9/11 Family Member, Michele Little, lost her firefighter brother David Weiss on 9/11. Michele recently participated in the 9/11 Accountability Conference, and this past 9/11 anniversary, she and other family members, called for a new investigation at the National Press Club in Washington D.C.

Here is a message from Michele about her Daughter, Cory.

"Because of Cory's outstanding academic achievements, she has been nominated to represent the State of California as a National Scholar at the 2007 National Young Leaders Conference (NYLC) over the summer 2007 in Washington D.C.

She and another friend of hers, Julie have been nominated. Their first choice for the sessions are from June 23-July 2 and their 2nd choice is June 16-June 25.

Here's what we know right now. As far as we can tell, $2,215 is everything except daily lunches and round trip airfare. Oh yeah, they need to wear dresses and/or skirts and blouses and shoes (not senakers) so they need to purcahse a few of these items as well. I guess they'll need to raise an additional $1,000+ for the airfare, clothes and lunches."
