, but certainly one of dictatorship.

4-minute video: US war-murders end when US War Criminals arrested

Dr. Dahlia Wasfi’s 4-minute speech powerfully communicates what US wars are: criminal Wars of Aggression.

The US mass-murders of millions of our brothers and sisters ends when critical mass of Americans understand and demand the arrests and removal from power of US War Criminals.

The wars of today are all based on lies. The wars of yesterday are all based on lies. They are not close to lawful.

The war of tomorrow in Iran is hyped on lies (here, here) and a history of US War Crimes on Iran (helpful analogy here). It has no basis in law, and likely will be foisted upon Americans under the lie of a false-flag attack.

It can end now. US military can, and should, take a leadership role to restore the US to the ideal of unalienable rights under just law.

US war law explained: Arrest US War Criminals before they do Iran

hyperlinks live at source:

The laws of war are essential for citizens and legislators to master if humanity is to evolve beyond a violent history of war to enjoy civil communities. To bring these basic laws to life, we’ll review the destruction of war’s history, explain the letter of US war laws, explain the philosophy/spirit of US war laws, and make the obvious conclusion once the laws are clearly understood that current US wars are unlawful orders that our military must refuse. US military is bound by their Oaths to the US Constitution to stop War Crimes and Wars of Aggression/Wars Against Peace, and arrest the US political and media “leaders” who lied us into these wars. This crime mass murdered over a million human beings and 5,000 US soldiers.

From Dr. King's speech a year before his assassination: Beyond Vietnam: A Time to Break Silence.

The verdict of the King family civil suit found US government agencies responsible for Dr. King's assassination. The King family's conclusion is that the same forces who drove the Vietnam War killed Martin in order to prevent his occupation of Washington, D.C. in the summer of 1968, and to remain until the war was ended and resources directed to end US poverty.

US overthrew Iran's democracy 1953-1979, helped Iraq invade 1980-1988, now lies for more war (and an analogy if the US were the victim of empire)
What Iran’s president said about Israel, and how US War Criminal 1% lie for war
What IAEA reports on Iran’s nuclear energy/medicine, how US War Criminal 1% lie
US constantly violates war law: arrest Obama before ‘false flag’ war on Iran
Analogy: US wars on Iraq, Iran as US criminal gangster “business”

From Truthdig

"We no longer have freedom; there is only the appearance of freedom. We are consumed by an endless and vague war on terror in which the perfidiousness of our enemy, whose number, location and nature are never clearly defined, justifies the shredding of constitutional rights, torture, kidnapping, detentions without charges or trials and an occult-like battle against an absolute evil. And if you think the state intends to limit itself to the persecution of Muslims, especially once there is an increase in domestic unrest and instability, you know little about human history."

Afghans turn to Taliban for order and security

Read this article and just go through your mind of all the things We were lied to about why We had to defeat the "terrorists" and make the world a safer place. Bushie has repeated, over and over, He wants us to be safe and they hate our freedoms..cough, cough.. A question to ask those who don't believe what really happened on 9/11 and still think that the "official story" is true: Do you believe the government intended to do what they said they could and that the people living in those countries would welcome our liberation with open arms once they get a dose of freedom? Now, do you believe that We were scamed?

Attacks against foreign occupation forces in Afghanistan have escalated both in frequency and intensity to a point where large parts of the country are in a state of total insurrection and lawlessness. According to NATO, as of mid-November there were 97 suicide attacks this year that killed 217 people. To get a glimpse of the reality as opposed to the Hollywood-style fiction peddled by the US, here is a summary of the Associated Press Online report for November 26: a suicide-bomber killed 15 people and wounded 24 others, including an Afghan special forces commander and a district chief, at a restaurant in southeastern Paktika province on November 26. A day earlier, there were four separate attacks against NATO forces in different parts of southern Afghanistan. In the Tirin Kot district of Uruzgan province, one NATO soldier was killed; in the Panjwayi district of Qandahar province, three NATO soldiers were injured; in neighbouring Zabul province the Taliban attacked the Arghandab district chief’s compound and clashed with the police for an hour. District chief Fazal Bari claimed one Taliban fighter was killed while the police suffered no casualties. The same night, a police convoy was ambushed on the main Kabul-Qandahar highway in Zabul province, in which incident the Zabul police chief Jainani Khan claimed to have killed one Taliban fighter without giving figures for police casualties.
