Flight77.info Updates Status of FOIA Request
the new order has arrived. the judge in our case wrote a 2 page order (posted to the right). by the 26th of may the govt must respond why their argument for not releasing the CD ROM of the impact isn't moot.
my attorney says this is a good sign. i'm optimistic.
Here is a quick transcript I typed up:
Plaintiff in this FOIA case seeks disclosure of certain videotapes, believed by plaintiff to be in the FBI's possession, depicting the impact of Flight 77 on the Pentagon during the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. Defendants have filed a motion for summary judgment in which they raise two arguments: First, that defendants conducted an adequate search for responsive documents; and second, that the FBI properly withheld responsive material under FOIA exemption 7(A) because "the material at issue is law enforcement evidence expected to be used during the continuing criminal prosecution of Zacarias Moussaoui" in connection with the September 11 attacks, so that public disclosure of it "could reasonably be expected to interfere" with those proceedings. According to defendant's motion, "[t]he information should not be released until the risk to the Moussaoui prosecution has passed."
The criminal proceedings against Mr. Moussaoui have for all relevant purposes concluded, as Mr. Moussaoui has pled guilty to numerous criminal conspiracy counts, for which convictions he was sentenced to six terms of life imprisonment without the possibility of release on May 4, 2006. See United States v. Moussaoui, Criminal No. 01-455 (E.D. Va. May 4, 2006). In view of these events it is hereby
ORDERED that defendants shall show cause on or before May 26, 2006, why their motion for summary judgment should not be denied as moot, insofar as it argues for the withholding of responsive material under FOIA exemption 7(A).

Well, if they can´t/won´t release those tapes I don't see how the congress rubber stamps and district attorneys can avoid looking into the matter.

I have a feeling some in 9/11 truth may not actually want those tapes revealed.
I am quite sure a 'missle' could be ruled out even without the tapes, but it would be interesting to see if in fact once and for all it was Flight 77, and not a small millitary jet as some claim.
Unless, the US gov just wants mass confusion from not releasing the tapes.
There is no evidence at all
There is no evidence at all that a B-757 hit the Pentagon, much less at 530 miles per hour. So they don't have any tapes of that. Period.

I'd agree there likely wasn't a 757 at the Pentagon...
But lets not pin all our hopes on this. Maybe they are holding back just to look suspicious. They had to think that people would start asking questions eventually... there must be contingency plans.

I've never liked the "757
I've never liked the "757 hit the Pentagon" story. So I assumed the A3 line was the right one. But I've come to doubt that now (link). Certainly the damage/debris photos at the Pentagon don't add up (link). Also, do any of your readers recall seeing a photo of the Pentagon burning AT NIGHT following 9/11? I saw it somewhere but lost it. I never could understand why the fires (allegedly) burned for "72 hours".

More people seeing what they want to see, setting different standards for a commercial jet than anything else, never reading the eyewitness reports but being "sure" they were all fake, believing that a plane had to "slide" on the lawn to have hit the building at all, believing they "know" (instinctively, apparently) what the debris is supposed to look like, refusing to believe it hit because they haven't seen the photograph that shows the seat with a body in strapped in it, thinking the 90+ foot hole on the first floor doesn't exist, etc., etc.

Sorry lol, but you are going to have to do a lot better than that. Look at the photo here when the Pentagon was cleared up and you'll see that the official version is unsatisfactory. Also, we still have the problem of the titanium engines supposedly 'vaporising'. No, there needs to be a fully independant inquiry into 9/11 and ALL of the photos and videos of that day have to be made available. Enough with the official explanation, already. We need verifiable, genuinely independant answers about that day.
