This Sunday, Ask Gore Vidal your questions
This Sunday, 9-11 truth ally Gore Vidal will be taking calls on Air America Radio's Politically Direct
with David Bender. The show airs live at 4 pm on the East coast --that's 1 pm on the West coast. Gore Vidal will take calls for three hours. Yes, that’s THREE hours. Make sure you get in line for the chance to talk to him. Call 1-866-303-2270
Gore Vidal is a world-renowned author, historian and political and social commentator. Among many comments in support of the truth movement, Mr. Vidal has stated:
“We still don't know by whom we were struck that infamous Tuesday, or for what true purpose. But it is fairly plain to many civil libertarians that 9/11 'put paid' not only to much of our fragile Bill of Rights but also to our once-envied system of government which had taken a mortal blow the previous year when the Supreme Court did a little dance in 5/4 time and replaced a popularly elected President with the oil and gas Bush-Cheney junta.”... “It is interesting how often in our history, when disaster strikes, incompetence is considered a better alibi ...”
If you want to do your homework before going on-air with him, there are several videos on YouTube where he discusses 9-11, that might be archived here at 911blogger.
I'd personally try to avoid asking him outright if he believes 9-11 was an inside job. It would place him in an awkward position of likely wanting to assist in our efforts, but not wanting to say something that will get him on a blacklist where his voice and influence will be muted. I think that simply having him speak out against the information gatekeepers with regard to 9-11 would be tremendous. I'm sure you'll remember that this opportunity is more about reaching the many radio listeners with our message than it is about winning any particular argument or signing up Mr. Vidal as a truther.
If the screener asks you about your question for Mr. Vidal, perhaps try to be a bit general, as too many calls about terrorism, false flags, and 9-11 might mean that only callers wanting to discuss different issues will get on.
Here's some of what I would like to hear discussed:
ask about the recent attacks in Mumbai and the use of false flag attacks throughout history, recalling the Arab-disguised British MI5 agents that were arrested in Iraq for planning a bombing
ask about the war on terror
ask about the 911 commission
ask why, even tho the Bushies have lied about absolutely everything, their claims about 9-11 have never been seriously questioned
ask whether it is important for the Americans to know the truth about 9-11
ask why he believes Congress is so reluctant to investigate Bush administration crimes.
Ask if he believes that there are truths that Congress doesn't want to unravel or uncover
ask his thoughts on why a historian like Howard Zinn, might have recently said that 9-11 is unimportant
ask how he feels about books about 9-11 being blacklisted
ask why liberal and lefty blogs won't touch 9-11
ask about whether he believes Obama will chart a new course, or will he continue to deliver for the ruling elite
ask what he thinks about the theory that there is a corollary shadow, "deep state" structure that governs our government, like was recently uncovered in Turkey
ask whether it is possible to get at the truth of 9-11 without exposing the hand of the ruling elite
ask why both parties tend to keep each other's dirtiest and darkest secrets
ask about whether he thinks there are divisions or factions of the ruling elite with differing agendas
ask whether he was ever asked to join the CFR, and what he thinks of it
ask what he thinks ever became of the military industrial complex that Eisenhower warned us of
ask him whether he thinks there are coordinated efforts in society to keep the people dumbed down
ask him whether he feels that public opinion about who killed Kennedy or who was behind 9-11 makes any difference
ask him whether he feels conspiracy theories have merit, and if so, why the media disparages them
Any other suggestions for questions?
