Quotations of Political Vision, Courage, Truth and Treachery
I have been making this collection of quotations for a couple of years now, and found out the collection had grown imperceptibly sizable, and that this collection of inspiring, incredible and sometimes shocking words touched on so many important pieces of information and inspiration related to events transpiring at this time of global and national treachery. I decided the other day to organize them all and share them with you here as informational and inspirational sustenance. These writings will let you know that you are not alone in history and you are not alone in the present. Some of these quotations will allow you a direct peek into the minds of the masters and their puppets, but the strength to see and understand the unpleasant truths will come from the strength of the wisdom you gather from the words of men like Tom Jefferson, Jim Madison, Sam Adams, or Dan Webster. When reading some of these quotations, such as the ones from David Rockefeller, you might also want to have on hand one or three of Sam Adam’s cold brews. Take heart. You are on the right path.
"There is nothing new in the world except the history you do not know."
-- U.S. President, Harry S. Truman
"There comes a time when silence becomes betrayal."
-- Dr. Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.

“A true patriot loves his country all the time and his government only when it deserves it.”
– Mark Twain
"In the beginning of a change, the patriot is a scarce man, and brave, and hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot."
-- Mark Twain
"Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And when you look long into an abyss, the abyss also looks back into you."
-- Friedrich Nietzsche, Beyond Good and Evil
“The weak have one weapon: the errors of those who think they are strong." -- Georges Bidault, French resistance leader in WWII
"A patriot must be ready to defend his country against his own government."

Quotations of Vision, Justice and Liberty
from the Founding Fathers of the United States of America:
"That which hurts, instructs."
-- Benjamin Franklin
"If the freedom of speech is taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter."
-- General and President George Washington
( "A nation of sheep will beget a government of wolves."
-- Edward R. Murrow, Investigative Journalist )
"Passionate attachment to another nation produces a variety of evils... the illusion of common interests where no real common interests exist; adopting the enmities of the other; and participation in the quarrels and wars of the other without any justification. Still another evil is that such a passionate attachment gives to ambitious, corrupted, or deluded citizens the facility to betray or sacrifice the interests of their own country."
-- General and President George Washington
"I have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man."
-- President Thomas Jefferson
"All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent."
-- President Thomas Jefferson

“No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare.”
-- President James Madison
"It does not take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brush fires of freedom in the minds of men."

"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen."
-- Samuel Adams (1722-1803), American Brewer and Patriot
"There is no nation on earth powerful enough to accomplish our overthrow. Our destruction, should it come at all, will be from another quarter; from the inattention of the people to the concerns of their government; from their carelessness and negligence. I must confess that I do apprehend some danger. I fear that they may place too implicit a confidence in their public servants and fail properly to scrutinize their conduct; that in this way they may be made the dupes of designing men and become the instruments of their own undoing."
-- Daniel Webster
"America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms,
it will be because we destroyed ourselves."
-- President Abraham Lincoln
"To stand in silence when they should be protesting makes cowards out of men."
-- President Abraham Lincoln
"The probability that we may fail in the struggle ought not to deter us from the support of a cause we believe to be just."
-- President Abraham Lincoln
Warnings from other U.S. Presidents:
“Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people. To destroy this invisible government, to befoul this unholy alliance between corrupt business and corrupt politics is the first task of statesmanship of today.”
-- President Theodore Roosevelt, 1906
"The high office of President has been used to foment a plot to destroy the American's freedom, and before I leave office I must inform the citizen of his plight."
-- President John F. Kennedy at Columbia University, ten days before his assassination in Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963
"Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear."
-- President Harry S. Truman
Quotations from the Conspirators,
their Supporters, their Mentors and some Critics:
“We're an empire now, and when we act we create our own reality."
-- U.S. Secretary of Defense, Donald H. Rumsfeld
"Some even believe we (the Rockefeller family) are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure—one world, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it." -- David Rockefeller, “Memoirs,” p. 405
"We are grateful to The Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine, and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promise of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The super-national sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries." -- David Rockefeller, at the 1991 Bilderberger meeting
"We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order."
-- David Rockefeller
"There didn't seem to be much to do about it immediately, and we went on with whatever the meeting was."
-- U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense, Paul Wolfowitz on national defense related events occurring on the morning of September 11, 2001
"We must speak the truth about terror. Let us never tolerate outrageous conspiracy theories concerning the attacks of September the 11th; malicious lies that attempt to shift the blame away from the terrorists themselves, away from the guilty.”
-- George W. Bush at the U.N. in New York on November 11, 2001 talking about himself and his associates
"We've been offered a unique opportunity and we must not let this moment pass."
— George W. Bush - State Of The Union Address - January 29, 2002 ( four and one half months after ‘9/11’ )
“We will export death and violence to the four corners of the earth.”
-- George W. Bush
“Victory means exit strategy, and it’s important for the president to explain to us what the exit strategy is.”
-- George W. Bush
"I will not withdraw from this war even if Laura and Barney are the only ones supporting me."
-- George W. Bush telling his own fortune
"But truthfully, I don't really know. We've had trouble getting a handle on Building Number 7."
-- Dr. Shyam Sunder - Acting Director, Building and Fire Research Laboratory, ( N.I.S.T., National Institute of Scientific Treason )
"If I had just paid $20 million for the NIST report, I'd be asking for a refund!"
-- Dr. Frank Greening
"And I think all of us have a sense, if we imagine the kind of world we would face, if the people who bombed the mess-hall in Mosul, or the people who did the bombing in Spain, or the people who attacked the United States in New York, shot down the plane over Pennsylvania, and attacked the Pentagon, should succeed."
– U.S. Secretary of Defense, Donald H. Rumsfeld
"The individual is handicapped by coming face-to-face with a conspiracy so monstrous, he cannot believe it exists."
-- FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover
“The most brilliant propagandist technique will yield no success unless one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly -- it must confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and over.”
-- German Third Reich, National Socialist Party (NAZI), Information Director, Joseph Goebbels
“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”
-- German Third Reich, National Socialist Party (NAZI), Information Director, Joseph Goebbels
Henry Kissinger and the New World Order:
"Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful. This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government."
– Henry Kissinger speaking at Evian, France, May 21, 1992
At a Bilderberger meeting, unbeknownst to Kissinger, his speech was taped by a Swiss delegate to the meeting --
"Oil is much too important a commodity to be left in the hands of the Arabs."
-- Henry Kissinger
In U.S. General Alexander Haig's presence, Kissinger referred pointedly to military men as "dumb, stupid animals to be used as pawns for U.S. foreign policy."
The above-cited three quotes from Henry Kissinger are found in Bob Woodward & Carl Bernstein’s The Final Days, second Touchstone paperback edition (1994) Chapter 14, pp. 194-95.
Government Conspiracies, Corporate/Military-Media, and Religion:

"It was all about finding a way to do it. That was the tone of it. The president saying, ‘Go find me a way to do this.’"
-- Richard Clarke on the U.S. invasion of Iraq
"Government secrecy is the antithesis of democracy."
-- Jean C. Simpson
"Among the 'spider-man' skeptics are those who claim that no human can shoot web and stick to walls... They conveniently ignore the FACT that he was bitten by a radioactive spider."
-- Daily Bugle editorial debunking the claims of “Spider-Man Deniers”
"An error does not become truth by reason of multiplied propagation, nor does truth become error because nobody sees it."
-- Mohandas Gandhi
“There is so much evidence, it's like trying to drink from a fire-hose.”
-- Alex Jones
"Religion is what keeps the poor from murdering the rich."
-- General and French Emperor, Napoleon Bonaparte
"What was behind that consuming hatred? At first I thought that it was mere evangelical passion. Evangelical Christianity, as everybody knows, is founded upon hate, as the Christianity of Christ was founded upon love.”
-- H.L. Mencken
Quotations from Philosophers and Statesmen:
"There are none so hopelessly enslaved as those who falsely believe they are free."
-- Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
"Strange times are these in which we live when old and young are taught in falsehood’s school, and the one man that dares to tell the truth is called at once a lunatic and fool."
-- Plato
"All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as self-evident."
-- Arthur Schopenhauer
“War brings out thieves and peace hangs them.”
-- Nicolo Machiavelli
"As a former Minister Of National Defense, when the news came out I had to wonder. Why did airplanes fly around for an hour and a half without interceptors being scrambled from Andrews? Why did the President just sit in the schoolroom when he heard the news? Why did he not acknowledge that he already knew what was going on? You spend billions and billions with spooks all over the world and surely should have known what was going on. You get into very deep terroritory here because it's the same kind of thing as we saw with Pearl Harbor."
-- Paul Hellyer - Former National Defense Minister Of Canada
"If what I say is right, the whole U.S. government should end up behind bars." -- Andreas von Bülow, former German government minister, author of “Die CIA und der 11. September” (quote from “The Journal of Psychohistory,” Winter 2005, 32:3, p. 202-238.)

Quotations from the People:
“The master class declares all the wars.
The subject class always fights in the battles.
It’s a rich man’s war
fought with a poor man’s blood.”
-- anonymous Reggae Poet
“The ‘personal’, as everyone's so fucking fond of saying, is ‘political’. So if some idiot politician, some power player, tries to execute policies that harm you or those you care about, take it personally. Get angry. The Machinery of Justice will not serve you here -- it is slow and cold, and it is theirs. Only the little people suffer at the hands of Justice; the creatures of power slide out from under with a wink and a grin. If you want justice, you will have to claw it from them. Make it personal. Do as much damage as you can. Get your message across. That way you stand a far better chance of being taken seriously next time. Of being considered dangerous. And make no mistake about this: being taken seriously, being considered dangerous, marks the difference -- the only difference in their eyes between players and little people. Players they will make deals with. Little people they liquidate. And time and again they cream your liquidation, your displacement, your torture and brutal execution with the ultimate insult that it's just business, it's politics, it's the way of the world, it's a tough life, and that it's nothing personal. Well, fuck them. Make it personal!”
-- Quellcrist Falconer, “Things I Should Have Learned By Now, Vol. II”
from the novel “Altered Carbon” by Richard Morgan
On September 11, 2001 the phrase “pull it” became equivalent to the phrase “high treason.”
"I am sitting here in my little office trying to figure out what happened to my country on this day. I wouldn't be a patriot if I didn't try to prove the government's story is preposterous."
-- Barbara Honegger
"I think Democracy is threatened in a way it hasn't been in two hundred years, and if America doesn't stand up, we're in big trouble."
-- Rosie O'Donnell
"We are going to keep up this fight till the end, till the very end... They took it from the top to the bottom. We're gonna take it from the bottom to the top!"
-- Dan Wallace, wearechange.org hero and activist
"The greatest single crime in our lifetimes occurred on September 11th, 2001. Following that crime, not before it, we allowed through acquiescence the largest, and most strategic intelligence failure. This failure, as I would call it, is to those in power their greatest success. We, reasonable citizens failed to investigate the events leading up to and following the horror of that morning. We failed and continue to fail to pursue the fundamental questions of law enforcement, to ask of this crime: Who had most to gain? Who had access to all the weapons? Who had the capability to encode this event in erroneous historical terms? What are the real motives? The greatest consequence of this crime is the loss of all public voice of reason and logic. We lost our media, control of our government, access to our goods and services, and our ability to communicate our fears and desires to one another in order that we may act purposefully in our own best interests and for the greater good of our earth. I work now in my daughter's name, Vanessa Lang Langer. And it is in her name that I urge all real patriots to support in word and deed the Citizens Counter-Coup, because a strategy so effectively implemented against us, requires an equal or greater strategic response. Random acts can never counter strategy."
-- Donna Marsh O'Connor, mother of Vanessa Lang Langer, WTC2: 93rd floor
"Cheney, like Napoleon, believes that truth doesn't have to be suppressed, just delayed until it doesn't matter. The Truth matters now. It is time to raise our voices loud and clear for truth, for accountability, for peace, for justice on the streets, in schools, in churches, in the halls of power, in the news, on television, on the radio, with art, with music, with humor. The dam on truth is beginning to crack, to leak. A concerted effort on the part of many of us could make all the difference in the world. The Citizens Counter-Coup is a simple, easy way to amplify our message in concert with like-minded people. If you only have a little bit of time to give to the truth movement, add your voice to ours, together, we can do what no one of us could do alone."
-- Carol Brouillet,
Co-Founder of Northern California 9/11 Truth Alliance and
a 9/11 Truth Candidate for Congress
“We condemn the current round of U.S.-British-Israeli-Pakistani campaigns of state-sponsored terror beginning with those of September 11, 2001 in New York City and Washington, DC, followed by those commencing on October 7, 2001 (illegal U.S. invasion of Afghanistan) and March 20, 2003 (illegal U.S. invasion of Iraq)!”
-- The People of Planet Earth
“The greatest friend of truth is Time, her greatest enemy is Prejudice, and her constant companion is Humility.”
-- Charles Caleb Colton
“Kick Out the Jams, Motherfuckers!”
-- MC5, 1969

are you still working on that report (400-500 coincidences)? i hope so. seems a lot of patsystan, press for truth, bush blew up the towers, it was our gov't, fbi/cia BS is floating around this site.
not a big fan of amy tan, but thought this could be a zionist's mantra pertaining to 9/11
"You see what power is - holding someone else's fear in your hand and showing it to them!"

Yes, I have been working on my project for the last couple of days. Lots of sifting and double checking and referencing through piles of information, disinformation, and details. It's going well.
I liked the quotes from Samuel Adams a lot. The rebs used to meet at his house in Boston and he would supply his personal brews for their meetings. The Founding Fathers.were pretty smart fellas, and had good taste in beer.
meeting in boston whilst drinking good beer
sounds like Real Truther should organize such an event...
that's encouraging to hear regarding the project. i'm glad you're still around.
btw, i know my name is too long to be displayed w/o clicking on it, but it's 'wolfowitz in sheep's clothing' (no apostrophes allowed in names, mind you). the 'wolf i s' stuff sucks (just kidding). yeah, i'm sick of those sideway winks like this ; ) , so you're going have to read two words to understand that i'm monkeying around. that's enough nonsense for one night. good luck, lazlo toth!

The Eleventh Day of Every Month
Awesome Lazlo.
I read this one a few weeks ago:
"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen."
-- Samuel Adams (1722-1803), American Brewer and Patriot
And I liked it so much, I'm actually thinking about getting it tattooed on me!! Hmmm. We'll see. I don't have any tats yet, but I'm not really sure how I'd feel about text. I think I'd prefer some ambiguous symbols or drawings. I like subtlety. But that quote is BADASS!!! Huge words.
------------------
"Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without." - Buddha
"What you do will be insignificant, but it is very important that you do it." - Gandhi
"The Sun never shined on a cause of greater worth." - Thomas Paine
WHOA.
"Religion is what keeps the poor from murdering the rich."
-- General and French Emperor, Napoleon Bonaparte
That is... Hmm. Wow. I'm reconsidering this business of having "morals" and "spirituality".
I've always thought organized religion was one of the greatest tools of "evil", and little more than a means of controlling the masses, but that quote sheds new light on it for some reason.
Still, can't we conversely assume that the rich and powerful are able to become that way precisely because they have no moral constraints on their actions?
------------------
"Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without." - Buddha
"What you do will be insignificant, but it is very important that you do it." - Gandhi
"The Sun never shined on a cause of greater worth." - Thomas Paine
Sorry, one more I want to highlight...
"...And it is in her name that I urge all real patriots to support in word and deed the Citizens Counter-Coup, because a strategy so effectively implemented against us, requires an equal or greater strategic response. Random acts can never counter strategy."
I think this should be a banner pasted across the top of every 9/11 Truth website. This is the thing I find so frustrating about this "movement". Absolutely no strategy. No clear objectives other than this fabled and amorphous "new investigation", and some grandiose generalities like "ending all wars". The closest thing we've had to a strategy is the Truth Squads, and even those aren't being implemented in a systematic and focused manner.

"Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without." - Buddha
"What you do will be insignificant, but it is very important that you do it." - Gandhi
"The Sun never shined on a cause of greater worth." - Thomas Paine
"We must speak the truth
"We must speak the truth about terror. Let us never tolerate outrageous conspiracy theories concerning the attacks of September the 11th; malicious lies that attempt to shift the blame away from the terrorists themselves, away from the guilty.”
-- George W. Bush at the U.N. in New York on November 11, 2001 talking about himself and his associates
the warning to the world. or an admission of sorts depending on how you look at it.
"The Central Intelligence Agency owns everyone of any significance in the major media." ~ William Colby, Former Director, CIA
Thanks folks
for chiming in and finding inspiration in these great words, and thanks for adding your quotes. Yes strategy is very important and quotations of knowledge or inspiration can also be like folk songs or mantras that unite and focus people. It is coming together now. Johnny Lennon was real good at writing political anthemic chants when he was around. That's probably why he's not around, but we'll figure out something -- real soon. Remember, the international 9/11 war crimes trials are coming. Think positive. The NWO is Over, If You Want It...
