This letter is a request for correction regarding mistakes found in article “9/11 conspiracy theories" published at http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-14665953 on august 29, 2011.

1. On point 1, quote: “the transponder, which provides the exact location of the plane, was turned off or changed”

Airplane transponder is a machine that provides ground control with some data originating from the plane, such as the altitude of the plane, its name, its bearing and other data. It doesn’t provide horizontal (map) location of the plane, which can be read by primary radar data, which originates from ground radar installations and will continue to function whatever happens to the plane transponder.

Your assertion is wrong, so you’re requested to correct and clarify it

2. On point 2, quote: “Controlled demolition is always carried out from the bottom floors up”

Dear Fellow 9/11 Truth Seekers,

I am writing today to ask you to support the Toronto Hearings on the Events of September 11, 2001. The Toronto Hearings are being sponsored by the International Center for 9/11 Studies - an organization I founded - and will take place at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

This September 11 we will begin the year leading up to the tenth anniversary of 9/11. 

While much has been accomplished, with so much great work by so many in compiling evidence that the official story was a lie, we still have not broken through to the mainstream press or even most of the alternative press about our evidence and facts.

I am proposing a plan for the entire year leading up to and ending with the tenth anniversary of 9/11 that will hopefully bring attention to the truths as we know them.

I think a big demonstration on 9/11/09 at ground zero would be a great start.  Then each week a different state will have activities and programs, maybe in their capitol city or major city, and with fifty states, that would take us right up to the tenth anniversary, in which a massive rally and demonstration could take place at ground zero.
