Each month, We Are Change Colorado hosts an 11th of the month, 9/11 truth action, where we engage the public with free DVDs detailing the chilling evidence that controlled demolitions were used to bring down the three World Trade Center towers that collapsed, at near free-fall speed on September 11, 2001. This month, we decided to go back to the New World Airport, also known as Denver International Airport (DIA). Although there is plenty of talk whether or not Denver is the headquarters of the New World Order, with its many deep underground military bases scattered across the front-range and brand new federal courthouses/ jails undergoing construction in downtown, we stuck to just 9/11 for this action. It's just too easy; say it with me now everyone... nine-point-eight-meters-per-second-squared-physics-doesn't-lie.

Tenth Anniversary Hearings on the Events of September 11, 2001

On the 10th anniversary of 9/11, the International Center for 9/11 Studies will sponsor four days of citizen hearings at Ryerson University in the city of Toronto, Canada. These international hearings will be commonly referred to as the Toronto Hearings and more information can be found at http://torontohearings.org/ .

Getting the names of architects is easy. Go to the yellow pages. Google their firm. Go to a University website and get the email addresses of those architects who teach. There are many resources. *Email one individual at a time so it does not look like spam.

One of the most frustrating feelings generated from this exploration of truth for me is the sense that, well now I know... now what?
I have done my best to wake up friends and family with a good amount of success but I suspect they feel the same as I do, now what?
I applaud all those street activists who have bravely weathered critics, government lackeys, and the just plain ignorant.
I admittedly have done nothing that could be called street action.
So as time passes I feel more and more uncomfortable with this admission.
I feel I need to do something but that creeping feeling of helplessness is washing over me, even with the prospect of joining others in the street. After talking to a friend of mine I arbitrarily mentioned that, "if shit doesn't start happening I am going to drive down to D.C. park my ass at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. and go on a hunger-strike until we have our day in court!"
I was not serious when I said it at first but it got us talking and I am actually considering doing it now.

GW's comment: If you're sick of hearing about The Shell Game, I understand (although I think Steve Alten truly is dedicated and sincere). And if you don't believe in peak oil , I understand (I'm agnostic).

But let me give you one reason to participate: when it works, it will show that 9/11 activists can move mountains if we focus. And so FUTURE "week of truth" actions can focus on other projects which you find important.

Waking up to the NAU

On February 16th thousands of educated and awake Canadians took part in a nationwide protest against the SPP and NAU.

Through Facebook.com, a handful of Canadians were able to organize and coordinate demonstrations to be held simultaneously in more than a dozen cities from Fredericton Nova Scotia to Victoria BC. Tens of thousands of Canadians were awakened to the threat of the NAU as a result, and it has galvanized ordinary citizens to take part in grassroots political action.

I'm trying to get this story on the front page of Reddit (which censors less than Digg, but still tends to trash 9/11 stories).

Okay, here is the winning campaign slogan. Not just for any specific presidential or congressional candidate (although it would win for them also). But also for the campaigns against fascism, corruption, wars based upon lies, 9/11 coverups, voting fraud, and economic problems.

Before I tell you the slogan, though, let me remind you that the economy is now more important to people than the war in Iraq. And the subprime meltdown and other economic problems are 0bviously on peoples' minds.

In addition, right or wrong, among many Americans who believe that wealth is a sign of favor from above, "bankruptcy" is thought of as failure.

Moreover, the phrase "morally bankrupt" is one of the worst insults that can be hurled at someone. Among "values voters", ethical integrity is the most important issue. Even among the secular left, corruption is one of the ultimate negatives in a leader.

While traditional rallies, marches, letters, and other actions of dissent are important, they are not nearly enough to change the direction of those in power. There will be no redress for wrongdoing and there won't be any change in policy until Americans are aware that the majority demands it and that we have the power to change things. But Americans aren't aware that the majority demands it and can change things -- or we are aware but can ignore it and go back to sleep and pretend we don't see it -- because the government and the military-entertainment complex (formerly known as the "Mainstream Media") censor these facts.

So we're in a vicious circle. But there may be a way out of the Catch-22.

Because some people are too stubborn or too stuck in dysfunctional thinking patterns to hear the truth about fascism when it hits them over the head, I suggest that we try a different approach: Parody.

When a comic does satire -- an exaggeration of what we're thinking -- it can wake us up, so that we can see the truth and laugh at how we've been acting. That can give us the freedom to stop doing the same dumb thing and to try something new.

So put satirical slogans on freeway blogs or bumper stickers to snap people out of their coma, like (by way of example only):

When one of the bury brigade censors a 9/11 story at Digg, they say that it is "buried as inaccurate".

Well, I have written the most objective, accurate story I can possibly write.

Please digg it, and let's make hay when they bury this.

WIRED magazine, in the new issue, ran a story about conspiracy theories. Naturally they mentioned 9/11 in the way you'd expect a mainstream publication to mention it:

Or Jews. Or Jews in the US government. The documentary Loose Change claimed to find major flaws in the official story — like the dearth of plane debris at the site of the Pentagon blast and that jet fule alone could never vaporize a whole 757. Judge for yourself: After Popular Mechanics debunked the theory, the magazine's editors faced off with proponents in a debate, available on YouTube.

Fortunately, they give readers an opportunity to submit new conspiracy theories. So why not submit the theory that we all can probably agree is the wildest - that 19 Arabs took down the world's superpower.

I'm not going to link to the URL to give them this website in their server's referrer logs. Just go to wired.com, click "Read Magazine" in the site menu, then click "THE BEST: CONSPIRACY THEORIES" in the upper sidebar.

The 9/11 General Strike was a great idea, but it didn't work.

Why not? Because not enough people participated. It didn't send a message loud enough for the tyrants to notice. It didn't put a dent in the corporate machinery or the "bottom line" or the machinery of government.

The problem wasn't getting the word out. The General Strike was advertised really well. The problem, instead, was that many people (including most Americans) were too comfortable and not motivated enough to take a whole day off from work, from shopping or from school.

But if we don't strike and protest in large numbers, then -- given how worthless both blue and red politicians are -- the slide towards fascism will continue until it is complete.

So are we helpless? No. I think people just aren't pissed off enough yet to pour out into the streets. We have to do a better job of educating people about what's really going on.

City Councilman G. Oliver Koppell will not humor a conspiracy theorist.

On Sunday, September 9, City Council Speaker Christine Quinn visited the Riverdale Jewish Community Council's annual street fair. As part of her visit, she sat down with reporter Paulette Schneider of the Riverdale Review and reporter Manny Grossman of the Riverdale Press.

Grossman interviewed Quinn first, and during his discussion with the speaker, he brought up the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center of Septermber 11, 2001, during which almost 3,000 people- including several Riverdalians-perished at the hands of Osama Bin Laden's Al- Qaeda terrorist organization.

We've been quite busy this weekend! We spent about 6 hours demonstrating yesterday (Saturday 8 Sept.) in The Hague with a half dozen people. Easily more than 1,000 flyers were handed out, and probably close to 500 or more DVDs. Today we joined the European-wide march through Brussels, and have some preliminary video footage available for that as well.

Hey folks, it's finally time! Now we're not going to have a huge demonstration or protest, but there are around a dozen of us heading to The Hague tomorrow afternoon (Saturday, September 8 at 12:00 noon). This is the last call for anyone else out there who is in the area and wants to come help. The Hague is just 45 minutes from Amsterdam, Utrecht, and a half hour from Rotterdam. The We Are Change folks, and people like Gypsy Taub, are super-heroes*.

Charlottesville's Mike Stark is a case in point. The proprietor of the blog "Calling All Wingnuts," Stark is fairly well known in the "blogosphere," and he has a more significant impact, thanks to an online "butterfly-effect," on national politics than one might think.

Post censorship of 9/11 stories here

While politicians such as Cheney might be involved in ordering a false flag, it is folks in the military and police that will either carry it out -- or, if it is private contractors as opposed to active-duty military/law enforcement who would be tasked to carry it out -- in the best position to stop it.

So let's present a pledge card to every member of the military, law enforcement, and also politicians which says that they pledge:

- They will protect and defend the American people and the Constitution

- They will not themselves carry out a false flag attack

- They will not help others to carry out a false flag

- They will do everything in their power to stop others from conducting a false flag

Democrats.com and After Downing Street are organizing what appears to be a very successful campaign to "honk for impeachment".

Should we organize a "honk for justice" campaign?

We could have "HONK For Justice" on one side of signs, and the other could list some of the crimes we're seeking justice for:

- 9/11

- Lying US into war

- Spying on us

- Torture

World Can't Wait has launched an action urging everyone to wear orange in order to protest the torture inflicted on the Constitution, our country, and the world by the Neocons.

Let's hook into this action by wearing orange 9/11 truth ribbons. I'm hoping that this will help provide social proof that 9/11 truth is cool.
