News Flash: Alex Jones Arrested by NYPD

NEW YORK - Media activist Alex Jones was arrested by New York Police Department officers while filming a documentary about the sixth anniversary of September 11th and joining the protest against the official version of what happened on 9/11.
According to Infowars sources Jones was singled out by police from the head of a crowd of about 400 9/11 Truth Activists and protesters. He was verbally accosted and forced by the police officers to present identification which he was not carrying at the time.
NYPD officers arrested Jones for "unspecified charges" and removed from the protest crowd to be taken to the nearest police precinct where he currently remains.
Rob Jacobson, camera operator on Jones' documentary production crew indicated that a large portion of the protest crowd has moved to the precinct where Jones is being held to ensure his fair treatment and safe release.

I must give credit where credit is due....... the psych folks at the CIA are much better than I would ever have given them credit for.... --- actually, I have always believed them to be pretty capable folks. Perhaps their choice of Tarpley may yet backfire upon them, however.
And now with Tarpley continuing with his cointelpro blaming everybody else for being cointelpro, I guess a new level of complete absurdity has been reached. That's not to say this is anything more than the penultimate. I'm sure Tarpley will strive for new heights.

Always a good question
Let's not speculate about intent. Let's talk about actions. What has happened.
The relationship between the anti-war and 9/11 truth movement has been strained. Not ruined by any means. Cindy Sheehan knows that some of us are reasonable. But many others in the anti-war movement may be more hesitant about associating with us in the future.
The specific people who have objected to the Warning are those people who Tarpley has now stated are cointelpro agents. See my post below. So he is creating division within the movement.
One of the two prominent 9/11 events taking place in NYC has been used as a platform from which to advance this theory, and further attack its skeptics.
A bit more information, but wtf is going on remains elusive.

The whole point of events that mix hoax-advocates in with credible researchers is to piggyback the nonsense on the credible, to associate the two groups together in the minds of the audience and all those who view and buy the follow-up videos, see them on YouTube, read the coverage, etc. This way the hoaxes remain alive and defended by sincere people who don't realize the actual purpose and damage being done.
Worse, the leaders themselves are exposed to these people in person and so come to accept them as sincere and wanting only to help, etc., and they will be willing to appear with them again and again. A personal relationship that can override the hoax content into issues of "loyalty" and friendship, not truth, fact or science.
Discrediting by association works because it preys on good people.
Name-calling won't do.

It is unfortunate that verbal attacks have been made against personal friends of mine during the promotion of the KW document. I know first hand that these verbal attacks are unfounded and counterproductive to the 911 Truth truth movement.

I saw Alfred Webre speak today. Here's a comment of mine about that on a related thread.

He made no indication that he was joking."
So I ask us all, is it not time to start making the distinction between those who are reasonable and those who are not? This is a fact based movement. History, science, journalism, advocacy of informed consent. Is it reasonable to call Michael Woolsey and Jon Gold cointelpro agents? Does Webre's claim above seem reasonable to any of you? Possible is certainly a very far cry from reasonable.
When did this tent get so big that it we host people who openly attack us? So who do you believe? Cosmos, Col. Jenny Sparks, Arabesque, Michael Wolsey, Jon Gold, and Cindy Sheehan, being some of those who objected to the Kennebunkport Warning. Or Fetzer and Tarpley, who have promoted it beyond reason, and attacked these people for their reasonable concerns?
That's not supposed to be hard to answer. Intellectual betrayal. We don't have to speak for a second about excluding these people, as they serve to exclude themselves. But we might all consider not going out of our way to include them in the future, to put in nicely.

He spoke of how all these movements get infiltrated as a means to neuter them. He stressed the importance of overcoming all differences and joining with other movements.
He advocated going to Washington and STAYING, confronting lawmakers daily. He also stated that he was not a 9/11 researcher and never said "inside job"
His talk was inspirational. You must see it/hear it when it becomes available. Bob McIlvaine and William Pepper were the best speakers.
I thought, Fetzer, Barrett were also very good.
I am not going to be part of the rift. They pretty much avoided the most controversial aspects of their beliefs.
