San Diego 9/11 Questions meetup group went to the Padres game with a 9/11 banner and got thrown out. Peter, Abby, Laura and Joanne were the brave truthers. Check it out.

Great effort..
Going to large drunken public events like this is risky because you have to deal with a lot of idiots like the ones scene in this video.
Kudos to San Diego 9/11 Truth for their efforts!
An idea for the 11th?
Not like it has to be the day of the anniversary, but I'm thinking--what if on that day (or some other day remaining in the baseball season), Truth activists at different points around the country with major league games being played in their area were to attend and, at an appointed time, stand up and raise their banners, bearing whatever slogan they thought best--so that the kind of scene we see here from San Diego would be happening in several different ball parks around the country at the same time, each before a large crowd. If nothing else, it seems that would be another big step in the cause of visibility for our cause.
Anyway, some food for thought. I know the cost of attending these games isn't cheap these days, but if this idea appeals to anyone, the schedule for major league games on Tuesday, September 11th may be viewed here:

As Bloomberg , Coulms etc have shown - there is none.
Just be quiet and pretend you don't hear anything seems to be the official story now.

San Diego Truth, you guys rock! Those people who cannot answer rationally and have to resort to violence are pathetic. Truth is on your side. In the future, simply tell the sheeple about Architects & Engineers for 911 Truth and PatriotsQuestion911.com. Tell them the Truth, there are hundreds of Government & Military Officials and Architects & Engineers with conclusive evidence which demands an authentic and independent investigation into the mass murder of 9/11. Ask them if they are against the heroes of 9/11, the First Responders, and the victims' family members because they are all asking for the publics help in opening an investigation. Ask them if they are turning their backs on the heroes?
Anyway, I thought I'd share with you what works quite well here in NYC at WeAreChange and our street actions. By the way, did I say it already, you guys are great

Minor correction, but it so happens the San Diego Padres are currently in first place in the race for the NL wild card spot.
Now, if you're talking about the club's history since it began in 1969--well, yeah, it's been pretty sucky.

My only advice would be that when you engage debunkers, to do so in a civil manner and debate them one-on-one. Let them speak, ask them questions and let them answer. They will always leave you openings to counter. Draw them out. Remember that there are others watching the conversation and your tone will be noted. I know it can be very hard at times, but keep calm and keep your voice at a conversational level, no need to shout or be shrill. Present the best public face you can for 9/11 Truth. Almost all debates in the public sphere (about anything) are negative, angry and full of pointless vitriol and this turns everyone off of public discourse. We should all make a conscious effort to be positive, friendly and engaging as this will draw people to us as they will sense that we are truly something new, fresh, real and human. Spread the truth with care.
I know that this is only a small snippet of what you all have done and even this one example may have left out a more calm debate at the beginning with that particular individual.
Always remember that we have the truth and physics on our side. Also, keep in mind that many of the people who confront you are in deep denial and feel that you are attacking their core beliefs, try to carefully draw them out and help them to see that in finding the truth they are actually helping to keep the U.S.A. strong, safe and FREE.
(I was sorry to miss meeting you all when I was in SoCal in July, next time)

And thank you for your advice LeftWright. We all learned a lot that night and have since applied those lessons to our events. For example, in the future we won't put ourselves around people who have been drinking. Also, at the first sign of trouble, we will not hesitate to summon the police (we were also hit with eggs that night, which was not shown on the video). And finally, as you discuss, following that night we decided to adopt an overall philosophy of not-reacting to negativity. When we reacted that night, it only increased the level of conflict, bringing us further from our goal. The idea of Gandhi's Satyagraha has been particularly inspiring. Plus knowing you don't have to argue with people really takes the pressure off everyone, and makes our events feel much lighter and ultimately more informative.
Speaking of which, today (the 11th) was fantastic! I hope everyone else around the country had support like we saw today... just awesome.

Thank you for being out there! People need to be confronted with 9/11 truth everywhere -- they need to see us over and over and over and over again until it sinks in. So good to see some women out there. I am always the only woman out on the streets in Boston. People always approach me to talk and ask questions. Ladies, get busy. We are sorely unrepresented and can make a huge difference.

Good work SD truthers. Sporting events is a great idea. I was thinking, football season is starting and there is nothing more popular than Monday Night Football. Half the country watches it. Any brave 9/11 truthers out there with Monday Night Football tickets???

Ever wonder why there hasn't been anyone involved in professional sports to come out with an opinion about 911? Or an opinion about anything political for that matter? Guessing that there is something written into their contracts. They don't make a peep about anything.
