WTC 7 report set for summer 2008 release

The delayed National Institute of Standards and Technology report on the collapse of the World Trade Center 7 following the 9/11 terrorist attack in 2001 will be released for public comment this July. A final version will be published a month later, in August 2008. NIST’s investigation of the WTC 7 collapse was supposed to have been completed by the end of 2006, but more complex, and time-consuming, computer simulations, along with a consideration of some additional evidence (mainly architectural and construction documents and plans), has stretched out the process, according to Michael E. Newman of NIST.

Some 9/11 conspiracy theorists maintain that WTC 7 was “pulled down” in a controlled demolition ordered by the government, an allegation that has been advanced by celebrity “9/11 Truthers” Charlie Sheen and Rosie O’Donnell. While there has been no credible evidence produced for these claims, they have been a staple of those arguing that 9/11 was part of a sinister government conspiracy.

No wonder, if you only mention celebrities regarding credible evidence.

What about the Scolars for 911 Truth and Justice or the Architecs and Engineers for 911 truth?

There’s proof, I mean 100% fact-checked proof, that not only WTC7 was demolished by purpose. And that’s hard to say, as intelligent minds tend to doubt and the conclusion is hard for imagination.

What to do now?

"Based on the WTC 7 inquiry’s careful and measured approach to date, we are likely to find that the NIST report this summer offers well-founded reasons for the building’s structural failure, and provides them in a transparent way."

Yeah, sure.

No matter that the reasons for its structural failure could have been determined by a careful examination of the debris on the site.

Delaying of the report gives us skeptics an opportunity to try to make people aware of the issue.

I'd appreciate your advice on and views of the following.

There is no indication that the observations made by Richard Gage during the NIST meeting last month will be considered. NIST is trying to bypass these issues as "conspiracy theory stuff". The question is: what can WE do to pressure NIST to take them into account -- at least in some way?

Also, is it possible to make a FOIA request for NIST to get the photos and videos of WTC 7 and the Twin Towers captured on 9/11?

Nice work btw

To those who went to the tedious bother of cleaning Jefferson's clock with comments.
