F.B.I. Elaborates On Reportedly Absent 9/11 Aircraft Wreckage Recovery & Identification Records

The Federal Bureau of Investigation's Records/Information Dissemination Section, clarifies its reportedly negative search results for records confirming the positive recovery and identification of the wreckage created by the federally registered aircraft reportedly involved in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

Dear Mr. Monaghan:

This is in reference to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request Number and civil litigation referenced above, and a follow-up to our initial response letter dated September 24, 2007.

Upon receipt of your initial FOIA request for "documentation pertaining to any formally and positively identified debris by the FBI, from all four civilian commercial aircraft used in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001," we conducted a preliminary review for potentially responsive documents. At that time, RIDS understood that any potentially responsive records were located in a pending file of an ongoing investigation, and therefore determined that they would be withheld in their entirety. Therefore, you received my initial determination, in a letter dated September 24,2007, that the material you requested is located in an investigative file, which is exempt from disclosure pursuant to Title 5, United States Code, Section 552 (b)(7)(A). An explanation of this exemption was included in my correspondence. Exemption (b)(7)(A) protects from disclosure records and information compiled for law enforcement purposes the release of which could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings. You were also advised that you could appeal this denial by writing to the Office of Information and Privacy (OIP), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).

You appealed to alP, and Associate Director Janice Galli McLeod, affirmed the FBI's determination to withhold any potentially responsive records in their entirety, because they are protected from disclosure under the FOIA pursuant to 5 U.S.c., Section 552 (b)(7)(A).

We then received a copy of your complaint for injunctive relief, later amended, wherein you requested the FBI to "produce agency records, concerning documentation revealing the process by which wreckage recovered by defendant, from the aircraft used during the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, was positively identified by defendant (with the aid of the National Transportation Safety Board), as belonging to the said aircraft, presumably though the use of unique serial number identifying information contained by the said aircraft wreckage, that was collected by defendant and which defendant has improperly withheld from plaintiff." The Record/Information Dissemination Section (RIDS) again conducted a search for potentially responsive records.

After this extensive research, RIDS has been unable to locate any FBI records responsive to your request. RIDS' search efforts included verification by the responsible FBIHQ operational division that because the identity of the three hijacked aircraft has never been in question by the FBI, NTSB or FAA (since other evidence collected after 9/11 has all corroborated the fact that American Airlines Flight 11, United Airlines Flight 175, American Airlines Flight 77 and United Airlines Flight 93 were the aircraft that were hijacked), no records would have been generated responsive to your request for documents "revealing the process by which wreckage recovered by defendant, from the aircraft used during the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, was positively identified by defendant (with the aid of the National Transportation Safety Board), as belonging to the said aircraft, presumably though the use of unique serial number identifying information contained by the said aircraft wreckage."

None of these organisations seemed to know what was going on on 911
and WHERE the planes were but they claim to be shure WHAT planes where "someplace"?

This "response" might be acceptable for a parking ticket

This "response" might be acceptable if we were talking about a parking ticket. But we are talking about mass murder (used to justify invasions of foreign countries). In such a case, the above FBI "response" makes no sense whatsoever as it relies entirely upon unproven assumptions. Knowing that 4 planes were hijacked tells you that there was a point in time, during which these four planes - while in the air - were no longer under the control of the pilots assigned to those flights. That is ALL that can be known from the fact that these flights were hijacked. Anything else is sheer speculation. You don't speculate in mass murder investigations, when you claim to be in possession of the murder weapons. You make a positive identification of the murder weapons. The fact that the alleged murder weapons were replete with multiple serial numbers, would make such identification relatively simple. Obviously, someone high-up and in-charge does not want the murder weapons identified. A reasonably bright 10-year-old can see this. But unfortuantely, thousands (milions?) of brilliant adults who have been traumatized by a psyops cannot.

And that is the problem.

What are they "investigating" ?

The FBI keeps claiming they have an ongoing investigation .
I wonder what they are "investigating" since "the identity of the planes was never in question"
nor was the question "who done it ? " as Osama bin laden bin bandar bush was identified as the perpetrator
sometime between the second plane hit WTC and the collapse of the first tower ?
Maybe they are still investigating what this is ?

I'm no expert but my guess is that there are maybe hundreds of serial-numbers in a jet-engine ..

There are no serial numbers in jet engines. The repair manuals say stuff like: "Remove the roundish looking thing that is about the size of a mailbox. Then remove the thingy that kind of looks like a four iron. Then replace with one of those L - shaped things with kind of a little bend at the end. Be careful not to lose the spring --- but if you do, just take one out of your ball point pen."

No basis for "FOIA Exemption"

whatsoever. This request was simply about confirming the identity of the aircrafts-- it had nothing to do with divulging sources or anything that could possibly compromise an investigation! "An ongoing investigation" that doesn't bother to look at the parts?

Has anyone filed a FOIA to ascertain the location of the AA77 and UA93 wreckage? If indeed it is being hidden away in a private facility at Iron Mt., PA then that needs to come out as well! This will raise many red flags with Americans. After all, we would expect the planes to have been reassembled in a hangar with media coverage, ala TWA 800! And certainly to be under government control at a government facility.

All the more reason to pass the NYC 9/11 Ballot Initiative!

The wreckage from AA77 and UA93 is stacked in a corner of Bigfoot's garage.

The NTSB accident reports (official documents) for Flight 11 and 175 contain glaring discrepancies.

Neither of them states that the originating airport was BOS, Logan Airport!

One of them actually says the flight originated at "M1A3" = BOSTON HELIPORT, and the other is left blank.

This is black and white evidence that SOMEONE at NTSB may have some doubts about which planes we're talking about.

The FBI making the black boxes disappear from NYC is another point. Look up Fireman Nicholas DeMassi, who found the flight data recorders.

Umm, the identity of the three hijacked aircraft? I thought there were four hijacked aircraft.

Is it just me, or could that be a Freudian slip? It would obviously be difficult to prove that this is singularly meaningful, but interesting nonetheless.

No. it's not just you. I thought it was pretty odd too.

In fact, I thought is was very odd.

Process

When you read what Aidan asked for it was for the FBI to provide records of the process which they used, not the actual records themselves. They never tried to identify the airplanes using serial numbers. They say that the identities were never in doubt so they didn't do it. Given that the airplanes were missing and the people on them remain missing to this day, why would anyone bother. Even the people asking questions here didn't think of this on 9/11 or even 9/20. Having said that, it seems far fetched to make too much of this. A conspiracy sufficient in scope to eliminate 4 jumbo jets and several hundred people could surely easily present some parts with either part numbers or serial numbers which would them correspond the the maintenance records kept by the airlines. This is not very hard to do even ex post facto. This is just another example of stupid government bureaucracy and people not wanting to deal with the 9/11 Truth Movement in government.
