The New Declaration of Independence
The Declaration of the Citizenry of the United States of America.

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for a Nations People to rise together as One Voice against the corruption being undertaken by their Elected Governing Body and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which compel them to remove the corrupted governing body in accordance with the fore-fathers of this Great Nation as set forth in our original Declaration of Independence, when they themselves broke from England in defiance of Tyranny and Oppression.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that All Mankind is Created Equal, that they are endowed by the Creator with certain unalienable rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of the people of these United States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their current Systems of Government.

The history of the present United States Government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of absolute Tyranny over these United States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

  • The United States Government has (for at least the last 60 years) operated in secrecy, which is a direct contradiction to our founding-fathers dream of government transparency.
  • The United States Government has murdered its own citizens and countless others of Gods Children around the world in the hope of furthering its own selfish agenda of world domination and a New World Order.
  • The United States Government has used these deaths to destroy the things that the citizenry of this great nation hold most dear. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
  • The United States Government has also used these deaths to impose its will upon other Nations all in the name of peace while continuing to murder still countless thousands more innocent men, women and children.
  • The United States Government has repeatedly ignored the will of the citizenry so arrogantly that it is correct to say that the Government believes it is the master and we are its slaves.
  • The United States Government refuses to secure our nation while continuing to sell off our nations land to other nations who do not have our best interest in mind. In effect, selling us out to the highest bidder.
  • The United States Government refuses to correct immigrations laws, which would insure that those wishing to come here legally could do so in a short amount of time while effectively keeping undesirables from entering.
  • The United States Government punishes its own peace keepers with imprisonment while rewarding law breakers with freedom.
  • The United States Government allows lower court judges to make law in the court room instead of enforcing the law set forth by congress in accordance with the will of the people.
  • The United States Government continues to feed upon its citizenry and grows daily. The founding fathers of this great nation wanted small government with minimal intrusion in the lives of the citizenry. The exact opposite is true today.
  • The United States Government is slowly conditioning the citizenry to accept the military and military style actions by police to be accepted as common place in today’s society.
  • The United States Government has combined with other like minded governments to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving its Assent to these Acts of pretended Legislation:
    1. For setting up Illegal Trade Deals with all parts of the world that destroy our economy and line the pockets of the wealthy:
    2. For imposing Taxes on us that are unconstitutional:
    3. For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
    4. For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences, if we are charged and tried at all.
    5. For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Government
    6. The United States Government has Declared War on all nations that do not bow to its will.
  • The United States Government has Plundered the Seas, Ravaged the Coasts, Burnt the Towns, and destroyed the lives of Millions of people here and abroad.
  • The United States Government is even now planning large scale attacks on even more Nations to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy of the Government of a Civilized Nation.
  • The United States Government has lied to the World and has convinced its own Citizens to become the Executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
  • The United States Government has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on us division amongst our own nation. By doing this they continue to move ever forward with their plan with success because a Nation Divided can not stand as one and defeat the foe that stands before it.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Government, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the Government of a free people.
We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances. We have appealed to their justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably bring about the Revolution that is now on the horizon. They too have been deaf to the voice of Justice and of Consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
We therefore, the Citizenry of the United States of America, in General Assemblage, appeal to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name of the good People of this Great Nation and in accordance with the Constitution set forth by our Founding Fathers, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the corrupt United States Government, and that all political connection between them and the Citizenry at Large, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent Citizens, we have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Free Citizens may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

It is now up to you, the Citizenry of this Great Nation to do what must be done. We ask all, Small or Great, Weak or Strong, Poor or Wealth who would believe to rise up with a full heart and stand as one against the Corruption which is the United States Government.

One would ask how can we do this? The answer is quite simple.

  • The United States Government feeds on fear, DO NOT BE AFRAID!!!
  • The United States Government relies on you not being informed, so get informed. Seek other forms of media besides mainstream.
  • The United States Government relies on your money so stop paying your taxes, stop buying goods made in foreign countries. Throw yourself on the gears of the machine and grind it to a halt.

These things can be done, these things must be done!!!

The illegal aliens in this country protested on May 1st 06 by not showing up to their illegal places of employment and marching in the streets. This protest was supposed to stop our country from operating but it did not work, all it did was show us that they are indeed not needed in this country. But if we, the legal citizens of this country “all 250 plus million of us” were to do the same then I would have to believe that it would not only stop this country from operating but it would affect the entire world. This is what I propose.
I am not wise enough nor influential enough to organize such an event and am seeking those who are. I am but one man in a sea of many. Let us come together for this common cause and save our great nation.
