Jury selection in Zacarias Moussaoui's sentencing hearing begins feb 6th. at this hearing the govt will show the jury the CDROM they have of flight 77 impacting the pentagon. It's the govt's hope that these graphic images (having never been seen before) will help shock the jury into delivering the death sentence to Moussaoui (the so-called '20th hijacker')...
I speculate that the judge in our lawsuit has been waiting so many months to make his final ruling due to the coming Moussaoui trial.

It allegedly originated from the $10 million of transferred funds from Saudi Arabia and the payee was "Fayyaz Ahmed." Fayyaz Ahmed, aka Fayez Ahmad, was also named as one of the hijackers aboard United 175 that crashed into the South Tower of the World Trade Center
Could Patriot Act have prevented 9/11?
You know what would have prevented 9/11 from happening? If Norad came to work that day. If Standard Operating Procedures were followed, 9/11 could not have possibly happened. A large majority of the links and upcoming events on the right panel, as well as a good percentage of our posts, come from suggestions from our viewers. Our abilities to be useful to the 9/11 community comes through contributions to our website in a few different forms, but primarily through suggestions and feedback.
The sites we have listed on the right panel were originally compiled in April 2005. Since then we have added a lot of 9/11 related links which have been sent in from our visitors. The latest assertion by the Bush administration is that if they had had the wire-tap capabilities before 9/11 that they've recently been exposed of using (i.e. illegal), they could very well have prevented the terrorist attacks. As one recent writer to The Sheboygan Press expressed, thousands of our fellow Americans would have been spared.
This current lie manufactured by Bush and Co. would be hilarious if not so tragic. The non-partisan 9/11 Commission published the facts surrounding the weeks and months leading up to the attacks on 9/11.

The time is long overdue to make information available to the public that questions the official government story of the events surrounding 9/11/01. To that end, an organization called Citizens For 9/11 Truth will be presenting videos on that topic. The first showing will be on Saturday, Feb. 4, at 1 p.m. in the basement of the Glenwood Springs Library, 413 Ninth St. [Gleenwood Springs, CO] It is free and open to the public (and not sponsored by the library).
