WeAreChangeLA member fulfills misprision of treason code duties by delivering 9/11 nano-thermite evidence to CA Superior Court

I believe that this is the first time that the evidence of nano-thermite residue in the dust of the demolished World Trade Center has been put on an official court record. Let us make it just the first of multitudinous individuals fulfilling the law by delivering our evidence, in a public manner, to State and Federal Judges, Governors and the President. This came about from a man named Ed Brotherton taking his duties to the oath he took and his inherently felt loyalty to his country and to his fellow human beings seriously enough to fulfill the requirements under the Treason codes in our country. He delivered testimony and evidence to CA Superior Court Judge Leland B. Harris that was put onto the court record. This is a great example of what everyone who knows that 9/11 is being covered up must do if they have taken an oath or if they feel they owe loyalty to their country and fellow human beings.

This is Mr. Brotherton's report:
-------------

On Monday July 13, 2009 I Edward Alan Brotherton fulfilled the legal requirements of Title 18 Section 2382 of the United States Code by reporting treason to Judge Leland B Harris of Division 107 at the Van Nuys Criminal Court.

Court Reporters name is Pamela Bison

I can get a transcript of the record from the court reporter.

Here is how it went down.

I spoke to Matt (last name unknown) who is now the Regional Chief of Staff of Congressman Brad Sherman about setting up a meeting to discuss what the next course of action should be with regards to investigating the attacks of 9-11 as well as the cover-up. He told me to stop by either Monday or Tuesday between 10 and 2PM. So I took him on the offer. Matt wasn't there so I spoke to another staff member who basically told me the same thing I've been hearing for the past 3 years. I handed her the information that Congressman Brad Sherman already has relating to the peer reviewed scientific paper on nano-thermite being found in the dust of the world trade center.

I realized I wasn't going to get anywhere with them so I decided I would look into the logistics of how to enforce the Treason and Misprision of Treason laws. I contacted the local Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department and asked them how to enforce these laws and that I have evidence the shows a cover-up of the attacks of Sept.11. They told me to contact the local police department. I drove to the Van Nuys police department and walked up the counter and told them that I have evidence that there is a cover-up of the investigation into the attacks of Sept. 11th. They told me they couldn't do anything and to talk to the feds. So I walked across the street to what I think was the federal building but it turned out to be the courthouse. I then decided that since the Misprision of Treason statute requires anyone owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of Treason must report it to the President of the United States, a Judge of the United States, or to a Judge or Justice of any State. Since I was in the courthouse I decided to fulfill my legal requirement and see if I can report Treason to a Judge.

My first step was to figure out which courtroom to go to so I went to the clerk window and told them that I needed to see a Judge to fulfill the legal requirement laid out in Title 18 Section 2382. She directed me to the DA office that then directed me to any courtroom but recommended division 107. I made my way to the 5th floor and walked into the courtroom. I was the only one in their other than a lawyer, bailiff, court reporter, and the clerk. The baliff approached me and asked if he can help. I then told him why I was there and that I needed to fulfill the legal requirements of Title 18 Section 2382 and that I needed to see the Judge so I can report an act of Treason. He took my information (the same information I handed the congressman staff member) and handed it to the court clerk who approached me and asked what I was there for. I told him and he then took the information and walked into a back room where the judge's chambers are.

The judge walked out about 10 minutes later with information in hand and looks at me. He calls a case and handles fairly quickly. He then steps out for another 10 minutes or so. He comes back looks at me and says "Sir." I stand up. He nods to the court reporter. She turns and begins to type away on her stenograph. The judge asks me to state my name, so I did. He then asks why I am there. I told him that I have information that the attacks of September 11th are being covered up and as a consequence it is giving aid and comfort to our enemies, and so I am here to fulfill the legal requirement laid out in Section 2382 of the title 18 of the United States Code. He then asked how I ended up in his courtroom. I explained that the law requires me to report the Treason to a Judge. He then stated that the law refers to a Judge of the United States and the was just a Judge of the State. I then corrected him and referred him to the second page where it says "or a Judge or justice of any state." He nods his head in agreement as he reads it. He then stated that he hasn't had the time to review the information and asked if I can give him an idea of what it's about. I was delighted.

I explained that the information contains a peer review scientific paper showing evidence that a military grade explosives known as nono-thermite was found in the dust of the World Trade Center and that this information is being covered up and continues to be covered up and therefore giving aid and comfort to our enemies. He asked how I came into this information and I explained that I have been involved in the 9-11 truth movement for quite some time and a lot of people have been working very hard to get this information to the public and that I happen to be connected to a lot of these people.

He then asked what I would like him to do with this information. I explained whatever the law requires you to do. I am simply here to fulfill the legal requirement as laid out in section 2382. He asked for my driver's license, which they made a copy of and said that would like to get back to me after he has a chance to review the documentation. He then read the drivers license information into the record and thanked me coming in.

Overall this was an incredible experience. The Judge was inquisitive, respectful, and seemed very sincere. I'm not sure what will come out it but it was a great litmus test and shows how to get that evidence in the hands of justice. I suggest doing this all over the country not only giving them the peer review documentation on nano thermite but also all the other evidence surrounding the events of Sept. 11th. Definitely a good win today.

Sincerely

Ed Brotherton

Admirable

Court rooms can be intimidating. Often many parties present to litigate other matters. Thus far (at least at the federal level), I have found that federal judges, U.S. attorneys and government attorneys seem to do their best to adhere to the law. Their actions are subject to higher review.

At the federal level, problems seem to occur at the executive agency appointment stage. Examples include repeated presidential appointemts of politically "connected" persons (too often from the private business sector) to leadership posts of executive agencies. Vital agencies can then be guided by less than obvious agendas.

Satisfactory notice of the nano-thermite evidence upon federal figures can apparently be acheived via certified mail. The signed and returned USPS notice (green card) is deemed valid evidence of service during federal litigation for example.

I think we need to "green card" all of Congress!

I would like to see the movement undertake a project to send certified mail packages of our best evidence to all 535 members of the House and Senate, that ought to get their attention.

If anyone is interested in assisting with this project please contact me at marin911truth (at) yahoo (dot) com.

Ideally, we would have someone from each congressional district send the package(s) to each member of the House. Hopefully, we can find at least one person in each state to cover the senators.

It's time to put a full court press on Congress, brothers and sisters, and this is one way to do it.

The truth shall set us free. Love is the only way forward.

Can you elaborate?

This is an intriguing idea-- to send the nano-thermite paper to federal figures via certified mail. What cover letter would accompany it? Would it simply be providing notice of the scientific study or would there be an implied legal threat perhaps?

It would get attention for sure and only cost 3-to5 bucks per letter. Certified mail must be signed for but it's not restricted delivery, so the Reps. themselves would not sign for it-- staff would. But it should get noticed and seen by the Rep or Senator-- and cause them to talk about it to each other.

We also need to keep trying to get the scientific community to provide feedback to the paper, so that when Congress et al attempt to "verify it" there will be reinforcement.

Hello Truthseekers & Truthtellers,
I like this idea to and I have used the via certified mail to send info to senators and congressman. Here's the US Code of Misprision:

TITLE 18--CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

PART I--CRIMES

CHAPTER 115--TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES

Sec. 2382. Misprision of treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge
of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as
soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to
some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or
justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years,
or both.

(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103-322, title XXXIII,
Sec. 330016(1)(H), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2147.)

Historical and Revision Notes

Based on title 18, U.S.C., 1940 ed., Sec. 3 (Mar. 4, 1909, ch. 321,
Sec. 3, 35 Stat. 1088).
Mandatory punishment provision was rephrased in the alternative.

Amendments

1994--Pub. L. 103-322 substituted ``fined under this title'' for
``fined not more than $1,000''.

I think it might make some impact if we send the nano-thermite paper along with the US Code for Misprision to each representing US judge, state judge and the each governor of each of our districts or state we live in. Here's where you can find the US code for Misprision:

http://frwebgate6.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/TEXTgate.cgi?WAISdocID=62943831...

I plan on sending it out for my state. Any others willing to do their state? Maybe we can keep a record and even a video record of what we are sending. I can help with keeping a record of who sends these papers out. On the Green Cards they also give a number that corresponds to the letter or package you send. We can take photos for record keeping also.
Take Care Matt

Effort Should Be Nationwide

National legislators generally only respond to their constituents.

Legislators and their staff are likely highly motivated to open and read all correspondence and it should be assumed that they do so.

In light of this, confirmed receipt (signed USPS confirmation) of the nano-thermite research material and a note regarding ones duty under "CHAPTER 115--TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES - Sec. 2382. Misprision of treason", may compel these federal figures to act.

And this may eventually lead to a wider federal probe.

I'm working on a project to do just that,

and if you're interested in being a part of it, let me know.

We had a project that sent Dr. Griffin's 9/11Contradictions book to all 535 members of Congress and I think sending a professionally crafted brief containing the relevant peer-reviewed papers via registered mail would be a great follow up. Then we would send the same package to all 50 state governors, then move on to the judges (federal first, then state).

Also, if there is any way the Northern California 9/11 Truth Alliance can assist you in your work, please let me know and I will take it to our next meeting.

Thanks again for all your great work!

The truth shall set us free. Love is the only way forward.

Good Idea

In the meantime, perhaps research into enforcement of the provisions of TITLE 18, CHAPTER 15 can be performed.

At this stage, the idea seems to have potential for compelling some action.

Green Card Congress campaign

I really like this idea, guys. How about creating a news entry to this effect, Aidan? I wrote one this afternoon which outlined the idea for mailing the nano-thermite paper and personalized note to Congress via certified mail, in which I quoted you. It hasn't been put up yet. I just wanted help get this going. Like you said, it needs to be nationwide since Reps. are usually only responsive to their own constituents.

Or Leftwright, perhaps you would like to write this up? I'll contact you.

The extreme reaction

of the French government and the French establishment in general to alternative 9-11 theories makes one wonder whether that country played some role in the events. Or perhaps they were taken to task by the Americans when the first major book about the subject appeared within a year of the events.

in the wrong place. Sorry about that. But regarding the above, I found it interesting that Austrian environmental journalist Jane Burgermeister filed a legal document with the FBI at the American Embassy in Austria regarding a plot to commit mass murder. I was able to get a copy of the 193-page filing. It is quite interesting. Bergermeister is active in following this tack, and she has also filed legal documents locally (in Austria), mainly centering around the Baxter incident where human flu vaccine was found tainted with bird flu viruses. I have presented material to my local town board, but have not yet investigated the possibility of filing material with the justice system.
