Jon Stewart vs. the Truth

after waiting at the book-signing at borders for stephen colbert to finish with his impromptu appearance at the 'glamour' awards (to introduce nancy pelosi, no less), and learning of his CHANGE-induced smirkathon, i left thinking 'he may be funny but he doesnt give a sh*t"

which reminded me of a Daily Show from this past June (25th), when the guest was Steve Vogel, author of "The Pentagon: A History".

while pimping the guy's book, Jon Stewart derisively brings up 'conspiracy theories' about what did or didn't hit the Pentagon, and offers mr. vogel an opportunity to 'debunk'..

but then @ 5:14 , Mr. Stewart says, and i quote:

"the reason that the building survived was because roosevelt originally thought 'this would make a great library', and he reinforced it because he thought it was gonna have books in it when it was done with the war..."

A big part of the Pentagon attack misconception is that "thousands" in the area would be able to see the entire event go down.
Nothing could be farther from the truth primarily due to the complex topography and also of course how fast it would happen. In fact there are very few areas at all where you would be able to see the alleged "impact" and most who would be able to see the plane at all would only see it for about a split second.

The flyover would be concealed by the massive fireball and smoke plume as it cranked and banked upriver disguised as normal flight traffic out of Reagan that you can see regularly in the area as well as in the following footage.

'Flight 77's' Shadow in Citgo video?

I'd like to draw attention to a little-noted feature of the Citgo security video, seen in view "single pump side" camera 4, at 9:40:35 by camera timestamp. The view is looking south, takinf video at three frames per second. Two synched dark spots appear and disappear in the span of one frame.
A short video I did to help people see it. Please note this is not the best source for analysis, even lower resolution than the original video, and using slow-motion and cross-fade effects.

Believe it or not, there's good reason to believe these 'two dots' are the shadow cast by Flight 77 as it passed south of the Citgo.

CIT to make important research trip to Arlington this weekend.

My partner Aldo and I will be in Arlington from Thursday Nov 1st through Monday Nov 5th.

We have some important interviews lined up and will be continuing our investigation.

As a simple precaution we are making our trip public knowledge.

How many Pentagon witnesses say they saw a plane hit light poles?

757 impact proponents seem to have no problem citing mainstream media reports with zero research, analysis, confirmation, or investigation.

Considering that 9/11 was a psychological attack with the media being the weapon of choice this is inherently suicide in the pursuit of truth.

Typically the same lists are published over and over by people like Jim Hoffman, Eric Bart, and most recently, anonymous blogger Arabasque.

CIT has shown you why we can't trust a lot of these suspect witnesses and why it's so important to seek out previously unknown witnesses if we want to find the real truth.

Due to the north of the citgo evidence we focus a lot of attention on the light poles and see them as the key physical evidence proving an outright deception on 9/11.

So this thread is meant to examine all known witnesses who allegedly saw the light poles get hit.

The downed light poles at the Pentagon were staged in advance.

The downed light poles at the Pentagon are arguably the most convincing evidence that a 757 caused the physical damage that day.

But now that we know the plane was on the north side of the CITGO station it is clear that it could not have hit the poles.

This is compounded by the fact that it is physically impossible for Lloyd England's story to be true.

This may seem like a complex task but it would actually be quite simple for the suspect in question to accomplish.

First realize that the area is the literal backyard of the suspect and one of the most highly secured areas in the nation.

It's right by the heliport where the President travels from quite often and in fact he had left from there the day before and was scheduled to return there that afternoon!

The Air Force Crisis Action Team That Failed to Act on the Crisis of 9/11

It is well known within the 9/11 truth community that, on September 11, 2001, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) failed appallingly to protect the United States from the attacking aircraft, in the way we would have expected it to. But evidence indicates there were other military departments that could also have played a significant role in stopping the attacks. Yet, like NORAD, these appear to have been in a state of paralysis that morning. They only seem to have become properly active, and able to effectively perform their usual role, when it was too late for them to have made a difference.

The video compares the two main versions of what was known about Flight AA77 on 9/11 before it allegedly crashed into the Pentagon. The versions are

(1) that there was prior awareness for up to about one hour before the crash about the flight at least with the military and the FAA and in the Presidential Emergency Operations Center, and

(2) that the FAA lost the flight for 36 minutes and did not inform the military or anyone else about it until four minutes before the crash.

Three important statements by former Transportation Secreatry Norman Mineta are shown in support of the first version. However, the viewer is encouraged to make her/his own conclusions. The material is mainly from the 9/11 Commission's video archives and other public sources and its use constitutes an instance of "fair use" of this material.

A retired 27-year CIA analyst who prepared and presented Presidential Daily Briefs and served as a high-level analyst for several presidents stated that the Pentagon is a heavily-defended building, with defensive weapons on the roof. This matches a Pentagon employee’s statement that she was told "you are now standing in one of the most secure building in all of the United States".

When we are asked to believe that a boeing 757 penetrated through yards of reinforced concrete walls at the Pentagon we have to strain out imaginations to do so. Look at it this way...the 757 strikes the first wall, and only the fuselage goes through...crosses about 50-60 feet of space and goes through another wall,...then another open space and carries on through another wall..another similar open space , and another wall, another open space, then another wall and another open space, and yet another wall,aoither open space, and finally punches a large clean hole in a final wall. ...Three rings in all, with another building section crossing the fuselage's path.(see link).
