I think it went pretty well.
I assume this was the actual full radio broadcast.
If so, MD covered a lot of ground and hopefully MR's audience will do some soul searching and research.
Terrorstorm, Loose Change FC and Operation Northwoods plugged several times.
Details and Purpose of Operation Inform the Soldiers also mentioned.
MD also mentions reports from soldier friends on the field who say up to 60% of troops they are in contact with support this and are happy about receiving this type of information.

Mark asked Michael if he was "in the country"
and Michael nervously indicates that he hadn't left yet. I thought the sub-text was rich. Michael clearly was hoping for absolution.

i hope you're wrong, too, but i don't know
it does seem a civil lawsuit might take into consideration whether Dice believed Reagan was serious or dangerous- but if it's a federal felony criminal matter (threatening someone isn't protected speech? I haven't researched the law; is it cuz it's terroristic and therefore infringes on the rights of the threatened?) then i think Dice's opinion would only matter if they need him to press charges- and it's clear Reagan made those threats, repeatedly, to 4 million people.
Another issue is the FCC; death threats made on public airwaves- i'm sure that's a reg violation, whether or not Dice believed it or felt threatened- kids might have heard it, although they were probably not any more damaged by that than by what Reagan says all the time.

I hope I'm wrong.
But I think the chances of the FCC taking the complaints seriously now are NIL. They can say, "Look, the guy was on Reagan's show just a few days later, he clearly didn't feel that threatened."
All of the people who took Reagan's threats seriously and submitted complaints to the FCC have been cheated.

Dice gives his reasons for going on and how he had checked with his FBI case officer investigating the death threats and cleared it with him.
According to the FBI case officer, DICE 's appearance on MR's show would NOT compromise the investigation.
Dice said he was aware of our concerns and checked and knew what he was doing.
Regardless of what we all may feel about Dice or his radio appearance with MR, lets keep our eyes on the BIG PICTURE.

Something about this Operation has pissed someone so high up that one of the talking heads( who gets his talking points from the White House) has decided to throw the gauntlet and be used as one of their pawns to intimidate 911 Truthers.
I believe AWAKENING the MILITARY is the last thing the PRIVATE MILITARY CONTRACTORS WANT.
So lets not get distracted, agree or disagree with Dice, LETS INFORM THE SOLDIERS.

Michael wanted Mark Dice to name names
because that would make Mark a target for a liable suit. That entire interview was about Michael trying to get some leverage so that he could get the legal dogs off his trail (which he released).
Listen to the interview again and just listen for the subtext.

I thought about this as well
Although Mark Dice handled the interview very well, apart from his direct reference to PNAC, I would have pointed out that it doesn't really matter if there is or is not a complete or even partial list of Americans complicit in the 9/11 attacks. Such evidence would almost certainly come to light by way of a new truly independent 9/11 investigation. And as far as I'm concerned, that's really all we should need and all that people should expect from us.
Why isn't this Reagan rodent in jail? Soliciting for someone's
murder is a very serious crime!
