Kevin Barrett on Hannity and
Kevin Barrett on Hannity and Colmes did a better job standing up to FOX News than anyone previous to him. It was arguably the most explicit and reputable statement that "9/11 was an inside job" in the mainstream media to that date. And he went on to make Sean Hannity look like a puppet.
But they aren't going to let that happen again. Bill O'Reilly is far more comfortable doing hit pieces than debating the issue. So he has Nass and Meigs on to debunk 9/11 truth, while someone keeps sending false announcements to 9/11Blogger about Barrett being on O'Reilly. I first assume that someone wants the 9/11 truth community to tune in and and get discouraged. Or maybe its just a coincidental snafu.
Either way, let's not think that FOX News, of all organizations, would cover 9/11 in any manner other than the most derogatory. If more people were able to push back the way Barrett did, they probably wouldn't have us on at all. MSNBC is close to dealing with it, but they may go under and be sold soon. And CNN's a commercial joke.
I really get excited every time 9/11 is on the airwaves. I Tivo everything I can. And most often these spots end up helping us more than hurting as they make people curious, and most often we get the chance to throw out a couple of websites.
But I seriously don't think that O'Reilly is willing or capable of going up against Barrett. It would be something to see.
As much as I like him and
As much as I like him and what he has done, I wonder if Barrett isn't becoming a distraction. 9/11 truth does not reside in any one person, no matter how forceful or eloquent or effective. It is true that we need all the "spokesmen" we can get, but the door has been opened, and now we need someone to walk through it. More importantly, we need as many eloquent spokespeople speaking out as possible as soon as possible. We need coordinated action and focus among all 9/11 truth organizations and spokespeople, and we need a coherent strategy to stick to.
We may now be past the time when blogs, web sites and DVD's are the vehicle for 9/11 truth in terms of alerting the MSM (except as reference points).
The vehicle is perhaps letters and e-mails, or mass protest of some sort (this week!), and the engine for the vehicle is the list of questions about the war games, and the focal point must be on the "chain of command" ... Rumsfeld, Cheney et al.

And you thought all the 9/11 WTC wreckage was swept up in eight months and sent to be smelted in foreign countries or secret places in our own strange land, right? And that the rest of the rubble was buried in Fresh Kills (appropriate name), Staten Island. So did I. But now it turns out last remains of the Towers are being stored in an 80,000-square-foot hangar at JFK International Airport in New York. AinÂ’t that a kick in the head?
The previous fact comes from the fifth paragraph of an article Fragments of Twin Towers may return to Coatesville by Jennifer Miller at DailyLocal.com. It’s a story about Coatesville, Pennsylvania, wanting to get some WTC steel “trees” for the future National Iron & Steel Heritage Museum, to be built in the city’s Lukens National Historic District. The Graystone Society is the group propelling the museum project. Well, how nice.
Scot Huston, a “direct” descendant of the Luken family, president of the Graystone Society, and Gene DiOrio, Graystone Society vice president, traveled to that JFK hangar to meet with New York Port Authority officials about bringing some of the remnants back to Coatesville. That’s even sweeter.

All of these people --
All of these people -- Barrett, The Loose Change crew, Fetzer, Jones, etc. -- have shown much courage appearing on MSM shows that are openly hostile. They are literally risking their lives to be on shows watched by the lunatic fringe.
However, I would like to see more on TV of the 9/11 Truthers whose interview style is closer to the stern, combative style of Fox News (except, of course, with different politics). I am thinking of Alex Jones and Webster Tarpley. There's nothing wrong with the others, but on TV people such as Barrett and Jones seem too timid, whatever they actually say. It's all in their temperament, which is genial and polite. The rabid dogs on Fox don't respect such speakers, and neither does their audience. The only liberal on Fox, Colmes, looks like a cadaver next to the beefy Hannity. Visually, the message is always: respect Hannity, Colmes is ineffectual.
I have great respect for all 9/11 Truthers confronting MSM hostility. But I wonder if there is a way for a bunch of them to gather and discuss strategies for appearing on TV?

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the reason this Administration did everything in their power to prevent an investigation, and did everything in their power to under-fund that investigation, and did everything in their power not to cooperate with that investigation, and did everything in their power to limit the scope of those investigations by putting a member of their Administration in charge of that investigation, is because they didn't want that investigation to find the truth.

That's what this technology was created for and put there to use in the case of just this kind of hijacking situation. Everyone in the airlines industry knows this. This was Boeing's answer to all the hijackings that took place in the Seventies.
And does anyone remember there were state dept laptops stolen just before this 9/11 crime happened and because of this intelligence leak, they were afraid some one could hack into the remote-control system from anywhere on the ground. That's also why the joint chiefs and rummy would not fly big planes just before 9/11. They were worried they would fall victim to such a plot. This was so well shown in the "Lone Gunmen" episode in which he hacks into the planes remote controlled system. Has anyone picked up on this? Why won't the aircraft companies answer to this?
