Michael C. Ruppert, Feb. 3 1951 - April 13 2014

Sadly, one of the great warriors of the truth movement (not just 9/11) has passed away from an alleged self inflicted gunshot wound. From his website collapsenet.com website

I have been informed that MCR has committed suicide. I am devastated, and very, very sad...

We'll report more as information becomes available.

MCR was my friend, my client (I was his attorney) and business partner in CollapseNet. We will gather and report THE FACTS about MCR's death, and nothing else. On my honor, the truth of MCR's death WILL BE TOLD, and his memory will be honored.

Media inquiries should come right here, to me, via ceo@collapsenet.com.

Rest In Peace Mike. I am so sorry that you are gone. You fought the greatest of fights, you opened thousands of eyes and you have earned your place in history, and in our hearts.

Much more to come...

Condolences to his family and friends and many fans of his work.

oh man. so bummed to read this.

Mr. Ruppert's contribution to the truth movement was and is an inspiration, but suicide is a terrible thing.I had a friend hang himself in early March and it devastated everyone and only left unanswered questions and pain. May he rest in eternal peace.

RIP Mike...

In the early days, Mike was very influential to me, and people like Paul Thompson. Paul created the timeline because of Mike's article, "Oh Lucy! - You Gotta Lotta 'Splainin To Do." Toward the latter part of his life, he and I had our differences, but there's no question he was influential to me.

Rest in peace John Judge as well who just passed away. Another major influence for me.

Thank you, Abby.

Thank you for your personal tribute to Michael. He was one of the first I listened to back in 2005 as my eyes were opening to events of 9/11 -- what really happened that day.

Let's remember the important role that ENERGY plays in all this drama and warfare about us. And let's remember to tell each other how much we do care for each other - as Abby noted tearfully.

We will miss you, Michael. Farewell my friend.

Steven Jones
PS - I was on the radio this morning giving an interview about 9/11 - and energy. It was not until after that interview that I learned, sadly, of Michael Ruppert's passing.

Thank you too Dr. Jones

I know you sacrificed a lot as well. You're a great man. Thank you for all that you have done.

Thank you Mike

You were an inspiration to me, and i am sure many others. To stand up for the truth, no matter the cost defines integrity. I know the corruption that you faced head on seemed hopeless to change, but if it made just one person see the truth you made a difference.
I know that you made many see the truth. Thank you for all you have sacrificed. Rest in peace my friend.

P.S. And to you Abby His spirit lives on in you. I just would like to tell you thank you for your fearless pursuit to expose the corruption everyone around the world is facing. You are making a HUGE impact.
I would like to think that if Mike could tell you just one final thing it would be ........ You are a warrior for truth & justice Go get'em Abby.

Put this on the news page as well.... In honor of Mike
