According to a release from ABC, Korey Rowe and Dylan Avery, creators of the 9/11 conspiracy documentary Loose Change will appear on the May 24th show. Also listed is William Rodriguez, who was a janitor at the North Tower of the World Trade Center, who has since become part of the 9/11 truth movement. The only other guests listed for that date are the winners of Dancing With the Stars, so it appears that the show will not have representatives from both sides of the topic. Rosie O’Donnell has said before that we have been hearing the other side for years, so maybe the show will only cover the topic from one angle. However, since the show line-up often goes through changes before the show is taped, it is possible that they might be adding additional guests. It is also possible that they might have the other side in another segment on a different day.

Leo, Rosie make Time's most influential

Heartthrob Leonardo DiCaprio and envelope-pushers Rosie O'Donnell and Sacha Baron Cohen are among the entertainment newsmakers on Time magazine's list of 100 people who shape the world.

The list of 100 most influential, on newsstands Friday, also includes Queen Elizabeth II, presidential hopefuls Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama (news, bio, voting record), YouTube founders Steve Chen and Chad Hurley, director Martin Scorsese and model Kate Moss. It does not include President Bush.

In a piece she wrote for the magazine, Barbara Walters, the creator of "The View," had kind words to say about O'Donnell, who announced last week she was leaving the ABC talk show in June because she and the network couldn't agree on a new contract.

"And so, last September, we began a thrilling roller-coaster ride," Walters wrote. "We followed Rosie's passion and compassion, her feuds and fearlessness, her humanity and humor."

Walters said she and O'Donnell "remain respectful and affectionate friends."

According to today's entry on Rosie O'Donnell's blog, The View will not have WTC 7 experts on.

Naturally, King was obligated to seek out The Combover Which Talks, Donald Trump.

Then he called for censorship.

"Insisting that O'Donnell had been fired instead of being unable to come to a contract agreement, Trump said O'Donnell was an 'embarrassment to this country.''' That's because she had latched on to the growing '9/11 Truth Movement,' which dismisses the official story about the 2001 terrorist attacks.

On last night's Paula Zahn Now on CNN, the entire show was focused on the Don Imus debacle. Within that show, however, they had a small segment about outspoken celebrities and whether they should "shut up" or not. It went a little something like this...

1. Mel Gibson gets drunk and says Jews are the source of all evil in the world.

2. Kramer from Seinfeld, Michael Richards, goes crazy in a comedy club and routinely uses the word "nigger" to blacks in his audience in order to make them feel inferior.

3. Ann Coulter says she can't talk about John Edwards lest she use the word "faggot" to describe him.

4. Rosie O'Donnell claims explosions caused WTC7 to fall, rather than planes.

If anyone has the resources to dig up a clip of the segment, it would be greatly appreciated. I was expecting them to bring Rosie up, but a small part of me thought it would be too pathetic for even the mainstream media to do. I guess I was wrong.

These guys are just begging for a slew of responses from us over their contribution to the silly "Holocaust-denier" straw-man attack. Don't give them any slack on this one -- post in the comments section!

On ABC's popular The View, O'Donnell lent her expert opinion that it is impossible for the World Trade Center's building 7 "to fall the way it fell without explosives being involved." To say otherwise, she added, "is beyond ignorant." (When she isn't offering instruction on the fine points of structural engineering, O'Donnell entertains by hanging upside-down from a rope.)

Let's tally the slurs Bill O'Reilly has hurled at Rosie O'Donnell: She's "Tokyo Rosie," "siding with Iran," "rooting for Iran" and "helping the enemy" while "actively supporting Iran against her own country and Britain."

Wow. What has O'Donnell done? Did she supply rocket launchers to terrorists? Not quite.

"Rosie O'Donnell is saying that our country, America, all right, attacked itself to launch the war on terror," O'Reilly has said, among other things.

Wrong. O'Donnell very clearly said she doesn't believe the U.S. government had anything to do with 9/11.

The Truth will not change. Perception of the Truth continuously grows. While Rosie may not get www.911Truth.org on the View, some great nuggets of truth have been leaking out to the people

Rosie O'Donnell is a small test case for the 9-11 Truth movement. If right-wing pressure succeeds in getting Rosie villainized, kicked off the View, and blacklisted for simply asking questions about what really happened on September 11th, then it could have a chilling effect on some other Truth tellers and embolden the real rightwing enemies of freedom and liberty.

He attempts to link-- fallaciously-- a "lack of coverage" over Rosie O'Donnell's 9/11 statements (after weeks of continuous coverage on The Factor) with lack of coverage on issues with illegal aliens. As thousands of stories go under-reported every day, there is no meaningful link here, though one is certainly implied. Meanwhile, O'Reilly portrays himself as a righteous defender-- policing the press and defending border issues.

Guest Bernie Goldberg also attempts to associate Rosie and her statements with insane hypothetical racist statements.

While the Trump Affair is (finally) a thing of the past, Rosie continues to flex her well-defined muscles for sparking controversy. Last week the outspoken View star claimed, in response to a question from co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck about the validity of 9/11 conspiracy theories, that, while she didn't know what to believe about the U.S. government's involvement, she did believe that "it's the first time in history that fire has ever melted steel. I do believe that it defies physics that World Trade Center tower 7--building 7, which collapsed in on itself--it is impossible for a building to fall the way it fell without explosives being involved." Enter Popular Mechanics, which had previously compiled reports by physicists and demolition experts for its 2006 book "Debunking 9/11 Myths." (March 31) - Rosie O'Donnell has never been one to shy away from speaking her mind, but her latest controversial topic of conversation on 'The View' brought up a taboo that most daytime talk shows would never go near – the possibility of a conspiracy on 9/11.

On Thursday’s show, during a discussion on the war on terror and the prospect of war in Iran, O’Donnell veered into the theory that World Trade Center 7, which fell hours after the Twin Towers, was possibly destroyed purposely by explosives.

James Meigs, editor in chief of Popular Mechanics said as much as 25% of the building was scooped out by the falling debris. He added, "There were intense fires that burned inside the building that weakend the steel frame."

OK, let's look at what Meigs is saying:

1) As much as 25% of the building was scooped out by falling debris.
--There is no photo anywhere in the public realm showing 25% damage to this building.
--Even if Meigs' statement were completely true, such damage would cause the building to topple over to the side, not collapse at free-fall speed straight down.

John Gibson and Michelle Malkin Whip Up Frenzy Over Rosie O'Donnell and ABC

Bill O'Reilly started a campaign last night to have Rosie O'Donnell fired from The View, ABC, for expressing her opinions on Iran and 9/11. This morning at 6 AM, Donald Trump was already quoting O'Reilly almost verbatim on The Imus Show demanding that ABC fire O'Donnell. So of course, John Gibson continued the fire Rosie campaign today with noxious Michelle Malkin who added Barbara Walters to the FOX News list of the currently unclean who must be punished. 3/30/07

Malkin thought that ABC should be held accountable for O'Donnell's comments but claimed there were too many like minded people in ABC management to do anything about Rosie O'Donnell. Gibson speculated that ABC wants O'Donnell to say these things.

Another indication of media blackout on 9/11 issues:

Media Matters has failed to report on any of the recent "conservative" media's feeding frenzy on Rosie O'Donnell and their vitriolic attacks on her First Amendment rights, which include calling for her dismissal and execution. With any other topic, Media Matters would have sent out press releases, blogged, and posted the information on their front page. They routinely monitor all Fox broadcasts and other Administration stenographic media personalities, calling them on misinformation, unprofessional conduct, and the like. According to their webpage:
