YouTube warning

For those out there thinking about posting the 9/11-related bits from Rescue Me on YouTube, proceed with caution! YouTube has gotten very dangerous for posting any commercial bits without bona fide clearance from the particular media vendor.

My video review for Griffin's excellent book, "9/11 Contradictions" was pulled because I used several commercial music samples without clearance, (even though the samples were short, not entire songs - well within "fair use" boundaries), and just the other day, JREF had their entire YouTube account suspended, apparently for similar copyright infringement. (My review is still up at Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/cdp/member-reviews/A3KXWIRH4L6FTL/ref=cm_cr_pr_... ) Tough titties for JREF, but what I am pointing out is that it could be anyone of us getting the shaft over there. I believe Jon Gold has had several videos temporarily pulled for alleged music violations as well.

Didn't appreciate the millions I was making off of those videos.

Do these people deserve to know how and why their loved ones were murdered? Do we deserve to know how and why 9/11 happened?

I think YouTube is just looking excuses to censor what they can on 911 Truth.

There's plenty of "copyrighted" material on YouTube which I don't think the posters ever got bona fide clearance from the respective media vendors.

Its only a major issue when it relates to 911 Truth.

Perhaps we need to have our own cadre of musicians to write music for 911 Truth which can be used with Truth Media.

Without the Legal Hawks breathing down on us.

Heard of JREF, a real shame.

They are afraid of the impact and the awakening that the Truth Movement is causing.

Hence the dirty tactics.

Special Notice to YouTube

I've had many Truth and Liberty videos pulled or silenced by YouTube. I am going to post a notice to YouTube on all of my videos. Perhaps others will find the posting useful.

Use of material is legally protected under the "fair use" provision of the copyright regulations, as defined in 17 USC 107. If the complainant disagrees that this is fair use, they are free to take up the matter with me directly, in the courts. You, the ISP (YouTube and others), are under no obligation to settle this dispute, or to take any action to restrict my speech at the behest of this complainant. Furthermore, siding with the complainant in a manner that interferes with my lawful use of your facilities could constitute breach of contract on your part.

Ultimately, YouTube is a private company and can carry out their business the way they see fit. Considering I am a free market capitalist and and American citizen, I will defend their right to do so, so long as others' rights are not infringed or anyone gets hurt. The best thing to get out of the YouTube censorship situation is to identify the stance and political agenda of YouTube. They are anti American and anti Truth. The rotten part of the YouTube censoring is that the very independent and talented individuals who made YouTube what it is today are the very voices which YouTube chooses to censor.

A further note about that, it was 20th Century FOX that claimed copyright infringement resulting in my youtube account suspension a few months ago. For certain I know FOX is pretty serious about it's fictional copyrighted theatrical movies, one of those did it for me.

Is there a way to watch "Rescue Me" online??

I have rabbit ears. (I do look cute with them). No cable.

I've been able to follow two TV shows via the internet without tuning in to "broadcast" TV or Cable.
A friend got me hooked on "Lost" and "BSG".

The first four seasons are on www.hulu.com. You might want to check there every week to see if they place the episodes on the site.

Great show

If you're like me and killed your tv long ago www.hulu.com is the place to go. I'd suggest watching the episodes in order as the storyline goes from one episode to another. Rescue me is a great show-not for kids though.

It should be out just a day after the episode broadcast.

Try http://www.mininova.org/.

Use any good torrent client like U Torrent - www.utorrent.com
It will get the download job done.

Note: I am not advocating downloading copyrighted material for free. But since this is a special case
AND related to 911 Truth., exceptions can be made.

I don't think Murdoch / FOX will be losing lunch money over this.

Rather donate the cost of cable subscription to the 1st Responders Fund instead of making Rupert and friends any richer considering what they have done AND covered up.
