Richard Gage, AIA, gave an interview Thursday, September 8, 2011 on WMNF 88.5 in Tampa, FL. This community radio station has affiliations with NPR and covers the Bay Area of Tampa and St. Petersburg. Boasting a large progressive audience, "Radioactivity" with host Rob Lorei is a Live Call-In morning show which follows "Democracy Now!" on Thursdays from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM EST.

Local architect Jim Bedinghaus was able to call in to promote the premiere screening of "Experts Speak Out," Sunday, Sept. 11, in St. Pete. Jim was originally slated for this interview but wanted to get someone else - an "ace" to take his place. Thankfully, Richard was available and gave one of his finest interviews to date.

Productive interview

The host was fair and respectful throughout the half-hour. If you'd like to thank him for doing this show -

The local architect was in contact with the station about doing this show, but he didn't want to do the interview himself. Out of sheer luck, I was put in touch with him yesterday and told him I'd find an expert. The spot was left open for us. First I tried to get Kathy McGrade, knowing Richard was in Toronto and likely tied up. She wasn't available and neither was Tony Szamboti. Thankfully, Richard was available this a.m. and agreed to go on air. Worked out great.

Thanks R.L. Interview and Letter to the Editor!!

Huge amount of exposure for the work of one individual. We can all do more of this and follow that example. Great stuff.
