The September Eleventh Advocates Write An Open Letter To Senator Patrick Leahy

March 3, 2009

Dear Senator Leahy,

We felt compelled to write to you regarding your recent call for the formation of a “Truth Commission”. According to your press comments, this Commission is supposed to look at the following:

  • the politicization of prosecution in the Justice Department
  • the wiretapping of U.S. citizens
  • the flawed intelligence used to justify the invasion of Iraq
  • the use of torture at Guantanamo and so-called black sites abroad

These are serious allegations of criminal activity by certain members of the Bush Administration. While we applaud your initiative in looking into these matters, we feel this approach is wrong.

As the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, you already have the responsibility and legal authority to investigate matters relating to federal criminal law without having to form a special commission. You are also bound by your oath of office to support and uphold the Constitution by ensuring that those who govern also abide by the rule of law.

Furthermore, a “Truth Commission” will not fix the real problems that our country faces, nor will it guarantee that we will get to the truth.

Pre-9/11 WTC Steel Fireproofing/Post-9/11 Ground Zero Clean-Up Contractor, Planned 2000 Seattle Kingdome Demolition

Turner Construction Company, assigned to re-fireproof the steel frames of the World Trade Center (WTC) towers during the late 1990s, who also occupied space on the 38th floor of WTC 1 and was later assigned to quickly collect and remove the wreckage of the WTC towers destroyed during the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, also supervised the 2000 implosion of Seattle Kingdome during this same period.

Mark your calendar. The day of the Kingdome's demise -- March 26 -- is drawing near.

The N3TWORK- Big Media Exposed!

The N3TWORK- Your Truth- Big Media

I know I haven't posted here in a while, but it doesn't mean that I haven't been active :) I have switched gears and for the last eight months have been fully invested in our new online media company called the N3TWORK.

The N3TWORK is an independent media organization that explores issues not typically discussed by the mainstream because we are not swayed by corporate, political, or religious influences. Our only influence is the interest of the people. At the N3TWORK, we hope to generate inspiration and empowerment through awareness. Instead of assigning blame, we encourage individuals to become responsible and active citizens.

Law Professor: "...In The Period From Late 2001-January 19, 2009, This Country Was A Dictatorship."

http://georgewashington2.blogspot.com/2009/03/law-professor-we-may-not-have-realized.html

Scott Horton - a professor at Columbia Law School and writer for Harper's - says of the Bush administration memos authorizing torture, spying, indefinite detention without charge, the use of the military within the U.S. and the suspension of free speech and press rights:

We may not have realized it at the time, but in the period from late 2001-January 19, 2009, this country was a dictatorship. The constitutional rights we learned about in high school civics were suspended. That was thanks to secret memos crafted deep inside the Justice Department that effectively trashed the Constitution. What we know now is likely the least of it.

South Texas We Are CHANGE meets Ray McGovern

SoTx We Are CHANGE meets Ray McGovern

South Texas We Are CHANGE Founder Leo Krayola got to ask Ray McGovern a question at the South Texas College Distinguished Speaker Series on Feb 26th 2009 regarding another false flag op like 9/11 happening under the OBAMA administration & what would happen.

Although I think he led away from my question because of his faith in the OBAMA administration, this is what Ray McGovern had to say:

Bush Adm. Weighed Restricting 1st Amendment

Extraordinary Measures
A new memo shows just how far the Bush administration considered going in fighting the war on terror.

By Michael Isikoff
Newsweek
Mar 2, 2009

In the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks, the Justice Department secretly gave the green light for the U.S. military to attack apartment buildings and office complexes inside the United States, deploy high-tech surveillance against U.S. citizens and potentially suspend First Amendment freedom-of-the-press rights in order to combat the terror threat, according to a memo released Monday.

Many of the actions discussed in the Oct. 23, 2001, memo to then White House counsel Alberto Gonzales and Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld's chief lawyer, William Haynes, were never actually taken.

Former Accused Iraqi Agent Reveals Facts about 9/11 Warning

Former Accused Iraqi Agent Reveals Facts about 9/11 Warning

By Michael Collins

I first wrote about Susan Lindauer's struggle against the Bush-Cheney regime in October 2007, "American Cassandra: Susan Lindauer's Story." This was initially published in "Scoop" Independent Media (complete series) and carried by a wide variety of concerned Internet news sites and blogs. This interview follows the full dismissal of charges against her just before President Obama's inauguration on January 20, 2009. This is the first in depth interview that Lindauer has offered regarding 911. Below is part one of the interview.

CIA destroyed 92 terrorist interview tapes

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/7919579.stm

"The Central intelligence Agency (CIA) has destroyed 92 tapes of interviews conducted with terror suspects, a US government lawyer has admitted.

The agency had previously said that it had destroyed only two tapes.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has launched a lawsuit against the CIA to seek details of the interrogations of terror suspects.

Techniques involved are understood to have included water-boarding, which the Obama administration says is torture.

The acknowledgment of the 92 destroyed tapes came in a letter sent to the judge presiding over the ACLU lawsuit."
