On or about May 25, 2007, Google Video and YouTube removed links to the video (and to segments from the video) entitled “911 Mysteries,” produced by Avatar, LLC, as a result of a DMCA Takedown Demand filed by Richard A. Siegel, an individual associated with a work entitled “9/11 Eyewitness,” for reasons of copyright infringement.

Mr. Siegel’s claim of infringement is false. First, well before the release of “911 Mysteries,” Avatar obtained express permission from both Blue Star Media Group (co-owner of the copyright in the “Eyewitness” work) through its managing partner Jim Brewster, and from Mr. Siegel’s partner David Shaw, to incorporate limited segments of “Eyewitness” in “911 Mysteries.” Mr. Siegel’s two partners were fully cooperative with Avatar in licensing this material. Second, even if Avatar had not obtained express permission from the creators of “9/11 Eyewitness” to use their material in “911 Mysteries,” the 38 seconds of incorporated footage that Mr. Siegel has taken issue with is fully protected by the copyright Doctrine of Fair Use.

Hi 911 Truthers!

Here is a free method for spreading 911 Truth to a new audience. Search Google Video and Youtube for the most popular videos and post a comment relating them to 911. The better your comment relates the video to 911, the less likely it will be tagged as spam. The most popular videos get over 200 views/minute ! Problem is so many comments are posted that after an hour or so the comment will move off of the first (video) page, so we need everyone to post!

Example one: While searching protest music, I found this one, 'My Chemical Romance - Famous Last Words ' (28.6 million views since January):

The popular video-sharing Web site first debuted "Hillary 1984," which compared Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y. to a Orwellian dictator, then-Sen. George Allen's career-altering "macaca" moment and the "I Feel Pretty" video that chided former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards' good looks.

I thought that most of the "Analysts" on Fox News and MSNBC were hateful, innacurate, and opposed to freedom of speech. (minus the female personality on Hannity and Colmes, and O'Reilly's male guest - only during his final statement about our right to not watch the View if we disagree)

O'Reilly: "they are spitting out the worst propoganda that is fed to them by far-left Americans on the net. . that's where they're getting the "false flag", "Gulf of Tonkin", and all this other business"

O'Reilly's male guest: "the real danger, is that they're mainstreaming this hateful nonsense"

Hannity's male guest: "she has no right to speak [because she's] a clown, a fool, a deranged activist"

Hannity: Equating 9/11 Truth to disrespecting the families of those who lost their lives on 9/11.

I was recently elated to hear the news that Charlie Sheen was going to do the narration of Loose Change Final Cut and Mark Cuban was offering to bankroll the popular 9/11 movie through his distribution company Magnolia Pictures.

Well, my grandeur was cut short when I remembered a recent incident that just happed within the past month. It involves, Mark Cuban, a You Tuber called Halifaxion, and the complete culling of massive amounts of 9/11 truth videos.

First, let me first explain just who Halifaxion was and what roll he played. Halifaxion was the biggest 9/11 truth activist on You Tube. Over the past few years, Halifaxion managed in collecting a huge plethora of almost 200 incriminating video clips including news broadcasts, interviews, and clips from various documentaries. There were hundreds of thousand of web sites linking to Halifaxion's videos. He also had accounts on both Google Video and iFilms where he offered his alternative theories about 9/11.

Charlie Sheen Says US Gov't. Behind 9/11

The Post’s Page Six reports that Charlie Sheen believes the United States government planned 9/11—literally, not just by running the country that managed to inspire such hatred. Apparently, Sheen is following up his prostitute charity work by narrating a version of the loonier-than-grandma-on-ecstasy YouTube documentary "Loose Change," which claims that a corrupt faction within the federal government orchestrated the World Trade Center terrorist attacks. According to The Post, Sheen is “in talks with Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban's Magnolia Pictures to distribute the film.” He has also requested a new independent investigation into the attacks, in case, you know, past probes missed the “How To Devastate A Country” manual by the White House.

After laying out his reasonable hypothesis and certain facts, Griffin comes to the following conclusion:

Considering these facts, for anyone to issue a report to the press that Building Seven was expected to collapse, is powerful evidence that some people actually did have prior knowledge – not necessarily of the 9/11 attacks, but prior knowledge that Building Seven was going to be brought down by controlled demolition. Since it takes many weeks of prior planning to bring down a building like that by controlled demolition, preparations would have started long before 9/11. That fact, alone, is all we need to unravel the whole shoddy fabric of lies.

In the final week of February, 2007, the Internet was ablaze with a video tape that showed news commentators for the BBC on the morning of 9/11 stating categorically that Building 7 at the World Trade Center had collapsed, but the announcement was made at least twenty minutes prior to the event. In one scene, reporter Jane Standley is seen saying that Building 7 had collapsed, all the while it is clearly visible in the skyline behind her.

Does anyone in this community know about YouTube subscribers? I have been getting attention from several shows I did on my public access TV show, "Farther Down the Rabbit Hole" where I pointed out that at a hacker's conference last summer (HOPE) that Robert Steele who poses as an "ex" CIA agent is probably still one as he was so weak about the difference between LIHOP and MIHOP.

Some of my responses are positive and some negative. Upon reviewing the accounts of the various commentors to get to know them better and thus be better able to take in what they are saying I came across "ProfiteerinChief" (it was a favorite of a particularily puzzling commentor) "ProfiteerinChief" has an impressive "Bombshells Expose Bush" series that uses WWII style poster girls in a sensitive and rhymthic manner alongside all this ugly information about the no-bid contract stuff going on in Iraq. I wrote him, complimented his work, and received back a very nice response. Needless to say I was very flattered when I discovered he had subscribed to my channel (I have over 50 of my Manhattan Neighborhood Network Public Access TV shows up).

However upon looking at his channel (account) I was astonished that instead of the usual 20 or even 50 possibly 100 channels that he listens to....it was an astonishing 5747!!!! I did n't feel so flattered anymore although I can't believe that in between watching all those channels he had any time to drop me the line he did let alone edit all the great stuff he puts out. I had been encouraging him to "Go Deeper" with his material and read Webster Tarpley.....
