On April 11th, 2007, family members Bill Doyle and Bob McIlvaine, scientists Steven Jones and Kevin Ryan, architect Richard Gage and the group Scholars for 9/11 Truth and Justice filed a petition with NIST demanding that it correct its erroneous methods and findings.

On September 27th, NIST finally replied.

Messieurs McIlvaine, Jones, Ryan and Gage and the group Scholars for 9/11 Truth and Justice have now filed an appeal to NIST's reply.

A redacted version of the appeal can be read here.

Good Luck with the Appeal...

All of you are GREAT PATRIOTS and caring human beings !!!

Thanks for making NIST accountable by documenting this episode.

Very best wishes to you all

Thank You

I applaud Bill Doyle, Bob McIlvaine, Steven Jones, Kevin Ryan, Richard Gage for the
NIST Petition to correct their junk science used to cover murder.

I especially want to express gratitude to my friend Attorney James Gourley who authored the petition.

kudos

Great job, very timely.

Don't Expect a Miracle...

Considering the response to your original submission was likely vetted at the highest levels, the response to this appeal is likely to be comparably dissappointing, with more vagueness and unsupported assertions. Time to start planning next steps?

Knowing some of the people

Knowing some of the people behind this effort it is safe to assume they have plotted this out many moves ahead.

The appeal makes...

... excellent and insightful reading.

NIST have truly and totally discredited themselves.

Agreed

NIST is a gold mine for 9/11 truthers. Find the quotes, and hold them accountable for the lies.

Remember, molten steel is "irrelevant to the investigation".
