9/11 Truth Tuesdays Tribute

This upcoming Tuesday, 5/13/2008, unless time slots can be rearranged because of the busy summer schedule, will be our last 9/11 Truth Tuesdays at the Anthony Wayne Movie Theater. I believe this has been the longest run of 9/11 Truth movies in a movie theater in the history of this movement.

This effort has not been easy, but any effort worth doing will never be.

Thank you to everyone at the Anthony Wayne Movie Theater. Thank you to Jeff Cobb for your honest journalism. Thank you to everyone that helped us to promote 9/11 Truth Tuesdays. Thank you to 9/11 Family Members Bob McIlvaine, Lorie Van Auken, and Mindy Kleinberg, 9/11 First Responder and founder of the FealGood Foundation, John Feal, and to Directors Dylan Avery and Ray Nowosielski for joining us on January 29th (with the exception of John who was sick). Without you, that night would not have been the success that it was. Thank you to Kyle Hence, Ray Nowosielski, Penny Little, Dylan Avery, and John Albanese for allowing us to use the movies you created. Thank you to the other filmmakers for the other movies we used as well.

Thank you to everyone that came, and brought people every Tuesday since January 1st of this year.

I would like to give a very special thank you to Betsy Metz. Someone that has spent $1,000's upon $1,000's of her own money, asked for nothing in return, and in fact donated what little money was made to the FealGood Foundation to help the 9/11 First Responders. Someone that has devoted the last 6 months of her life to this cause. Someone that brings a smile to everyone she meets. Someone that lights up every room she enters. Thank you Betsy for allowing me to be apart of something very special. You are a hero. For both America, and the world. Everyone owes you a huge debt of gratitude. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Please stay tuned... we are not done yet.

superb

excellent job everyone, you make the movement proud.

ps. my g/f loved the choice of music for the video. we think grace is a groovy lady :D

Yes she is (was groovy)...

Thanks.

Why isn't Dick Cheney in prison?

Betsy and Jon...

Thanks so much for putting so much time, treasure and effort into this project. Sometimes it's hard to bring in a crowd for things like this in a big city, it's even harder when you are in a smaller community like Wayne. You did a great job and are model Truthers.

Thanks...

This could be done elsewhere...

but we would have to clone Jon and Betsy.

You are an inspiration to us all.

Teamwork and can do attitudes will win the day

Betsy and Jon,

You two demonstrated what teamwork and a can do attitude will get accomplished and did something many wouldn't have thought of. Everyone needs to do what they are best at in this fight and I have to think that diversity will win the day and save the soul of this country. It was/is diversity which made America strong.

It sounds like you at least broke even, since you had a little profit which you donated to The FealGood Foundation.

I also think the Anthony Wayne Theatre deserves the credit you give them for going with what you wanted to do.

What were the average numbers for the shows? I think a lot of people would like to know. If you already said it somewhere on the blog here, I apologize for not seeing it.

Hi Tony - Our lowest night

Hi Tony -

Our lowest night was 1 (one) at a 7pm showing when an ice/snow storm was in the works . . . But we did get 7 at the 5pm showing prior to . . . Our best night was 160, but we advertised heavily . . . . Our average nights ranged from 10-30. Tonight, our last scheduled night, we had 25. This entire last month had attendance of 20-30. . . .

I have lots of different thoughts here, but in the end, I believe that what we have done has been success because the $ I've spent means nothing to me (as far as being an investment where I care about a monetary return), especially compared to the hundreds that have come to the 9/11 movies - with about 10-12 hardcore regulars that will "wake up" hundreds of others . . . . it's an intangible return . . . : )

It's never been about breaking even or losing money, etc. . . . It's always been about "How many more can we interest today in learning about 9/11 truth?"

Betsy

Wow, what a tribute, Jon . .

Wow, what a tribute, Jon . . . It's a virtual scrapbook! What an incredible 6-7 months it's been . . .

Your very (too) kind words are a little over the top, and a bit embarrassing, hence my delay at commenting earlier . . . . but I thank you, and I thank YOU for all that you've done to make this a success - from your "connections" and relationships to our 9/11 VIP guests attending the January 29th "Special Night" to your great interview with Jeff Cobb at the Main Line Life newspaper, which brought our 9/11 truth mission of justice (truth and accountability) for those murdered on 9/11 as well as the First Responders' horrible situations - 360 now dead - a lot of attention.

Everyone involved in 9/11 Truth is a hero in my book and a patriot in the true sense of the word. Our founding fathers would be proud of what we're doing even if many around us continue to say things like (I heard this two days ago) "The 9/11 movies are offensive to people . . . ."

If they only knew . . . . If they would only take the time to KNOW that what's really offensive is our government not taking any real action to discover who was really behind 9/11 . . . . and I wonder why.

We are all definitely fighting an uphill battle, but we do it because it's the right thing to do. And how could we NOT, once we realize the truth of 9/11 and many of the other issues deeper inside this many layered onion . . . ? Knowing what we discover, how could we go back to sleep, resume our old lives and look ourselves in the mirror each night (and our children, if we have them)?

Anyone who discovers the 9/11 truth who has a conscience has a moral and, yes, patriotic duty to not back down from exposing the lies if they really love their country and care about the welfare of the world we live in and the Earth we're leaving to our children and future generations. I try not to be judgmental, but I guess I am here . . . It's about priorities, honesty to one's self and others and ultimately being confident and brave in our knowledge.

I was scared to death in the beginning to do some of things I've done in the last few years . . . . like simply standing in the middle of Wayne with Jon and our "9/11 Truth Now" signs . . . . This is the mostly GOP community I've been raised and gone to school in. My father was a Republican township commissioner here. My brothers, one D and one R, while they of course love me, I think assume I'm nuts, obsessed with this . . . as do the majority of people I once socialized with . . . . and I know this is the typical experience of the 9/11 Truther. It can be a very lonely place at times. Thank god I have my mother's full support. (Thank you, Annie.)

Somehow, though, we have to get through to these people who live in a bubble and who can't be bothered or won't take the time to really look at the facts. I have to believe that the majority would really care if they would take the time to really listen and learn, or do the research themselves . . . .

On a positive note, I'm finding more and more people are accepting 9/11 Truth more easily now. I've seen a big difference from just 2006 to 2007 and 2008, and it's probably due to the pattern of lies and deceit emanating from all the cartoon characters in the White House. If it wasn't so horrible, sad and scary, it would be absolutely hilarious. Shakespeare would have had a field day with this. Actually, "Who Killed John O'Neill?" did an excellent job . . .

Anyway, thank you, again, Jon and a big thanks to all who supported and helped us in this endeavor. From the 9/11 family members to the filmmakers and movie attendees. And even those who didn't support us but still gave us publicity like the Big Talker, Dom Giordano (WPHT 1210 AM), and the classic photos of him wearing his tin foil hat in front of the Wayne theater - what a good laugh that has been . . . .

We Truthers Rock. : ) History will be on our side.

Betsy

P.S. The movies aren't over . . . We may be moving the movies to another location . . . and/or we might be back at the Anthony Wayne Movie Theater in the fall . . . . Nothing is set in stone. Except the guilt of those behind the events of 9/11. And we WILL discover those guilty parties in our lifetimes if our efforts and growing numbers to date are any indication . . . .

P.P.S. Apologies for this novel of a reply.

We Love You

Betsy : )

Yes we do...

Why isn't Dick Cheney in prison?

I think you summed it up well, Betsy...

This is the most interesting part to hear what you've learned from your experience, Betsy. You (and Jon) have definitely had a good run!

I believe, you're right on about the reasons for a more open and welcome reception to 9/11 Truth in more recent years:

"On a positive note, I'm finding more and more people are accepting 9/11 Truth more easily now. I've seen a big difference from just 2006 to 2007 and 2008, and it's probably due to the pattern of lies and deceit emanating from all the cartoon characters in the White House"

It's so clear, our government has taken leave of reason by starting wars, extorting the consumer at the pump and debauching the dollar. People are beginning to view them as the criminals they are in reality!

My mother went to a documentary titled, "Gas Hole," at a small University theater recently and it was filled to capacity. Yes, the times they are achangin'!

A link to the brief story behind the title "Gas Hole"

...don't believe them!

Last night...

Maybe...
