NEW YORK - A woman who died of lung disease five months after Sept. 11 was added Wednesday to the medical examiner's list of attack victims, marking the first time the city has officially linked a death to the toxic dust caused by the World Trade Center's collapse.
Felicia Dunn-Jones, a 42-year-old attorney who was caught in the dust cloud while fleeing the collapsing towers on Sept. 11, 2001, died of sarcoidosis, a disease that causes inflammation and scarring in the lungs, on Feb. 10, 2002.
"Mrs. Dunn-Jones' exposure to World Trade Center dust on 9/11/01 contributed to her death, and it has been ruled a homicide," Chief Medical Examiner Charles Hirsch wrote.
The city said the Sept. 11 death toll at the trade center now stands at 2,750.
Dunn-Jones' family had asked last year that the medical examiner add her name to the death toll, but Hirsch wrote at the time that his office could not link her death to the exposure "with certainty beyond a reasonable doubt."

Confirmed: No "View" tomorrow
William Rodriguez has confirmed that the 9/11 View episode is not going forward tomorrow, but may be re-scheduled, and he wants people to know that he made the final call. However, he insists that bigger and better things are coming down the pipe, hence, the Sunjata post further down the page.

Al Qaeda has a new opening graphic for its propaganda tapes: the U.S. Capitol under "attack."
"The Islamic State of Iraq...March Toward Washington" reads the headline in English superimposed over a digitally created scene of the U.S. Capitol under attack in the introductory sequence of one tape released on the Internet this week.
Another from al Qaeda's "as Sahab" production arm announces "Holocaust of the Americans in the Land of Khorasan" and shows an image of the U.S. Capitol to introduce a short clip of al Qaeda fighters.
With all of this and Bush given Dictatorship powers, I smell a false flag very very soon

May 23 (Bloomberg) -- Developer Larry Silverstein and seven insurance companies agreed to a $2 billion settlement to end an almost six-year dispute over the value of the insurance policies covering the World Trade Center.
New York Governor Eliot Spitzer and Insurance Commissioner Eric Dinallo announced the settlement at a news conference in New York City. The agreement will bring to about $4.6 billion the total insurance proceeds Silverstein and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey will receive.
Silverstein, the leaseholder on the World Trade Center, had battled with insurance companies in federal court since a month after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks over how much the policies were worth. The settlement gives the developer and the Port Authority, owner of the trade center site, the cash to help rebuild the 16-acre property. The insurers have already paid about $2.5 billion.

NEW LONDON, Conn. (AP) — President Bush portrayed the Iraq war as a battle between the U.S. and al-Qaida on Wednesday and shared nuggets of intelligence to contend Osama bin Laden was setting up a terrorist cell in Iraq to strike targets in America.
Bush, who faces a public weary of war and is at odds with Democrats in Congress over funding troops, said that while the Sept. 11 attacks occurred in 2001, Americans still face a major threat from terrorists.
"In the minds of al-Qaida leaders, 9/11 was just a down payment on violence yet to come," Bush said during a commencement speech at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in which he defended his decision to order a troop buildup in Iraq. "It is tempting to believe that the calm here at home after 9/11 means that the danger to our country has passed."

Foreign-born Muslims -- they comprise two-thirds of Muslims in the U.S. and hail from 68 countries, according to the survey -- appear to be the most moderate of all, with three-quarters speaking favorably about their community and opportunities in the U.S., and two-thirds vehemently expressing unfavorable views of Al Qaeda.
Yet Muslim attitudes about U.S. foreign policy are unique in some contexts. Only 40 percent of Muslims in America believe that the Sept. 11 attacks were carried out by Arabs.
The survey results have been well-received by Muslim organizations, although several disputed the poll's estimate of the Muslim population in the U.S. as about 2.35 million. They said the figure is closer to 6 million to 7 million.

My case has been known to a certain degree because of the activities that I have been engaging in, in terms of going to courts, going to Congress, etc. There are similar cases we are not hearing about. For example, the Larry Franklin case, with the espionage case that they pursued with AIPAC. And what the American public doesn’t know is the fact that there were other counter-intelligence operations within the FBI that obtained far more information not only limited to Mr. Franklin. Other operations were shut down in 2000 and 2001 because they ended up going to higher levels and involving way too many people. I’m talking about individuals who are breaking the law, misusing the trust and abusing their power, and in some cases I would even say engaging in treason.
Sibel tells us what motivates her. When she became a citizen some 18 years ago she took an oath, as do all new citizens, to "support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic". It seems she takes that oath seriously. The people who have gagged her have taken similar oaths, which they have betrayed.
