Today the Remember Building 7 ad will begin airing throughout the New York Metropolitan Area on 15 channels including New York 1, CNN, MSNBC and Comedy Central, among others. The campaign will run 425 spots from June 6 to June 26, and is estimated to reach one million unique viewers several times each.
AND, later this week, Remember Building 7 will release the results of a poll conducted by the Siena Research Institute on what New Yorkers believe about 9/11 and Building 7. The findings of the poll indicate significant levels of doubt about the official account of 9/11 and substantial support for a new investigation of Building 7. Stay tuned for this important news!
Thank you for your tremendous support. The next few weeks promise to be another huge step forward.

All Watched Over by Machines of Loving Grace (Ep. 2) - Full
A series of films about how humans have been colonized by the machines they have built. Although we don’t realize it, the way we see everything in the world today is through the eyes of the computers. It claims that computers have failed to liberate us and instead have distorted and simplified our view of the world around us.
1. Love and Power. This is the story of the dream that rose up in the 1990s that computers could create a new kind of stable world. They would bring about a new kind global capitalism free of all risk and without the boom and bust of the past. They would also abolish political power and create a new kind of democracy through the Internet where millions of individuals would be connected as nodes in cybernetic systems – without hierarchy.
2. The Use and Abuse of Vegetational Concepts. This is the story of how our modern scientific idea of nature, the self-regulating ecosystem, is actually a machine fantasy. It has little to do with the real complexity of nature. It is based on cybernetic ideas that were projected on to nature in the 1950s by ambitious scientists. A static machine theory of order that sees humans, and everything else on the planet, as components – cogs – in a system.
3. The Monkey in the Machine and the Machine in the Monkey. (Not yet released). This episode looks at why we humans find this machine vision so beguiling. The film argues it is because all political dreams of changing the world for the better seem to have failed – so we have retreated into machine-fantasies that say we have no control over our actions because they excuse our failure.
Adam Curtis is a documentary film maker, whose work includes The Power of Nightmares, The Century of the Self, The Mayfair Set, Pandora’s Box, The Trap and The Living Dead.

U.S. announces charges against five 9/11 terror suspects

WASHINGTON — US military prosecutors at Guantanamo were expected to file fresh charges on Tuesday against the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and four alleged co-conspirators.
The recommendations, which must still be approved by a military tribunal official, set the stage for the high-profile Al-Qaeda suspects to finally face justice almost a decade after the attacks, which killed nearly 3,000 people.
President Barack Obama's administration last month abandoned plans to try the five in a civilian court just blocks from the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York, felled by Al-Qaeda hijackers on September 11, 2001.
A letter sent to families of 9/11 victims said fresh charges against Sheikh Mohammed, Walid bin Attash, Ramzi Binalshibh, Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali, and Mustapha Ahmed al-Hawsawi would be filed at Guantanamo on Tuesday.

It's Memorial Day.
4,454 US troops have been killed since the beginning of the
Second Gulf War.
1,582 US troops have been killed in Afghanistan, in the longest
war in US history.
Almost *2 million innocent Iraqi civilians* have been killed since 2003.
*90% of US war deaths are of innocent civilians, 30% of whom
These wars are against the interests of US Citizens, not to mention
those of the millions of foreign casualties, their families, communities
These conflicts benefit a handful of depraved corporate entities.
These illegal wars, which have financially and morally bankrupted
America must cease, immediately.

9/11 Responders Are Terrorists?

Some days just leave me speechless - Angry - and more than a little pissed off.
This little treasure just takes my breath away. In order for 9/11 Responders to receive needed medical care and treatment, they have to be screened against the Department of Homeland Security Terrorism Watch List. It's the law.
Apparently, true patriot Florida Republican Rep. Cliff Stearns, attached an amendment to the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Law that was passed by Congress last May. This amendment bars any and all 9/11 Responders from treatment if they have not been cleared by DHS. Obviously rushing into burning and crumbling skyscrapers to save lives is a suspicious activity that indicates possible ties and sympathy to - terrorists.
Riz Khan - Jesse Ventura: Clandestine US missions
Uploaded by AlJazeeraEnglish on Apr 8, 2011
Has the US secretly started wars and assassinated leaders? We talk to Jesse Ventura, the former governor of the US state of Minnesota, about his controversial new book, '63 Documents the Government Doesn't Want You to Read'. In the book, Ventura has published dozens of previously classified US government papers that seem to suggest Washington may have secretly provoked the Vietnam War, lied to the American people about the actual threat of terrorism and experimented on its own soldiers.
Did Obama Kneecap the 9/11 Suspects' Defense Lawyers?
"The real scandal isn't that we're investigating the torture of our clients, but that the government isn't," said the ACLU's Anthony Romero.

Last week, on the same day President Barack Obama launched his re-election campaign, his administration announced that it had officially reversed its decision to try the accused 9/11 plotters—including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the self-proclaimed "mastermind" of the attacks—in federal court and would instead prosecute them via the military commissions system.

Redford: ‘The parallels are obvious’ between my movie and Bush-era policies

In Robert Redford's new movie, The Conspirator, a cabinet official decides that what he thinks can assure the stability of the nation is more important that the individual liberties afforded by the Constitution of that nation. Thus, he pursues military tribunals instead of civilian trials for those he determines are responsible for the risks to stability to his beloved country.
Even Redford acknowledges the parallels between the case of Mary Surratt, convicted and hanged as part of the conspiracy to kill President Abraham Lincoln, and the use of military tribunals as started by the Bush Administration in the wake of 9/11. At a screening hosted by Time last night, he told the audience, "There it is in the historical record. Are we going to learn from it, or are we going to do what we've always done?"
