On Tuesday, July 29th, the head of the "Star Wars" space weapons program under two U.S. presidents, Dr. Robert Bowman, will ask State Legislators to request the re-instatement of Dr. Kevin Barrett as a University of Wisconsin instructor.

Col. Bowman, a rocket scientist with a doctorate from Cal Tech who flew 101 combat missions in Vietnam as a fighter pilot, will present his request to the legislature at a press conference in the State Capitol building, Room 330 Southwest, at 11 a.m. Tuesday 7/29/08.

Kevin Barrett, the target of a 2006 witch-hunt by State Rep. Steve Nass, has not been rehired at UW-Madison, despite his repeated applications for open positions, since he finished teaching his controversial Islam course in fall 2006. His most recent application, for the spring 2008 semester, was rejected in favor of a less-qualified and less-experienced applicant.

For Immediate Release: Barrett to Confront Steve Nass, Announce Morocco "Hijacker" Search

Kevin Barrett has never met his would-be nemesis, Steve Nass, in person. But that may change this morning outside Nass's office, Rm. 12, at the Wisconsin State Capitol.

Barrett will:

• Make an important announcement regarding his employment relations with the University of Wisconsin.
• Challenge Nass to debate the facts of 9/11, or to produce a UW teacher or other qualified debater willing to defend the 9/11 Commission Report in a free and fair debate.
• Offer Nass an absolutely free copy of David Griffin's brand-new Debunking 9/11 Debunking (a $20 value) which utterly demolishes every significant public attempt yet made to argue that 9/11 was not an inside job.
• Show his Fugitive Recovery Agent badge and ID and announce his imminent departure for Morocco in search of Waleed al-Shehri, the still-living man who the 9/11 Commission says stabbed an "unarmed flight attendant" shortly before Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center: http://mujca.com/waleed.htm

In the event that Nass makes yet another cowardly attempt to evade Barrett's debate challenge, Barrett will attempt, within the bounds of the law, to enter Nass's office and remain there until either Nass shows up and hears the debate challenge in person, or Barrett has to leave for Morocco, whichever comes first.

9/11 Truth Takes Oshkosh!

Below is an abridged version of the text of Kevin Barrett’s talk at the
University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh on 10/26/06.

Thank you for coming out tonight and supporting free speech and
academic freedom. I would like to thank the Oshkosh Campus Greens for
inviting me here tonight. And I would like to thank Steve Nass, Mark
Green, and the Wisconsin Republican Party, without whose ongoing
barrage of free publicity none of this would have been possible.

The Green party folks, unlike the Republicans, seem to know what
they’re doing. 9/11 skepticism offers an unprecedented opportunity for
third parties, who have been locked out of our system for too long.
9/11 was the most important historical event of the century. Yet polls
show that the American people, and the people of the world, simply do
not believe the government’s version of that event. A recent New York
Times poll showed that only 16% of the American people believe the
official story, meaning that 84% do not.
And a 2004 poll by Canada’s largest newspaper, the Toronto Star, showed
that nearly two out of three Canadians believe that top U.S. officials
committed high treason and conspiracy to mass murder on 9/11; while an
August, 2004 Zogby poll showed that half of New Yorkers believe the
same thing. A recent Scripps-Howard poll showed that 36% of Americans
believe that top US officials either perpetrated or allowed the 9/11
attacks in order to launch a war in the Middle East and Central Asia.
That 36% represents more Americans than voted for George W. Bush in the
last election, even if we believe the un-auditable figures of the
Diebold voting machines.
