After Mr. Böhnhardt und Mr. Mundlos would have committed suicide on 04.11.11, Ms. Zschäpe would have sent in the following days their confessing video to the media. So middle November 2011 German media discovered the existence of a right-wing terror organization: The until then unknown Nazi-group called "National Socialist Underground" (NSU) confessed to murder immigrants, a cop and confessed to carry out two bomb attacks in Germany in the time from September 2000 to April 2007. After this revelation Parliamentarian fact-finding Commissions were set up, but their work has been obstructed by the Intelligence Apparatus. This article reveals the main problems of the Parliamentarians.

Informers

The Intelligence Apparatus is not willing to inform the Parliamentarian Commission about its informers, which sale information to the Apparatus. The Undersecretary of State in the Interior Ministry, Klaus-Dieter Fritsche, said openly to the leading Commissioner Sebastian Edathy, that public weal would be more important than Parliamentarian fact-finding. Even if there were informers in the surround of the NSU, it would be legitimate to conceal that to the Commission:

Thanks to the work of the Parliamentarian investigation, it is known, that the three supposed NSU-members Böhnhardt, Mundlos and Zschäpe were "surrounded" by informers. The police in the Federal State "Thüringen" even had the suspicion, that the fugitive trio Böhnhardt, Mundlos and Zschäpe had connections to the Intelligence Apparatus and were warned about Police-activities. That suspicion based on the unsuccessful, long lasting hunt of a normally very successful special Police Unit ("fugitive unit"), and based on the reluctance of the Intelligence Apparatus to share information with the Police (bundestag). So it was not possible to arrest the trio, although they kept living in East Germany and used its right-wing network.

Destroying of files

The work of the Commissions is obstructed by the massive shredding of important files. Those files are partly connected to the trio and its surrounding right-wing supporters. Whereas the (supposed) existence of the terror-organization NSU was revealed middle of November 2011, the Apparatus kept destroying files until July 2012 (tagesspiegel). That destruction based on the order of the Interior Ministry. The order overruled the instruction of the then President of the "Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution", Heinz Fromm; therefore he resigned July 2012. Fromm said, that he was not informed about the destruction and was cheated by his own people.(welt)

Misinformation by the Secretary of the Interior

On Juli 2012, as the first information about destroyed files emerged, Home Secretary Hans-Peter Friedrich gave an interview to the German television "ARD". He blamed past "laxness" to obey to data protection regulations; the state is obligated to destroy files. Then he claimed, that there would be no connection between informants and the surround of the NSU.

After two months it came out, that there was one officially confirmed informant in the surround of the trio: Thomas Starke. He delivered them explosives (TNT) in the year 1997. During that time Starke should have been just under observation. He would have become an informer later, in the year 2000. The TNT should have been stolen from a depot of the "German Federal Armed Forces" (fr-online). The trio built bombs, which were hidden in three garages, one garage belonged a policeman (faz). The informer Tino Brandt bought an instruction book, how to build bombs (SZ). After the bombs were discovered, the trio could flee and went into the underground in the year 1998 and lived there until November 2011.

The NSU-Commission was informed about Starke not until middle of September 2012 (spiegel). The Interior Secretary of federal state Berlin, Mr. Frank Henkel, knew about him already from March 2012 on (morgenspiegel)! The telephone - protocols of Starke were destroyed as part of that shredding-campaign (welt).

The Spiegel reported about a secret letter of the "state-protection agency" of Berlin to "Federal Prosecutor's office". There the Intelligence Agency writes, that it did not want to overhand files to the office, because "it cannot be excluded", that the files fall then in the hands of the NSU-commission (Spiegel 39/2012, S. 41).

Connection to Right-wing organisation

"Thüringer Home Protection"

From 1996 to 1998 the trio was part of the group so called "Thüringer Home Protection" (THP). During that time the police feared, that its members could form a terrorist organization, because some became more and more militant and armed.(meininger tagblatt) Basically the THP was set up by informers. The leading member and informer Tino Brandt should have invested the money, he got from the Intelligence Apparatus (200.000 DM), in the build-up of the THP (wikipedia). During that time there were up to 45 informers in the THP; each fourth should have been paid by the Apparatus (TA)

"Ku Klux Klan"

The trio also had connection to the Ku Klux Klan. There are photos of Ms. Zschäpe, Mr. Böhnhardt and supposed NSU-supporters during a cross-burning in Germany (mdr) in 1996. 1998 the police found a mailing list of Mr. Mundlos. In the list stood the name “Thomas Richter”, who was an informer, leading member and founder of the Klan in Germany (spiegel). His “European White Knights of the Ku-Klux-Klan” (EWK KKK) existed from 2000 to 2003 and consisted in 19 members. Three members should have been informants and five more should have been Policemen. This provoked Commissioner Wolff to question Undersecretary Fritsche, whether there had been Ku Klux Klan member at all, who were no informers? (stern)

The founder of “White Knights of the Ku Klux Klan/Germany”, and informer Carsten Szczepanski should be one of the escape-helpers of the fugitive trio (zeit).

Two former Klan-members and policemen had known one (supposed) victim of the NSU; the 2007 shoot Policewoman Michele Kiesewetter. One Policeman was even her supervisor and on duty during her assassination (wikipedia).

Protecting of informers

According the Intelligence Apparatus the trio formed a small  terrorist cell ("Kleinstzelle") without many supporters. It would even not be clear, if their supposed supporters did know, that the trio were committing terrorist acts (SZ). The head of the "Federal Criminal Agency", Mr. Ziercke, said June 2012, that he has never seen such a degree of conspiracy (fr-online). The leading conservative politician, Hans-Peter Uhl, said, that even in the case of Ms. Zschäpe it could be, that she will only be convicted for arson of their apartment on 04.11.2011 (focus).

Could it be, that the apparatus is protecting its informers? It is known, that it had protected its informers in the past (spiegel). The head of the German NSU-Commission Sebastian Edathy commented, that the cooperation between the Intelligence Apparatus and Police was a disaster. As an example he spoke about the (supposed) NSU-murder of Halit Yozgat. Here the Police had its first "hot trial" (Die Zeit, 05.07.12, Nr. 28, Seite 6) in the case of the so called "Bosphorus serial murders". The murder-suspect was an officer of the apparatus itself. With support of the then Interior secretary of Hesse, Volker Bouffier, the police could not question the informers of that suspicious officer. Edathy therefore accused Bouffier, that he would have hindered the law enforcement of the police.

Conclusion

The result of the obstruction is a confusing general view, with many unanswered questions. It is even imaginable, that the case against the trio Böhnhardt, Mundlos and Zschäpe is partly made up the intelligence apparatus.

Report: Fearing death penalty, Berlin to send team to 9-11 trial

Berlin - The German government is to send observers to New York to ensure that evidence it provided in the case against five men accused of masterminding the September 11, 2001 attacks does not lead to them receiving the death penalty, news magazine Der Spiegel reported Saturday.

On November 13, the US Justice Department announced that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other men would be tried in a federal court - and that the government was seeking the death penalty should they be convicted.

Members of the al-Qaeda cell including Mohamed Atta that led the suicide attacks on New York and Washington were based in the northern German city of Hamburg in the period leading up to the event.

Germany, which does not have a death penalty, has provided items of evidence for the trial on the condition that a possible death sentence would not be based on their materials.

The Committee for Mounir el Motassadeq is an international campaign for the reopening of his case, after a Hamburg (Germany) court sentenced him to 15 years in prison, for allegedly helping his friends, Mohamed Atta and Co. to prepare the attacks of 9/11. Mounir is undoubtedly innocent. First, he did not know anything of the preparations for 9/11. And second, there is not a shred of evidence that his friends, Mohammed Atta and Co. participated in the attacks of 9/11.

I know this is in german, but i really like the tone of this small movie and shows the (hopefully!) current awaking in Germany for the topic.

Some weeks ago, the german government reached another step in control over the masses by officially introducing internet censorship. While a lot of other issues (like biometric ID passes, the right of the BKA (german FBI) to spy on computers connected to the internet via a trojan, the storing of internet and mobile phone traffic etc.) couldn't raise too much interest, the censorship of internet got huge over the last few month. This video picks up the hype by showing what we're actually up to: Everyone is a suspect, everyone is a terrorist now. The ad is based on a huge campaign started 2005 called "You are Germany" ("Du bist Deutschland"), which should spread positive energy around the country to do the right things as a German. Now, the population is slowly realizing what it's up to, so the ad is now translated to "You are a terrorist".

Just ran across this book last night, "They Thought They Were Free," and posted an excerpt from chapter 13, "But then it was too late," on my blog. The book chronicles the slow descent into fascism that occurred in Germany 1933-1945. It contains such chilling pasages as:

The "Loose Change" crew have announced they are dropping out of Arizona due to Eric Williams's involvement. I'm not sure I would have done this if I were going in the first place, since Williams's sessions according to Arizona 9/11 Truth have been cancelled, and he was downgraded to a vendor. But maybe they know something about his continuing influence that I do not.

Not that I've made a public issue of it, but I wasn't too impressed with the way the conference was conceived as another "big tent" festival of tolerance for any idea associated with inside-job theory, even if it's been falsified or was ridiculous to begin with (like, unfortunately, much of Loose Change 1 and 2).

Nonetheless, the LC boys took a principled stance on the contemptible (and damaging) beliefs of certain people who seek to exploit 9/11 skepticism to advance their own perpetual agenda. Good for them.

German court gives Moroccan max for 9/11

HAMBURG, Germany (AP) — A Moroccan convicted as an accessory to murder in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks was sentenced Monday to the maximum 15 years in prison, minutes after telling the son of a woman killed that day "my future is ruined."

A German appeals court had convicted Mounir el Motassadeq, a friend of three of the suicide pilots, of the charge in November and sent the case to a state court in Hamburg for sentencing.

The Hamburg judges followed the recommendation of federal prosecutors, who said el Motassadeq deserved the maximum penalty because he knew the hijackers intended to use planes to stage attacks.

Just before Monday's verdict, the 32-year-old defendant spoke with an American whose mother died on board one of the planes that crashed into the World Trade Center.

Dominic Puopolo Jr., a co-plaintiff in the case, earlier joined prosecutors in calling for the maximum penalty, urging the judges to consider the "human and emotional cost" of the 2001 attacks.

El Motassadeq, a slight bearded man, turned to Puopolo and said "I understand your suffering ... The same thing is being done to me, my kids, my parents, my family — my future is ruined."

Much of the talk at 911blogger lately has moved away from compiling evidence regarding government complicity with 9/11 and toward questions about activism. What next? many are saying.

I believe, and have stated, that 9/11 Truth has two years before the door of opportunity closes. I do not believe the Democrats will push for a 9/11 investigation. I do believe, however, that there are other ways to elicit an investigation. This news item suggested one of them:

BERLIN, Oct. 6 -- The chief plotter of the Sept. 11 hijackings and another al-Qaeda leader who spent time in secret CIA prisons might have been interrogated in Germany before their transfer last month to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, according to lawyers for other terrorism suspects in U.S. custody.

Lawyers for a British legal association that represents Guantanamo prisoners reported Friday that two of their clients had given independent -- though secondhand -- accounts that al-Qaeda leaders Khalid Sheik Mohammed and Tawfiq bin Attash were questioned on military bases in Germany after their capture in Pakistan in 2003.

Q: ¾ a year before this maneuver the alleged hijacker Atta practiced three hours in a simulator of a Boeing 727....

There are basic differences between a 727 and 757 / 767’s. 757 and 767 were constructed decades later and are designed for 2 instead for three people in the cockpit; the computers in the 757 / 767 replace the flight engineer ( the third person ) which shows the fundamental differences of the instruments. Even the primary flight instruments are of a new generation. The data is shown on screens and not conventional clock-like instruments you have in a 727. Also you have to check to what extend a Boeing 727-simulator (old plane) is equipped with modern visual systems (modern technique) allowing to practice such crashes as we saw on 9/11 (WTC) and visual flight maneuvers in general.

To sum it up: Atta and his allies must have been real cracks to fly such a complex maneuver with so little practice. Also I find it very interesting that all four planes were 757’s or 767’s which all have identical cockpits. This suggests that the hijackers or whoever else found something very useful in these specific airplane models fitting extremely well in their 9/11 plans.

Q: In all four cases the armed hijackers allegedly gained controll over the planes and the cockpits in a flash. So quick that the pilots neither could send a radio message nor acould type an emergency code into transponder. Is this plausible ?

As far as I know there were very strict procedures regulating the cockpit-access. I can not rule out that hijackers can surprise a pilot in perhaps one situation that he can not send an emergency signal...but four times simultaneously? I can not imagine that at all.

Q: What training and practical experience would you assume for a pilot to fly such a maneuver perfectly? According to witness testimonies from the flight schools the hijackers could not even control small Cessnas.

It’s hard for me to answer that; After all previously said things I can say for sure that the 9/11 maneuvers were challenging, even for commercial airline pilots flying these types of aircraft regularly. But I have also already seen non-pilots in the full-flight-simulator that could fly certain maneuvers with surprising precision after long virtual training. Definetely the hijackers would have had to train a lot theoretically (system knowledge) and practically (flight simulator ). When I now hear that they could hardly control a Cessna it’s hard for me to imagine they were in control of the planes on 9/11.

Q: Until today there is no aircraft accident examination report by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) abaout the four airline catastrophes of 9/11. How do you review that ?

Obviously the official [..?] do not want the public to know what really happened. Most questions could certainly be cleared out if the given data would be analyzed and made public. In this connection I would like to remind how wreckages of other accidents at the most inhospitable places have been found and analyzed and provided an answer.
