With recent warnings from Dr. Paul Craig Roberts regarding a false flag terrorist attack some time this year, I did some research on the web. We all know that terror attacks happen to take place at the same time as simulated government exercises. Well, on the Department of Homeland Security's website I found an interesting declaration. On Oct. 15-24, the government plans to launch a Full Scale Exercise conducted with 15,000 people simulating a real life scenario of a radiological terrorist attack in Arizona, Oregon, and the US territory of Guam.
