A HERO who pulled 15 people from the World Trade Centre during the 9/11 terrorist attacks on New York is to visit Burnley.

William Rodriguez is to give a talk at Wesleyan House, Clough Street, in an event organised by pressure group the West Yorkshire Truth Campaign.

Mr Rodriguez worked as a janitor at the trade centre for 19 years. On September 11, 2001, he first pulled 15 people to safety.

Then, as he was the only person with a master key, he bravely led firefighters up the stairwells of the north tower, unlocking doors to help hundreds of people escape.

It was said that Mr Rodigruez was the last man out of the doomed building before its collapse.

Event organiser, Anthony Beckett, said: "This is an astounding chance to hear first hand the testimony of a witness to 9/11.

UPDATE: Mr. Rodriguez would like you to know that if you make a contribution of $50 or more toward the production of "Last Man Out" at www.william911.com you will get a mention in the credits at the end of the documentary.

On the front page of www.rosie.com William Rodriguez's promo for his upcoming DVD "Last Man Out" is linked on the left sidebar and getting hits, 2,000* and climbing since it was posted last night.

* Make that just under 4,000!

Rodriguez Speaks for the First Responders

Instead of taping the View yesterday, Rodriguez traveled to Washington to lend his voice for those demanding Federal aid for the 9/11 First Responders. (Did anybody happen to notice that the President's press conference pre-empted the View yesterday? What a coincidence. Even had the show gone ahead, there would have been for all intents and purposes, no show.)

After his trip to DC, Rodriguez taped two interviews about the First Responders in Spanish. One was broadcast on Univision International, and the NY local, Channel 41. (YouTube links after the jump.)

Confirmed: No "View" tomorrow

William Rodriguez has confirmed that the 9/11 View episode is not going forward tomorrow, but may be re-scheduled, and he wants people to know that he made the final call. However, he insists that bigger and better things are coming down the pipe, hence, the Sunjata post further down the page.

To hear it from the horse's mouth, check out Rodriguez's comments on the Alex Jones show earlier today (third hour).

The Key is Passed to Daniel Sunjata

Following several successful meetings, William Rodriguez and Daniel Sunjata have decided to work together on a series of 9/11-related video projects. Beyond the partnership of Sunjata and Rodriguez, it is still unknown as to who else is involved behind the scenes.

We're told that some of the projects will be focused on challenging Rodriguez's detractors.

Another very high-profile celebrity, donated 2 HD cameras for the project and filmaker Jonathan Kerr-Smith donated his talent to film the projects. An effort will be launched later this week to raise the remaining funds needed.

With an increasingly public profile, Rodriguez is a very recognizable spokesperson internationally for people who are questioning the official story of 9/11.

REMINDER to watch The View May 24

UPDATE: Rumor has it the episode has been Canceled, more info to come...
Dont forget to tune in to The View on thursday, May 24!

William Rodriguez will be appearing alongside Dylan Avery and Korey Rowe.

This recent development is bittersweet; it was assumed by many that when Rosie O'Donnell said "we'll go to Harvard", that The View would invite as guests scientists or professionals such as Steven Jones, Kevin Ryan, Richard Gage, etc. However, I would still consider this a positive event given the fact that there are few and far between a member of the 9/11 Truth Movement gets a fair shake in the mainstream media.

On May 24, an average audience of 3.2 million viewers will be able to witness the testimony of 9/11 hero William Rodriguez, and talking points will be presented by the Louder Than Words crew, in addition to promoting the latest version of their film, now known as Loose Change: Final Cut.

William Rodriguez, the “Last Man Standing” on 9/11, appeared on Fox News in Boston, MA.

He talked about explosions in the basement, before the plane hit, as well as secondary explosions occurring. Mr. Rodriguez also takes the time to mention the media blackout in the United States on 9/11 Truth issues.

The Makers of Loose Change to appear on The View - May 24th

Per the Alex Jones Show and ABC programming. 9/11 hero William Rodriguez and the makers of Loose Change will appear on The View, Thursday May 24th.

Loose Change Creators on The View May 24th - watchingtheview.com

According to a release from ABC, Korey Rowe and Dylan Avery, creators of the 9/11 conspiracy documentary Loose Change will appear on the May 24th show. Also listed is William Rodriguez, who was a janitor at the North Tower of the World Trade Center, who has since become part of the 9/11 truth movement. The only other guests listed for that date are the winners of Dancing With the Stars, so it appears that the show will not have representatives from both sides of the topic. Rosie O’Donnell has said before that we have been hearing the other side for years, so maybe the show will only cover the topic from one angle. However, since the show line-up often goes through changes before the show is taped, it is possible that they might be adding additional guests. It is also possible that they might have the other side in another segment on a different day.

If you are unfamiliar with the documentary, it is available on YouTube.

An Evening with William Rodriguez -- September 11 Hero, May 17 2007, Allston MA

An Evening with William Rodriguez -- September 11 Hero

For more than five years since September 11, 2001, William Rodriguez has been relentless in his crusade to help September 11 victims and their families, and in bringing to audiences in Europe, Asia, South America and the U.S. his explosive testimony challenging the official account of the freefall collapse of New York's Twin Towers and Solomon Building.
The Puerto Rican-born, New Jersey resident was a custodian at the World Trade Center for nearly twenty years and was in-charge of the three stairwells — A, B and C — in the North Tower. In possession of the master key that opened all of the stairwell doors on each floor of the 110 story building, William Rodriquez personally saved the lives of 15 people that day and aided New York City firefighters in saving hundreds of others.
