Until the latter days of 2001, President Bush's skeletal talents for peacetime democracy were creaking out of the closet and down the ravine of opinion polls. He was a Hoover in the making (the president or the vacuum, your pick). Osama bin Laden to the rescue. His one-hit wonder on the Twin Towers and the Pentagon did wonders for a presidency looking for salvation. And the most imperial presidency in the nation's history was off on its wolves' hunt, with democracy for a battle flag.

This paper reviews and compares some of the initial media coverage and criticisms of BYU physics professor Steven E. Jones' research paper, Why Indeed Did the WTC Buildings Collapse? In his paper, Jones calls for an investigation of the World Trade Center skyscrapers' collapses that seriously considers the hypothesis of controlled demolition. The decision of a professor of science to come forward with such a proposal is unprecedented, as is the story's coverage by a mainstream news program on cable TV: MSNBC's Situation with Tucker Carlson. The closest precedent in the history of the 9/11 Truth Movement was the CSPAN-2 coverage of theology professor David Ray Griffin's speech, 9/11 and the American Empire: How Should Religious People Respond?. Both Jones and Griffin have added considerable credibility to the independent investigation of 9/11 through their scholarly approaches. In particular, Steven Jones brings to bear his 20 years of experience and peer-reviewed research in the field of physics.

ENRON - THE SMOKIN' CANNON OF 9/11?
Today it was reported on CNNMoney.com that former Enron CEO Jeff Skilling tried to sell 200,000 shares of Enron stock on Sept. 6, 2001.
Sept. 6 is but a few days prior to 9/11.

Jeff Skilling was also on the Houston branch of the Dallas Federal Reserve Board. All of this simply further substantiates the fact that the "smoking cannon" of 9/11 is Enron. As a corollary of this, the purported off sheet "debts" of Enron, as also stated previously, were in fact income, generated in large part through "Federal" Reserve bank trading programs, which 9/11, I believe was orchestrated to try to cover-up and keep Enron from imploding by evil doers.

In studying the truth about the 9/11 attacks, I have uncovered very horrifying and disturbing facts. Most Americans do not accept these as facts. They, along with the media, call us "conspiracy theorists" and label us as left-wing, liberal, and most of all, unAmerican. There are many anomalies that lead one to theorize, but there are far more facts about 9/11 that prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that there was complicity in the 9/11 attacks by our own government and the Bush administration.
WTC7 Cover Up In Action
Submission from Byrne who does a nice job of exposing a cover up in action at NIST regarding the collapse of WTC7. Needless to say, NIST will soon have an "independent third party" analysis of the collapse to hide behind.

This latest news on the (long awaited) WTC7 report is somewhat behind the NIST previously stated timetable for the scheduled FINAL WTC7 report issue date of December 2005........The timetable (from the draft SOW document) will now be no earlier than November 2006. Sept. 11 workers die of health problems
James Zadroga spent 16 hours a day toiling in the World Trade Center ruins for a month, breathing in debris-choked air. Timothy Keller said he coughed up bits of gravel from his lungs after the towers fell on Sept. 11, 2001. Felix Hernandez spent days at the site helping to search for victims.
All three men died in the last seven months of what their families and colleagues say are persistent respiratory illnesses directly caused by their work at ground zero.

The National Security Agency advised President Bush in early 2001 that it had been eavesdropping on Americans during the course of its work monitoring suspected terrorists and foreigners believed to have ties to terrorist groups, according to a declassified document.
The NSA's vast data-mining activities began shortly after Bush was sworn in as president and the document contradicts his assertion that the 9/11 attacks prompted him to take the unprecedented step of signing a secret executive order authorizing the NSA to monitor a select number of American citizens thought to have ties to terrorist groups.
