'Just Six Months to Go on the WTC 7 Study.

Dr. Leroy Hulsey Shares His Preliminary Findings with the Fairbanks Branch of the ASCE.

Dr. Leroy Hulsey, chair of the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF), is now 18 months into his two-year computer modeling study on the collapse of World Trade Center Building 7 (WTC 7).

Dr. Hulsey first announced his preliminary findings at the Justice In Focus conference in New York City on September 10 and 11 — where he stated categorically that there was “zero” probability that WTC 7 collapsed due to the fires it experienced on 9/11.

Since then, he has given two more presentations. The first was on September 29 to the UAF student chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). The second was on October 19 to the Fairbanks Branch of the ASCE (where Dr. Hulsey previously served as president). They will also study the building’s response to losing individual columns and will attempt to simulate the kinds of failures that would be required to bring the building down in the manner observed on 9/11.
