Two Members of We Are Change arrested last night at Laura Bush event

Luke Rudkowski indicates that two We Are Change activists have been unlawfully arrested outside of a speaking event with Laura Bush and Jenna Bush in New York.
Gary– an active member of the New York chapter– reportedly refused orders from the Secret Service to move from a sidewalk where the Bushes were entering the building. Shortly afterwards, while Gary was trying to ask Laura and Jenna a question, a plainclothes man escorting someone in a wheelchair started a fight, according to sources within We Are Change.
The fight was broken up, and both men were taken to a police precint. However, the man who started the fight was released without charges while Gary is still being held.
Inside the event, We Are Change reporter Matt Lepacek attempted to interject a question during Laura Bush’s speech and was reportedly dragged out by police. Rudkowski reports the police intentionally bashed Lepacek’s head against a door or wall. Lepacek used his cell phone to video the Bush question, but it was confiscated by the police. Lepacek previously stirred controversy when he was arrested for asking a member of Giuliani’s staff a question and subsequently arrested.

Jonathan Pollard pled guilty to conspiracy to commit espionage and is serving a life sentence. At first, Israeli leaders claimed Pollard was part of a rogue operation, but later took responsibility for his work.
Now Fox News has learned some U.S. investigators believe that there are Israelis again very much engaged in spying in and on the U.S., who may have known things they didn't tell us before September 11. Fox News correspondent Carl Cameron has details in the first of a four-part series.

WeAreChangeLA teams up with KPFK Pacifica Radio for a solid 9/11 Truth pilot “Counter Intelligence Digest”
On Friday April 11th KPFK Pacifica Radio, 90.7 FM Los Angeles & 98.7 FM Santa Barbara, aired a ‘test run’ of the pilot “Counter Intelligence Digest”, a new pivotal radio interview and commentary show created with the collaboration of WeAreChangeLA (WACLA) and KPFK.
The pilot, which features guests Peter Philips of Project Censored, Peter Thottam of the LA National Impeachment Center, and Cosmos of TruthAction.org, has received positive feedback from KPFK’s listeners. KPFK Program Director, Armondo Gudiño says that he “digs it.”
The show is hosted by Chris Bayard Condon, who is first alternate on KPFK's station board as well as on the WACLA meetup, and Katy Kurtzman, who is a founding member of WACLA. The Executive Producer is Christine Blosdale, a senior producer at KPFK. The pilot targets a range of listeners, from those who are altogether new or barely informed about 9-11 to the seasoned 9-11 Truth activists who need a lift from truther burnout.

Canada’s 9/11 Truth Movement is peaceful, united, and committed to getting a Canadian independent investigation into 9/11. From coast to coast, 9/11 Truth Groups from St. John’s, Newfoundland to Victoria, British Columbia have realized that their strengths lie in their numbers of a united front, and united they will be on September 11th, 2008.
Over the last couple months, the Canadians have been busy. First, the Vancouver 9/11 Truth Society took the initiative to mail a copy of Yukihisa Fujita’s Parliamentary Presentation to all 308 Members of the Canadian Parliament. Since then, 9/11 Truth activists across the country have been pressing their MP’s by asking if they have received the video, taken the time to watch it, and ask them their stance on 9/11. Shortly after, East Vancouver MP Libby Davies has since agreed to take a petition to the Canadian Parliament requesting a Canadian Investigation into 9/11 – and this is just the beginning. Currently, 10 cities in Canada have joined forces and are creating their first ever (and if successful, the last) national campaign for 9/11 Truth...
As signatures are being collected from Canadians across the country, the authors of the petition are working with MP Davies in getting the timing right for introducing it into Parliament. The plan is to introduce the petition around August 1st, 2008, as Canada officially allows up to 45 days for answering any petition. An August 1st submission will allow an answer forthcoming by September 11th, 2008.
Mainstream Economist Makes Passing Comment About Explosives Taking Down Towers
Economist Darryl Robert Schoon made a passing reference to 9/11 in an article he wrote for Kitco.com, an investment-oriented website. The article is titled, "Tuscon & The Great Depression - This Is Not Your Normal Downturn".
Here's the relevant quote:
"I wonder what they would do if they knew about the dangers posed by investment bank credit default swaps, CDSs, a $62 trillion unregulated market that could destroy the global economy as quickly and as easily as charged explosives brought down three towers at the World Trade Center on 9/11."

Al-CIAda sock puppet Ayman al-Zawahiri was quoted in an audiotape released today accusing Iran of behind behind 9/11 conspiracy theories, in another crude public relations stunt designed to generate hostile opinion towards the 9/11 Truth Movement.
The tape had been promised three weeks ago by monitoring group IntelCenter, who have been caught in the past putting out fake and misleading "Al-Qaeda" material via the alleged media arm of the terrorist organization As-Sahab, and was finally released today.
The set-up revolved around Al-Zawahiri responding to questions submitted by the public via the Internet.
"One of the questioners asked about the theory that has circulated in the Middle East and elsewhere that Israel was behind the 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon," reports the Associated Press.
Al-Zawahiri accused Hezbollah's Al-Manar television of starting the rumor.

NEW YORK — Former EPA chief Christine Todd Whitman cannot be held liable for telling residents near the World Trade Center site that the air was safe to breathe after the 2001 terrorist attacks, a federal appeals court said Tuesday.
The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said Whitman apparently made comments reassuring people about the safety around the site based on conflicting information and reassurances by the White House.
The appeals court said legal remedies are not always available for every instance of arguably deficient governmental performance.
A Department of Justice lawyer had argued late last year that holding the former head of the Environmental Protection Agency liable would set a dangerous precedent in future disasters because public officials would fear making public statements.
