we should be taking this fight to the professional and academic arenas, Newton vs NIST and Newton wins everytime. If NIST cannot provide one experiment support their own conclusions. Jon Cole is right, if it doesn't match experiment, its wrong.

I really liked Mark Basile's idea of like a science fair type tour with groups of professionals presenting openly to the public, like a "tour de force." No who, no how, no why, just a focus on the what happened and let people decide for themselves. I know JG would disagree and is probably grimacing as (or if) he reads this, but there is a big difference in the reports released by NIST in that they are scientific documents (supposedly) and that is simply a different arena, held to different standards, before accepting the remarkable claims being made outside of the political dogma. Human intent can be removed from the conclusion.

I would equally support a similar fact based tour de force featuring the open discrepancies and coincidences of the Zelikow report as well. I think it is virtually impossible to prove the intent of any one individual and should be steered clear of at all times. Intent is irrelevant to corroborated/documented facts and their observed results. I am willing to leave those conclusions for a jury to decide.

That's my take anyway.. peace all..
