I don't usually send videos to my list but this short clip of Noam Chomsky being interviewed re 9-11 is very revealing in which he says, referring to what critics of the official narrative allege, "what does it matter even if it was true, it wouldn't be significant?" He then refers back to the assassination of JFK in which he still insists that the assassin was Oswald, with the nonsensical comment that "people get killed all the time."
Add to this his routine dismissal of the role of the Jewish lobby in shaping US Middle East policy and it is easy to understand why he is known as the "Chief Gatekeeper."
Will he debate anyone on these issues? Of course, not. He prefers opponents like Alan Dershowitz who is guaranteed not to raise any important issues that Chomsky cannot counter. In this 4 minute clip, he speaks about coincidences that can't be explained but it would be nice if he would explain how it was that the 8000 page Patriot Act was already written, printed, and ready to be sent to Congress immediately after 9-11 when, before the event, there would have been no chance of its passage. Another coincidence?

CLEARWATER - It is a Thursday evening, an ordinary night.
From the community room of Panera Bread, the westerly flow of commuters can be seen heading into the sunset on busy Ulmerton Road.
Gathered here are a dozen or so like-minded souls from the Tampa Bay 9/11 Truth Meetup Group.
They share a common belief: The official story of what happened on Sept. 11, 2001, is absolutely false.
"We're the Minutemen!" says retired nurse Jeanne Lucsynski of Wesley Chapel, who is sitting at a corner table with her laptop.
A 9/11 Truth meeting can sound like a cross between "The X Files" and an American history lesson.
Members are convinced that the U.S. government, or global elitists, felled the World Trade Center and used Arab hijackers as decoys. They want to speak out, like patriots of the American Revolution.

Noam Chomsky on 911 conspiracy
At about 3:50 of this video, Noam says "Even if it's true, who cares? It doesn't make any significance" when he is talking about the 9/11 "conspiracy theories".
I bet the 3,000 family members cares? I bet they feel its of significance?
U.S. military deaths surpass 9-11 toll

At least 36 Iraqis died Tuesday in bombings, officials said, including a co-ordinated strike that killed 25 in western Baghdad. Separately, the deaths of six U.S. soldiers pushed the American toll beyond the number of victims in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.
The three co-ordinated car bombs in western Baghdad injured at least 55 people, a doctor at Yarmouk hospital, where the victims were taken, said on condition of anonymity because of safety concerns. The attacks occurred in a mixed Sunni and Shiite neighbourhood.
In separate attacks, a bomb exploded in a central Baghdad market, killing four people and wounding 15 others, police said. Two roadside bombs targeted an Iraqi police patrol in an eastern neighbourhood of the capital, killing four policemen and injuring 12 people.
In Kirkuk, 290 kilometres north of the Iraqi capital, another roadside bomb killed three civilians - including an 8-year-old girl - and wounded six other people, police said.

Lack of Media Coverage on 911 Questions
This was sent in to our Comments section, thought I'd post it here for everyone to see. The Huffington Post can be found here if you'd like to send your own comments in.
For quite some time now, about every week or so, I send Huffpo an Anonymous News Tip - there is a green box part way down the right hand side of their home page - one of three.
I was annoyed by their Fearless campaign, so send them an Anonymous News Tip. The last one was headed "911 Questions". The post said. "Nothing from Huffpo on this yet? Fearless? Really?"
Can I suggest that you encourage others to send similar Anonymous News Tips to any media organisation, but particularly Huffpo. It enrages me that they stand on Fearless Reporting, yet they do NOTHING to address the issues, clearly out of craven fear.

NEW YORK, Dec. 25 (UPI) -- ABC received a "Falsie" award for its Sept. 11 miniseries that the Center for Media and Democracy chided as the most misleading U.S. show of the year.
The organization -- described by as a "left-leaning watchdog group" by Daily Variety -- chided ABC's "Path to 9/11" as "an opportunity to rewrite history" launched by conservative filmmakers that directly contradicted the Sept. 11 commission report it was supposedly drawn from.
The Falsies are presented to shows deemed to be subliminal PR spin distorting the facts.
The runner-up for the dubious honor last week was the National Association of Broadcast Communicators, the organization that distributed pre-packaged "video news releases" that appeared to be legitimate TV news reports.

I am certainly no fan of Curt Weldon on many issues, but I always respected his efforts in investigating Able Danger, even if the left saw those efforts as an attempt to pin 9/11 on Bill Clinton. Now, the left can celebrate that Weldon's assertions had no merit, and the bipartisan coverups continue unabated.

WASHINGTON — The Senate Intelligence Committee has rejected as untrue one of the most disturbing claims about the Sept. 11 terrorist strikes — a congressman's contention that a team of military analysts identified Mohamed Atta or other hijackers before the attacks — according to a summary of the panel's investigation obtained by The Times.
The conclusion contradicts assertions by Rep. Curt Weldon (R-Pa.) and a few military officers that U.S. national security officials ignored startling intelligence available in early 2001 that might have helped to prevent the attacks.
In particular, Weldon and other officials have repeatedly claimed that the military analysts' effort, known as Able Danger, produced a chart that included a picture of Atta and identified him as being tied to an Al Qaeda cell in Brooklyn, N.Y. Weldon has also said that the chart was shared with White House officials, including Stephen J. Hadley, then deputy national security advisor.
