Look who's back in time to celebrate easter and the 5th anniversary of the invasion of Iraq.

It seems strange and suspicious that Bin Laden would resurface to bing up the Danish cartoon issue of 2005 so long after the whole thing has been forgotten by the rest of the world.
"Bin Laden's message was entitled "The Response Will Be What You See, Not What You Hear," according to the password-protected Ekhlaas Web, which carries messages and statements from al Qaeda-affiliated groups around the world."
I know I'm just a paranoid conspiracy theorist but even to my fevered mentally unstable mind, this story seems concocted (and badly at that.)

is part of a Danish media-group called "JP/Politikens Hus" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JP/Politikens_Hus .
This group includes Denmarks 3 largest newspapers : "Jyllands Posten" , "Politiken" and "Extra-Bladet" .
"Politikens" editor-in-chief now and at the time of the first printing of the cartoons is Toger Seidenfaden, a Bilderberg member since 1995
and a member of The Trilateral Commissions Executive Committee. He has a degree from Yale btw .
"Extra Bladets" editor-in-chief at the time was former Danish Attorney General and Minister of Defence Hans Engell.
As Attorney General he was chief of the Police Intelligence Agency (PET) and as Secretary of Defence chief of the
Military Intelligence Agency (FET) .

I was being totally facetious about being paranoid because this whole story is so incredibly hard to swallow for any person who is halfway sensible.
I don't doubt the whole cartoon thing and even the initial response were all created for maximum effect to sow fear and prejudice and prejudice is an emotional investment in ignorance.

She meant to say, Daniel Pearl, not Osama Bin Laden. This is not disinformation, this is misinformation, an inadvertant mis-speaking by Bhutto, blown out of proportion in the blogosphere.

Bhutto may or may not have "slipped" but then she may have "slipped" then "retracted" under pressure. But what she said on the above video is clear:
OBL IS DEAD.
That is my answer to the Phaedrus's post above.
