"Talking about foreign policy like this, and emphasizing Blow Back, somebody rather nastily said the other day on the internet, and they said 'Oh yeah, if those Paul people had been in charge, Osama Bin Laden would still be alive.' But you know what I think the answer is? So would the 3000 people from 9/11 be alive!"

The documentary examines academia's treatment of critical perspectives on 9/11 by analyzing three areas: the nature and the dimensions of the taboo of researching and expressing critical perspectives of the events of 9/11, scholarly scrutiny and the official 9/11 narrative, and the role of universities and intellectual courage. Through the experiences of recognized university professors and a former university president, the documentary discusses how many academics who can be harsh critics of the Bush Administration and the war on terror yet for some reason identify themselves with the official narrative of 9/11 quite aggressively.

On this eleventh anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks, we would like to take a look back at what went wrong.
While the Bush administration tried to make its response to 9/11 its crowning achievement, the truth is that they acted with criminal incompetence and ass-covering.
(1) The U.S. is at least partly responsible for creating Al Qaeda. For example, Jimmy Carter’s National Security Adviser admitted on CNN that we organized and supported Bin Laden and the other originators of “Al Qaeda” in the 1970s to fight the Soviets.
Professor of strategy at the Naval War College and former National Security Agency intelligence analyst and counterintelligence officer John R. Schindler documents, the U.S. supported Bin Laden and other Al Qaeda terrorists in Bosnia.
(2) The chair of the 9/11 Commission said that the attack was preventable. It is thoroughly-documented that an attack such as 9/11 was entirely foreseeable. Specifically, Al Qaeda flying planes into the World Trade Center and Pentagon was something which American military and intelligence services – and our allies – knew could happen.
(3) U.S. intelligence services have repeatedly infiltrated Al Qaeda and related groups, but then idiotically failed to stop them. For example – as the New York Times, CBS News and others reported – the FBI informant involved in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center begged the FBI to substitute fake bomb power for real explosives, but his FBI handler moronically let real explosives be used.
Similarly – as reported by Newsweek, the New York Times and others – an FBI informant hosted and rented a room to 2 of the 9/11 hijackers while they were in the U.S., but then stupidly failed to stop them.

About the lack of 9/11 being mentioned on Bin Laden's wanted poster, Prosecutor David N. Kelley said:
I'd be troubled if I were asked to put up a wanted picture where no formal charges had been filed, no matter who it was.
We would be troubled too, if we started 2 wars without formal charges.
The FBI maintains a separate "Most Wanted Terrorists" list, which includes bin Laden and 25 others who have been indicted in U.S. federal courts in connection with terror plots. But this second Bin Laden listing also makes no mention of Sept. 11.
Future indictments may be handed down as various investigations proceed in connection to other terrorist incidents, for example, the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.
The article implies that Bin Laden organized the 9/11 attack. He praised it but never claimed to have organized it.
9/11/2012 - Our Generation, Our Responsibility
It's been 11 years since nearly 3 thousand people were murdered that tragic day in New York City. Officially they say 19 Muslims hijacked planes and attacked us because they hate our freedoms. However, since 2001 there have been many questions that have been raised and not answered. The 9/11 Commission Report didn't even mention Building 7... Let alone provide any explanations. This movement was started by the victims' family members who had questions. Their loved ones were murdered... and they've never been given answers. It's time to demand those answers... It's time to unite together to demand justice.
So we're asking all of you.

9/11 Truth Film Festival 2012 - An Exploration of Deep Events
The eighth annual 9/11 Truth Film Festival will explore what featured speaker, professor, author, former diplomat, Peter Dale Scott has termed “deep events.” Scott defines "deep events" as those that are systematically ignored or falsified in the mainstream media and public consciousness. The Film Festival, will be held again at the historic Grand Lake Theater, 3200 Grand Ave, Oakland, on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 from 2 pm to 11 pm, and is a benefit for the Northern California 9/11 Truth Alliance.
From conflict to cooperation: freeway blogging with the California Highway Patrol
In the post 9/11 era it has become harder and harder to exercise our constitutional rights. For example police often crack down on peaceful demonstrations that are protected by the First Amendment - freedom of speech. This video shows how freeway bloggers in Davis, California were able to turn a bad situation with the CHP into a good one. It is a model that political activists can use in any city or state.
