SF Truth Action Rocks Golden Gate Park
On March 11 2007, we observed 66 months of 9/11 treason and the second national day of action on the Eleventh with a demonstration at the entrance to Golden Gate park at the top of Haight Street in San Francisco. Our second action - like our first - was blessed with beautiful weather, a good turnout and a lot of support and encouragement from many of the people we encountered - a few of whom picked up signs and joined us.
By the end of the day thousands had seen our message, many had been engaged in discussion, we had given out flyers and cards and about 150 dvds and had a lot of fun. Next month we plan to demonstrate at City Hall, the Federal building and local mass media outlets.

By the way, one of our members sports a great t-shirt as well. It has a picture of a tense Bush 41 with the caption "I should have pulled out."

If you have contact info that is OK to make public, send it to me or post it in the April 11 forum here. That way people can get in touch with you for the action asap and you can post the details later.
I've heard that construction at the WTC site might make it unsuitable for the September 11 action, but I don't know for sure. I don't care where we are but we should come to some consensus soon so that we can plan for it as best as possible. If it's in DC, I'll get my grandfather (retired Air Force Colonel) to come out and join us!

I'd say the majority of the Bay Area knows what's up with 9/11. I did a poll of 50 people on the street in the East Bay a while back and that's what it indicated.

That perfectly describes my experience here in SF and the East Bay. I've noticed a couple of assholes but they're usually pretty short-winded (ie shy away from rational discussion) and mostly seem drunk, drugged or having some kind of bad psychological reaction.

Dude, I know what you mean about the anti war movement, they wont allow 9/11 stuff in there...they must all think we are "space weapon"/"mini nuke" edorsers....we need a new investigation dammit and then maybe the rest of the world would have respect for us once more.
I like next months idea....wear black bandanas over our mouths that say "Let Sibel Speak"....lets use it!
